Clean, safe property with nice pool and small gym. Not too far from popular destinations and a wedding venue. Room is large with a refrigerator, microwave and plenty of storage for extended stays.

Everything really nice and new. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Only complaint is one of the elevators was out of order which made for some long waits to get to and from 4th floor. They let us pick our floor on check-in, which was nice and not the norm. But would’ve picked a lower floor if we knew about the elevator

This location was very quiet, staff was friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. The only things that sucked was parking. Had to park far from the hotel at times because the parking lot was always full. The pool area had a very strong scent of chlorine, very!! It was hard to breath in there at times but the kids enjoyed the pool area, at least it was clean. Overall I did enjoy my stay and there is a Walmart literally down the street.

The hotel is clean and modern and in a good location for visiting Bucks County. We’ve stayed here the last two years when visiting family for the holidays. One of two elevators was out of service, and the remaining elevator slow, which caused a backlog during busy hours in the morning. I recommend they add a second waffle maker as that was a bottleneck at the breakfast bar. I applaud them for their creative breakfast sandwiches which are a step above the normal hotel breakfast fare. The coffee is weak and tastes like hot brown water.

Liked this hotel, only thing to note to other customers would be your indoor pool is not heated. And though the walls seem to keep your neighbors noise down, the door to the hallway does not. So at 1am I kept waking up to people talking loudly and laughing. Otherwise it a very clean hotel, would return again

Gas fire pit was out of order, there was no hot water for tea at night. The attendee was upset for all the requests that was made from us. Indoor pool water was cold.

Loved everything except there wasn’t enough parking and the pool was freezing cold everyday so it wasn’t enjoyable enough to go in which was a huge factor in picking a hotel

The room was huge. 2 queens and a pullout sofa which came in clutch because my youngest daughter and granddaughter wanted to tag along. So much for for alone time for me and my wife. The indoor pool could have been hotter, but kids dont care. The gym was great also. The dumbbells went as high as 75lbs. Unheard of for most hotels. Very clean. I would definitely go back.

This is our second time staying at this property. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool size is better than most Home2's. Only mistake we made was going to breakfast at the height of people traffic. They did a great job of keeping the food stocked and they definitely offered more options than the Home2 we stayed at the previous night. If we plan on being in this area again, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

We travel quite a bit. I found chair in hotel filthy dirty along with the counters, there was food in the floor The remote control had food stuck to all the buttons. I went to the front desk to provide them pictures and they asked me to send it to the front desk. Email address, which I did. No one called me to address the issue or even change our room. Today I checked out and reiterated to the front desk, person about the issues along with the pictures that I took, and she made a note of it however, there was nothing they could do since I booked through a third-party Expedia. The breakfast area was completely overcrowded set up is completely wrong. Everyone’s on top of each other, trying to get to food.

We stayed at this property in order to visit a family member at the nearby Ann's Choice community. It is modern, clean, and well maintained. A pleasure to stay there, and at one of the most reasonable rates we encountered during a multi-day/multi hotel road trip. I also use the pool to exercise (water walking) and was pleased at how well it was maintained. Would recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasurable overnight trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Room was super clean and comfortable. Nice large tv. Great water pressure. Pool was nice. Only one minor thing was no conditioner in shower. Just shampoo and body wash dispensers. Not complaining at all. Staff was great!!! Will definitely stay here again. Price was more than reasonable.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time, not so much! Our son is in a wheelchair, so obviously we need an accessible room. After we realize the air conditioning is just not working in our room, the staff informs us they have no other accessible rooms avail, but we could just stay there & wait for maintenance in the morning (because they only have maintenance at certain times) or move to a room with no accessibility & would inform us when it was fixed & we could move back. It was REALLY hot, so we moved for the night. Once moved, we found insulin injector meds in the fridge from previous guest.

Quick overnight trip. Close proximity to restaurants, stores. Had continental breakfast - coffee was not so good! Bed was hard and walls paper thin so heard everything in halls all.night.long. Not the best night of rest nor relaxation.

I liked the beds. Hilton beds are always the most comfortable. The darkening blinds work very well! The rooms are not soundproof. I heard a bounding noise from a person with fast-moving footsteps in the room above me, for a long period of time. It did not create a relaxing experience.

Other than our check-in experience we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting family and it was the first time we have experienced a rude, disrespectful check-in representative. Messaged with the supervisor who seemingly disregarded my concerns saying it was miscommunication despite my communicating to him that she refused to let me show her documentation of incidental fees being paid via a cc authorization form ahead of time. I tried to explain that I had two reservations and that we were not checking in early. She refused to check me in without me paying another incidental fee. As stated previously the supervisor said it was just miscommunication and offered a free item from the little store area.

1st issue-keys didn't work for room assigned. had to get a new room and new keys which meant up and down with luggage. Then 2nd issue-once settled in-property lost power. Called front desk to see if there was an update and the person at front desk had no answers and was rude-hung up on me. I stay in the area often (at least once a month) and will not be staying here again for sure.

It was amazing from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and willing to do anything to to make the stay comfortable. For example: I was needing milk, and a staff member ofter walked to the hotel behind the hotel we were staying to get milk. That’s what I call going above and beyond to make your guests comfortable.

They were very accomplished in my need of stay. I ask to come in early and leave a little later for checking in/out and they worked with me. Parking was great on site and abundance of it. The rooms were clean and so was the property in General. I will be returning moving forward.

Hotel amenities are great - clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Located right beside a Costco so convenient for groceries and gas. Stayed for 2 nights and dealt with some great staff and some not so great ones. Overall pleased with the stay.

Great location, very nice staff, SUPER clean! We travel often and this hotel was probably the cleanest I’ve seen! We appreciated the free breakfast, but it was just okay…not much in choices, as opposed to other sister locations. Some hot food wasn’t kept very hot, definitely need to add 1 or 2 more waffle makers, as it takes forever to get a turn to use and the area gets crowded where the breakfast is located. Still, we will stay at this location every time we come to the area for sure!!!

This is our third time at the property. It continues to be very clean and attractive. My only complaint was that breakfast was scanty. Granted we arrived at 9:30 but there was not any coffee and they were out of just about everything. There should be plenty of food until the last person eats. If it is about waste then present less verity but make sure to have food at continental breakfast.

Great location, very nice staff, SUPER clean! We travel often and this hotel was probably the cleanest I’ve seen! We appreciated the free breakfast, but it was just okay…not much in choices, as opposed to other sister locations. Some hot food wasn’t kept very hot, definitely need to add 1 or 2 more waffle makers, as it takes forever to get a turn to use and the area gets crowded where the breakfast is located. Still, we will stay at this location every time we come to the area for sure!!!

Lobby was nice and spacious, room was clean and bathroom clean. Breakfast was low on options and slow to refill. Waffle station was messy and not appetizing. Busy location with not a lot of food options. Not the healthiest of food choices.

At check in the Clerk charged me a extra $50 to my bill as a deposit after my payment was approve he attempted to charge me another $50 until i said whats going on he said that the computer was malfunctioning. I enjoyedcthe pool and the room was nice. Breakfast was hood until i fou d a long starnd of hair in the bowl of homegies and sausages. I felt sick after that
