We went for a one night get away and had spa appointments and dined at JG Sky high. The four seasons never disappoints and it was an all around amazing experience, the spa, the stay, the food and the employees and the ambiance. Love it every day

The staff is phenomenal, they make you feel welcome and make sure you are enjoy your stay. At Dinner Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made the best recommendations, at the pool May was so awesome she gave us all the information about the pool area and spa. Thank you guys again.

This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. However, the spa and pool staff more than made up for it… they were exceptional. The views are stunning, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. If you’re visiting Philadelphia, this hotel is a must stay!

I stayed here with my husband to celebrate my 40th birthday and am so grateful I did. The hotel is so clean (meeting my germ-a-phobe standards) and the staff truly provides 5-star service. Of course, the stay and amenities are pricey, but it was absolutely worth every penny to me. Everywhere I went in the hotel, they wished me happy birthday and made me feel so special! The indoor infinity pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The Spa / lounge experience was relaxing and the whole place is picture ready! I've already recommended this particular Four Seasons to others and am ready to go back myself in a few weeks.

It was good as usual. A couple of things are a bit down from where they were. Front desk staff forgot my dinner reservation, my in room tablet was inoperable even when replaced, and the bed frame showed cracks. Not what is expected at four seasons level.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly Concierge Staff that went out of their way to assist us. They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. When we entered the Lobby, the staff was smiling & very friendly, we noticed the professionalism of the staff and the eye contact showed us that they were paying attention to us and cared about our time there. We absolutely loved the Suite that we stayed in. The personal touch was extremely surprising and like nothing else. This staff is remarkable, thank you “Stephanie” for the window art, it made our jaws drop that you took the time to provide us with such a perfect experience with the personal touch. This was World Class. Thank you times 5.

The bartenders Monday night were very rude to me. Did not fill up my glasses. I made a comment, another said “tomorrow night you will get the same pour”overcharge for 2 martinis and not filled. I complained at front desk. Wrote on receipt my complaint. Took photo. My receipt showed valet charge,when I flew& took Ubers.breakfast was fantastic. I’ll never stay there again. They over charge. Bartenders treat guests of other hotels better than their own. Worst FS in US

The resort is stunning in every detail, views from the 60th floor were as if you you were on the top of the world. Best tasting plates and wine pairing we have ever had at the JG Skyhigh. We ordered the 6-course vegetarian and the 6-course omnivore tasting plates, and each plate was married to a wonderful glass of French or Italian wine. Elegance all around you!
