We stayed here for 3 nights in the life suite room 6A. The réceptionist was so helpful in helping us with finding parking for our car. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. The loft room was breathtaking! You have such an amazing view of the Acropolis and Parthenon that we couldn't stop looking at it. At night, from your super large balcony you can see it in all it glory! The bed was so comfy! Tons of restaurants and bars and coffee shops near by. Could not have asked for a better location. Breakfast was included each day and you can select from a couple of options the night before wity a time you'd like to eat at. Try the Greek breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Get out and explore. Don't even hesitate to book here. I will be back and the urban suites will be my choice.

Location is perfect - centrally located, right in the middle of everything. Property/Room were very clean. Balcony was so relaxing, with a view of the Parthenon. Ladies at the front desk were accommodating and provided us with anything we needed. We overslept one morning and missed breakfast. However, the staff cooked us a nice meal even though it was after the end of their shift. We would highly, highly recommend this property. I wish we had a couple more days there.

This place was AMAZING!! The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Most of our tours were before the breakfast window so they packed us boxes the day prior to our early out so that we could store in fridge until we needed them for breakfast the next day. The rooms are spacious and very tasteful. Beds are vey comfortable. It even has a towel warmer in bathroom!! I cannot say anything bad about this place!! It was nice to come back to the hotel after our adventures and open up the windows/doors and listen to the activities going on in the area. There are lots of restaurant options including the famous Little Kook a few buildings down which has amazing and unique desserts and food. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely stay on any future trip.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was nice and very clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. There is lots to do within walking distance. The only downside was the noise at night from nearby bars and restaurants.

Just a fantastic experience. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. It’s a small hotel with a family atmosphere. Rooms were very quiet and always the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The bathroom and shower was excellent. Great facilities in the apartment including a fridge freezer, kettle toaster and coffee machine. The location is walking distance to all the major ancient sites and the metro station for access to the airport. It really couldn’t have been better.

Love the Urban Nest! We had the executive suite and it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. If facing the street you can hear some noise but not enough to prevent a good nights sleep. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The area was fantastic, so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Athens.

Get ready to NOT sleep! Everything about the hotel is great. It's clean, modern and very well kept. The only problem... across the street is a club called "The Party". They play bassy music with all the patio doors open and people sitting and screaming outside until 3a.m. I'm talking LOUD!!!! This was on a Wednesday in July. I cant imagine what weekends are like. If you value sleep stay away fir that reason. If you plan on partying till 3am then you are good to go.

The Urban Nest was a great spot! It is in a bumping area outside of Monastiraki square, so pretty easy to get to on the Metro from the airport. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed in an executive suite which was super spacious and comfortable. There is a fun bar across the street and lots of fun restaurants close by. It can be a little loud at night but if you are used to regular city noises it is no problem at all.

We were a family of four and stayed in the executive suite. It was spacious with room to spread and we were all very comfortable during our stay. It got a little noisy at night during the weekend but none of us have problems sleeping so it wasn’t an issue for us. We loved this place. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The room had a good layout. The building was surrounded by great restaurants, was close to all the sights and a quick walk to the metro. There was a little street noise in the evening, but if you live in a city, it was typical. (It didn’t keep me awake)

Very nice staff, we asked in advance for a baby crib and bath and everything was set in place when we arrived. Great breakfast options also for our two year old. Excellent location, walking distance to most sites. In addition, they connected us with a taxi driver (who had both a baby seat and enough room for luggage and a stroller) both from the airport and to the airport.

The entire staff was very helpful and informative from late check-in to early check-out a week later. Maria and Aliki were especially helpful with planning our daily activities and Christina always had a smile for us at breakfast; I recommend the Greek option over the English or American! We pray that the owner/manager is feeling better (we don't remember her name). This hotel had many off-the-main drag affordable dining options. Some of our favorites were Nikintas for lunch, Stou Momma for dinner and Little Kook for coffee and dessert; all within a two minute walk from the hotel.

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Walking distance to most tourist sites, and located with many cafe, restaurants and bars all around. We were offered a wonderful breakfast, and the hotel was immaculate. They arranged airport pickup and return for us. I would highly recommend!

