This is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms and grounds were clean and beautiful. It's in a fantastic location in walking distance to lots of parks, restaurants, and shops. The staff was generally friendly, especially the housekeeping and spa staff. The beds were super comfy; the bathroom large and luxurious. A few things to note: * Our room key deactivated every day for the first part of our trip. I was told it was because the key was close to my phone which deactivates it, but even after I moved the key, I had some troubles. I'm not sure why this happened, but the front desk made me new keys each time... * If you have a car, driving to this property is...tight. You drive through a fairly tight alley/road and at one point, you will feel like you might not fit. We made it, but it was one of the wilder driving experiences of my life. * If you have a car, their free parking spaces are at a shopping center about 1 km away. The distance isn't too bad but the walk to and from is very hilly and steep. We ended up taking Ubers back and forth to the shopping center when we needed the car for day trips. These points didn't take away from our enjoyment of the hotel. I would stay there again! It is a delightful property. Honestly, if you don't need a car for your stay in Guanajuato, I'd not rent one. Ubers are reasonably priced and so much is within walking distance.

The hotel is super nice, modern yet colorful and comfortable and a nice spacious room with a big restroom and the bathtub is huge, Although you can't really get the water hot enough for a nice bath and Guanajuato is cold during the months of Oct, Nov, Dec so you will get Cold trying to have a bath. Also the tub is really deep and hard to get out of if you're older. The bed Super comfortable for a good nights rest. The staff super nice and professional. This is the kicker the terrace has 360 beautiful view of Guanajuato just beautiful and worth the stay alone! Fancy cocktails and decent food up there

The room was very clean. Beautiful roof top. Room was very small so if you have a lot of luggage not for you. First time in Guanajuato so the entrance was very hard to see. But as soon as the uber found it the second time. We were met with lots of help.

Amazing hotel to stay! Close to all points of interest. So many activities to stumble upon without even trying. Dining options close by and very reasonably priced. Hotel personnel were very attentive. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoying rooftop is a must any time of day. The only feedback I would give is that the water in the shower only gets lukewarm. Also there are fire pits on the rooftop that (according to hotel personnel) have not worked for years. Highly recommend this hotel!

Property was beautiful, I would suggest they specifically say do not drive to the Hotel and get a Taxi and get dropped off. I drop to the location and the streets are very tight. I would stay there again beautiful location.

Room was comfortable with nice large bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, and in a quiet location at back of hotel which also is off noisy main street. Only noise issue was from roof deck bar but it stopped at reasonable hour. Bar did have great views. Very small pool was okay for a quick dip to cool off.

Todo el personal muy amable. Está dentro del centro pero creo yo no en la zona más ruidosa, aunque si pasen cantando. En general nos fue bien. Sólo por favor fumiguen, la primera noche me encontré una cucaracha de las chiquitas de plaga, no le di importancia. Pero la segunda noche estuvo horrible, muchísimas.

We found a few cockroaches in the restroom and on the room floor. The restroom always had a sewer smell. No hot water to shower at night. Only in the morning. We had to ask staff for support in managing the air conditioner. They offered pickup from the airport at a cost, but we were not informed that we would access a van and then transfer to a personal. vehicle. The staff were very nice, lobby and hallways were nicely decorated and maintained. I enjoyed the walking proximity to the towns touristic areas.

This was not only a perfectly situated hotel for a visit to the historic city center, but also very comfortable with a rooftop deck, rooftop restaurant and bar, a pool (not heated), reliable wi-fi, a big walk-in shower with steady hot water and, above all, a firm kingsize bed. Staff was more than willing to help at every turn with restaurant recommendations, directions, arranging for a Covid test in the hotel and making phone calls to my airline to resolve some issues with my return flight. A great blend of traditional and modern. If the city didn't have so much going on, I could have just stayed on the roof deck, nursed tequila drinks and remained hypnotized by the amazing 360-degree view of the city and surrounding hills.

Loved this hotel , it’s extremely stylish and has the nicest staff! Our room was a great price but really small! The bed was also noisy! I did love the products used in the shower . We also booked a massage which was really nice and relaxing!

Very beautiful hotel, especially the rooftop terraza. The concierge,Alfredo, was very helpful and the staff at the terazza restaurant was attentive. Not a lot of outlets for charging phones, but otherwise rooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a family wedding and loved every minute! Ramon at the bar was so kind and had a heart to serve, and Casandra never missed an opportunity to say hello. This hotel has some of the kindest people I have ever come across, and of course amazing coffee and food!

