Ruhige Lage umgeben von vielen Bäumen. Sehr großer Pool der auch bis 22 Uhr genutzt werden kann. Strände fußläufig zu erreichen. Wifi Signal im Zimmer teilweise nicht vorhanden oder sehr schlechter Empfang. Geruch im Bad war bei Ankunft etwas unangenehm, hat sich dann aber gebessert. Hoteleigenes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, wenn es auch manchmal etwas länger gedauert hat.

Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos. Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside lamp and a table and chair in the room, but that's me just being nit picky. Breakfast in the morning was great and staff was fun and helpful. I'll be returning.

Très bon hôtel bien situé un peu à l’écart (400 mètres) de la route principale qui longe la plage. La suite pour 6 personnes que nous avions était très confortable. Belle piscine. Personnel top ! Par contre ne pas prendre la chambre 10 (vue sur le toit du bar) ou pire la 9 au rdc donc très sombre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Quelques points d’amélioration tout de même : - Coffre-fort non scellé au mur, donc… - Ménage que tous les deux jours - Bouteille d’eau seulement le 1er jour - Toasts facturés en extra au petit-déjeuner

Wonderful place. Nice surroundings, really nice staff, good food, nice pool and quiet area, yet close to restaurants etc. Only small thing we missed was a bed light, instead of lamps in the ceiling, so a minor thing :)

It was a great stay. The grounds are impecable, the workers a delight, the food a d drnks were amazing. The rooms were ok. Not great. Just outdated and old, no nightstand lamps. We had a very dark room behind the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay. Terrezas had a great pool that was open until 10pm. The property was beautiful and a 10 min walk to the beach. The front desk staff was great with providing information on excursions, off-site dining, and ordering a taxi when needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

El lugar es excelente, pero hay que mejorar con los tiempos de respuesta de la limpieza se tuvo que recodar un par de veces que cambiaran los paños y que limpiaran la habitación. Pero por lo demás, ese lugar es un excelente lugar, un oasis en medio de la selva y cerca de la playa. Muy buena atención desde la recepción hasta el restaurante y el bell boy.

They would have received a much higher rating but my first room had two large dead roaches in it, the bathroom smelled of mildew and there were mosquitos everywhere. They moved me to a room that had none of those issues so that was the only reason why I gave them an AVERAGE

The road to the property was extremely narrow and unsafe. It was unpaved and full of sharp rocks and damaged our car tire. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the check in was quick and good. The hotel clerk showed us to our room and informed us the drinking water was unsafe. He further explained that the hotel provided us with 2 small bottles of drinking water for this reason. He also informed us we need to pay $2.00 for each additional bottle of water (what OMG!). The room and restaurant smelled like sewerage. Our room was sparsely decorated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very small. The bathroom was ok with hot water. Many insects were in our room. The electricity continued going on and off. The TV was without any channels and was extremely small. No electrical plugs near the bed for charging your cell phone. Also the small shelves near the bed were leaning down causing whatever you put on them to fall off. My $175.00 bottle of cologne fell off and broke. Basically this was a cheap hotel disguised as a nice hotel. Extremely cheap finishes and content. We ended up leaving 1 1/2 days early because we could take it anymore. I think you can find a much better value and safer hotel in the area! They should close the hotel if the drinking water is unsafe!!

Ok hotel og vennlig betjening. Fin lokasjon med jungel og dyreliv tett på. Bærer preg av enkle løsninger og svarer ikke til prisnivået. Få kontakter for å lade opp elektronisk utstyr. Dårlig frokost med lang ventetid og små porsjoner. Betjeningen gjør sitt beste, men løper litt mye hvis det er mange som har behov for service samtidig. Liten og enkel meny i retauranten. Svømmebasseng hvor mosaikkflisene løsner og flyter rundt i vannet er ikke bra. Avhengig av vann på flaske, da vannet ikke er drikkbart. Det tilbys kun 1 flaske per persjon ved innsjekking, resten må du kjøpe.

En general la atención del personal es muy amable, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad… el desayuno muy bueno pero cuando es a la carta es muy lento… Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al menos en la habitación que me tocó y que estaba súper cerca de la lavandería y entonces en ocasiones se escucha mucho ruido…

The property itself was gorgeous with lovely and convenient layout. It is NOT close, nor did it feel safe, to walk to the beach. We had a car which was kept in a safe lot, security guard was never seen. We didn’t buy the breakfast and got to wear a bracelet that made sure we kept away from the breakfast buffet. Kids in the pool made relaxing at night difficult. Not kids fault, just don’t expect peace and quiet. The air conditioning was fantastic but the furniture in the room was scant only had the bed. We had a car which was kept in a safe lot, security guard was never seen. We didn’t buy the breakfast and got to wear a bracelet that made sure we kept away from the breakfast buffet. Kids in the pool made relaxing at night difficult. Not kids fault, just don’t expect peace and quiet. The air conditioning was fantastic but the furniture in the room was scant only had the bed. No place to sit. Very clean though. Would stay again, but felt like it was advertised as more than it was. Be prepared for more family friendly than convenient couple time.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos, esta vez con la nueva configuración de solo habitaciones si notamos qué hay elementos que aún hacen falta como en otras habitaciones tal y como la secadora de cabello. Las camas si estaban un poco duras 😞 comparadas a nuestra última visita.

