Great location. Stayed 2 nights with no cleaning staff, bathrooms should have at least a bar for older people to hold on too, the space was great though. parking way too expensive. front desk staff very friendly, would stay again.

Check in was slow, they turned off the valet parking QR code in the morning because they were too busy so it took about 25 minutes to get my car up. Unfortunately, that is the only option is the valet park.

The hotel was under renovation but could hardly tell on the inside. From checking in to entering our room was seamless. No dust, no detours, no hassles. The only bad thing was that the valet app didn't work so it took a little more time to retrieve our vehicle. Our room was spacious, nice view of the city. AC worked perfectly for it being a hot day in Houston. Staff was friendly and helpful.