We (3 adults) stayed at Urban Nest in April, 2024. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, level of service and room amenities, and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a visit to Athens. More details: Location - Situated very close to the Monastiraki metro station and the adjoining shopping area. Metro runs directly from the airport to this station. Hotel also arranges airport transfer. Within walking distance of popular attractions and many restaurants, and Uber was also available readily. The hotel is situated in a by-lane with restaurants and bars, and there's some noise in the evening. But not loud enough to be disturbing. We'd give 9/10 for location. Room amenities: Executive suite had a comfortable queen bed and a squishy double sofa bed. There was a microwave, a small fridge, 2-burner cooktop, cutlery and utensils. The bathroom was adequate. Service: A good set-menu breakfast was provided. The hotel staff were very helpful and reliable. They arranged transfer to airport on the day of a general strike. Most appreciated. Overall, two thumbs up.

Get ready to NOT sleep! Everything about the hotel is great. It's clean, modern and very well kept. The only problem... across the street is a club called "The Party". They play bassy music with all the patio doors open and people sitting and screaming outside until 3a.m. I'm talking LOUD!!!! This was on a Wednesday in July. I cant imagine what weekends are like. If you value sleep stay away fir that reason. If you plan on partying till 3am then you are good to go.

Urban Nest is a great mid priced option for the centre of Athens. Big rooms, as you would expect for an apparent style. Breakfast was good and individually cooked for you. It is i a busy part of town, so be prepared for the hustle and bustle of a big city right at your front door. Close to the action. Enjoy

Could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at in Athens. It was central to everything we needed in Monastiraki. The staff was very helpful and even helped us during the recent taxi strike.

The property is new and located in the heart of athens, 2 mins walking distance from Monastiraki station. It is very safe and accessible to everything. Staff are amazing and professional. I will definitely stay there my next time

Staff friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars immediately near the hotel but this also means noise at night if you are sensitive.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was nice and very clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. There is lots to do within walking distance. The only downside was the noise at night from nearby bars and restaurants.

Very good! Area around it is pretty busy, even at night. 5min walk to nearest subway station was very convenient. Small narrow roads and traffic since you’re near city center was walking is better! Hotel was clean and quiet.

This hotel is excellent, clean, staffs are warm, real hot breakfast and you have choice to choose English, Greek, American, French or Vegan Breakfast. Also there's Kitchen in the room, you can cook some simple meals. The location is wonderful.

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Walking distance to most tourist sites, and located with many cafe, restaurants and bars all around. We were offered a wonderful breakfast, and the hotel was immaculate. They arranged airport pickup and return for us. I would highly recommend!

Stayed in an Executive Apartment for 6 nights, which was spacious, clean, comfortable and well serviced. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, as was the taxi driver who met us and returned us to the airport. The additional cost over and above street taxis is worthwhile. We had breakfast each day which again was served by very pleasant staff and there are 4 set choices, English, Greek, French and American, which have to be pre-chosen the day before. Given a choice, we would not have selected every component of these set breakfasts and would have preferred to simply decide what we actually wanted to eat. However the quality of the food served was acceptable, if not outstanding. Urban Nest is located in an interesting part of Athens and the surrounding narrow streets are full of bars and restaurants, with many places currently in the process of being redeveloped. So there is a good choice of restaurants and we particularly enjoyed Bandero. However as our room looked out on to the street in front of the hotel, where late night parties take place most nights, it was not the restful place we would have preferred after spending days enjoying the many wonderful sights of Athens. Unless you can sleep like the dead, I would therefore any visitors to Urban Nest to choose a room which does not have a street outlook.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Athènes et profiter des activités nocturnes. Appartement très fonctionnel (peut-être un peu sombre), spacieux et bien équipé. Service soigné et attentif. Par contre, le service du petit-déjeuner est à revoir ou ne pas le proposer et nous laisser le prendre sur une terrasse à proximité. Trop d'attente et pas toujours chaud ... Dommage !

We got the room with the Acropolis view and it was great - the room was great, everything worked and was new and clean and all the necessary facilities were in the room. I would have cooked but food was so good we ate out. Very happening neighbourhood and very helpful staff. Would stay AGAIN. Fantastic restaurants in the hood. Try Via Maris!

Location is prime. Cannot beat it, walkable to everything! Included breakfast was wonderful, air conditioning works fantastic, staff very helpful! My ONLY qualm was the shower seemed to spray everywhere in the bathroom so just be careful with that! But otherwise a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again if coming back to Athens