I had to check out early and nobody was around. I went back to the room to try and call someone; my room door malfunctioned and I could not get out. After 20 minutes I reached someone at the resort. He broke open door for me. I paid my 3 drink balance with cash and wasn't able to get a receipt. I also had concerns because I was asked to write my credit card information down at check in; I asked them to destroy it when I left but he said I would get it upon checkout. Since nobody was there at checkout they still have my information.

Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool is beautiful and clean. Considero importante tomar en cuenta que no queda cerca de la playa. Queríamos hacer late check out pero no lo permitieron indicando que no tenían habitaciones a pesar de que por esta app tenían varias opciones de habitaciones disponibles. No se puede tener alimentos, hielera o similar en el área de piscina. En resumido si solo deseas descansar es una opción. Sin embargo las estructuras tienen un serio tema de acústica y todo ruido se potencia y desde las 6am se escucha ruido del personal. Portasos, carritos de servicio, conversaciones entre el personal y demás. Tener cuidado alrededor de la piscina pues habían derrames de cloro y a mi pareja se le echó a perder la ropa al indicarlo en recepción no recibimos mayor preocupación de la persona que recibió la queja. Cóctel de bienvenida, el staff del restaurante super servicial y amables.

La atención, la habitación y las instalaciones estuvieron bien. El inconveniente al final de la estadía fue que me realizaron el cobro del hospedaje 2 veces El 30 de junio realizamos el check in y pagamos y el 02 de Julio al ser horas de la tarde me volvieron a cobrar el mismo monto. Aún no me han realizado el reembolso aunque se están encargando de la gestión considero que han tomado mucho tiempo para encontrar una solución al problema. El cual me molesta bastante ya que deberían de tener una manera más eficiente de liderar con este tipo de situaciones.

The hotel is great. Nice all the way around. The only downside is the road to get to it and the other properties around it a very poor and run down. It is secluded and you don’t see any of the other areas so it doesn’t distract from your stay. Since it’s I. The rain forest we were awakened around dawn by the mono Congo Spanish. Or whaling monkeys in English pound cry. You’d think it was a lion. Neat to go out and see in the trees

Best value for the money. We stayed here two nights, surrounding is very beautiful, we got to see dart poison frog, Iguana, monkeys, sloth, and variety of birds morning and evening around the hotel. Location is quite and walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. Food at the restaurant is very good, my kids had pasta and it was one of the beat pasta we had on the trip with fresh ingredients. Staff was very nice. Overall we ranked this place very high compared to other places we stayed in Costa Rica.

This location is great and within 6 minutes of the tourist area. The walk from the restaurants to the room at night lack illumination but excepted. The restaurant food isn’t anything special but there are lots of restaurants. I would stay at this place again, no questions asked

Beim Zimmer hat man uns eines der schlechteren gegeben; direkt an der Straße mit Blick auf eine Baustelle. Ansonsten macht die Anlage aber einen ordentlichen Eindruck; das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, stattdessen wählt man zwischen zwei Versionen. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch erheblich weiter entfernt als die Fotos es vermuten lassen.

We really enjoyed our stay. Terrezas had a great pool that was open until 10pm. The property was beautiful and a 10 min walk to the beach. The front desk staff was great with providing information on excursions, off-site dining, and ordering a taxi when needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Très bon hôtel bien situé un peu à l’écart (400 mètres) de la route principale qui longe la plage. La suite pour 6 personnes que nous avions était très confortable. Belle piscine. Personnel top ! Par contre ne pas prendre la chambre 10 (vue sur le toit du bar) ou pire la 9 au rdc donc très sombre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Quelques points d’amélioration tout de même : - Coffre-fort non scellé au mur, donc… - Ménage que tous les deux jours - Bouteille d’eau seulement le 1er jour - Toasts facturés en extra au petit-déjeuner

En general la atención del personal es muy amable, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad… el desayuno muy bueno pero cuando es a la carta es muy lento… Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al menos en la habitación que me tocó y que estaba súper cerca de la lavandería y entonces en ocasiones se escucha mucho ruido…

Really nice and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable. Easy parking and great location. Only "problem" we had was the wifi, didn't really work in our room but other than that, no complaints!