We stayed two nights at this hotel, the property is beautiful and the terrace view was amazing. Everything went well until we checked out. At time of checkout, the reception staff went to check the room to make sure everything was in order, I assumed. Upon the staff return, it was mentioned that a hand towel was missing, we went to look for it and couldn’t find it. The staff had to check our belongings to make sure that we had not taken the hand towel. It was a weird and embarrassing situation overall, this has never happened to us. I would have given this hotel a higher rating if it wasn’t for this.

No hot water. Valet didnt took our car but did not bring it back. We requested our car brought to us at 10a.m. they said it would be an hour. We said ok. Then they said 1:30 p.m. but wanted us to check out at 12 or else charge us again. There valet guy was off so it was our problem not hotels

Very nice Hotel. Although we got charged $43 for a light bulb that they say we broke. 1 little light bulb. That made me very mad, and as I was checking out very early in the Morning, the same gentleman went up to the room and was looking at it for a long time even though we were on a time crunch to get to the airport other than this one gentleman the staff was very nice and the state was great

Nunca se menciona el depósito de 2mil pesos, me hicieron pasar por una experiencia fea por unas toallas faciales que nunca pusieron; se está pagando un hospedaje de 3mil pesos por que te llevarías unas toallas de 20 pesos; me hospedo en mejores hoteles y jamás hacen eso, incluso un día antes me hospedé en san Miguel un hotel que contaba con secadoras Sistema de audio y bocinas inteligentes; jamás hicieron eso y menos pedir depósito mal de su personal por qué ni siquiera controlan que su ama de llaves realmente las ponga.

The place was amazing, the room was very comfortable and clean. Since this hotel is located near the street you can hear all the night’s activities, singing cars and such so it’s loud. But the distance from the center of the city is perfect walkable and safe definitely recommend

Tucked away just a few minutes from the very lively squares of Guanajuato. Very walkable with access to everything you need. That being said, the hotel was pretty quiet. We got good sleep.

Great location, nice property. As it is located in the center area, you can hear all the noise from outside, church bell parade and everything. Not too bad but be mindful if you’re sensitive to noise.

The property was easy to find and close to all sorts of things to see. rooftop bar was quiet not to loud of music made intimate conversation comfortable. If stairs are an issue for some people this may not be the best option.

Our stay with 2 children was amazing! The area was stunning and you couldn't ask for a better location. The dining on the terrace had amazing views! BEST place we have stayed at so far, we will definitely come back.

We stayed here for a family wedding and loved every minute! Ramon at the bar was so kind and had a heart to serve, and Casandra never missed an opportunity to say hello. This hotel has some of the kindest people I have ever come across, and of course amazing coffee and food!

This was not only a perfectly situated hotel for a visit to the historic city center, but also very comfortable with a rooftop deck, rooftop restaurant and bar, a pool (not heated), reliable wi-fi, a big walk-in shower with steady hot water and, above all, a firm kingsize bed. Staff was more than willing to help at every turn with restaurant recommendations, directions, arranging for a Covid test in the hotel and making phone calls to my airline to resolve some issues with my return flight. A great blend of traditional and modern. If the city didn't have so much going on, I could have just stayed on the roof deck, nursed tequila drinks and remained hypnotized by the amazing 360-degree view of the city and surrounding hills.

The hotel is super nice, modern yet colorful and comfortable and a nice spacious room with a big restroom and the bathtub is huge, Although you can't really get the water hot enough for a nice bath and Guanajuato is cold during the months of Oct, Nov, Dec so you will get Cold trying to have a bath. Also the tub is really deep and hard to get out of if you're older. The bed Super comfortable for a good nights rest. The staff super nice and professional. This is the kicker the terrace has 360 beautiful view of Guanajuato just beautiful and worth the stay alone! Fancy cocktails and decent food up there

I’ll start with the best part. The view from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular! The roof faced the mountains in the east and the morning sun rose as I sipped coffee and had a delicious breakfast. It was maybe the best view of Guanajuato next to the view after the funicular ride. The food was very good, the coffee could have been stonger, but it was fine. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but small. A couple small complaints, there was never hot water in the shower and the water would sit in the shower and never drain until the cleaning staff came into clean. The stairs were narrow at one side and were difficult to climb in light of my severe arthritis. Additionally, the room could use some hooks on which to hang a towel or clothes. On the whole the staff was friendly and accommodating, except for one mildly cranky receptionist, which I called up to her youth. The hotel’s proximity to the center of town was terrific, but it was a climb to get back up to the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

En general bien, la llegada es por callejones muy estrechos, si van en coche que sea uno pequeño, porque hay riesgo de chocar. El desayuno muy bueno, esta pequeño, bien ubicado. La cama no es muy cómoda
