You can't beat the view from this hotel, the resturaunr and bar on the roof top are a jewel in the middle of Athens, Greece. The service staff are so great and took care of all our requests and needs.

Niche is a boutique gem and perfectly located to explore most of the Athens city sites by foot as well a great pickup location for day tours. Our room had a great balcony with a wonderful unobstructed view of the acropolis. We also had a wonderful spa treatment. The rooftop restaurant, Stork, was also wonderful. Our suggestion would be to have dinner there the first night make a reservation because it fills up at night because you can see the Acropolis very clearly.

Staff were superb to bringing bags to room and arranging transportation to airport. Very friendly, clean hotel. Great views from their rooftop restaurant! Breakfast buffet one of the best i have seen. Lots of variety!

We stayed for a couple of nights here as part of our Greek honeymoon. We had a great experience. Rooms were small, as expected in Europe. Impeccably clean, free minibar with water and soda which was restocked at no charge as needed. Staff was very friendly. The rooftop bar and restaurant had excellent food and cocktails. The spa experience was also top notch…massages were great. Very safe and walkable to all the major tourist attractions.

Hotel is in a nice central area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were welcoming and helpful. and our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The view of the Acropolis at night from the rooftop bar is awesome. I would not hesitate to stay at the Niche hotel again.

Great hotel in the great location of Athens and with amazing view of Acropolis. Very good restaurant on the site with breakfast included. Spa 300 BC in the hotel was a fantastic experience after a whole day of walking in Athens. I would definitely recommend it for anyone stay in Athens.

Niche hotel was so nice! The room was cozy and clean. The windows did a great job soundproofing the street noise. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The location was fantastic!

View was lovely from the rooftop restaurant. The room was clean and well stocked. But it was cramped for 2 people. We could barely fit 1 checked bag & 2 carryons. We, two people, had to step over the bags or slide them around in order to get from one side of the room/bed to the other. But otherwise it was lovely and the staff was absolutely outstanding. They helped with everything from providing tour tickets for purchase to making dinner reservations. They even packed breakfast boxes for our early flight home. Best staff ever!

The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is really friendly, but there are several problems that killed the mood during the stay. 1. They have a weird AC system that doesn't automatically turn on when you get in the room and automatically turns off in the morning if you do manage to turn it on. It was really frustrating because for 2 days i didnt realize that and couldn't sleep which was just frustrating. To their credit, the staff was pretty helpful about it, but in a three night stay i dont want to deal with stuff that every hotel has already figured out. 2. Their pillows are really bad. Like i can get cheaper and way better pillows from ikea for the fraction of per night price of the room bad. They felt like i was sleeping on a hard foam block. I suspect they are just advertising for the company that supplied them the pillows. I have never seen a "pillow menu" before. All the other stuff was good, the staff is really friendly, the hotel is really clean, and the breakfast was pretty nice.

Love the location of the property. Excellent staff. Very clean property. Beautiful view from rooftop cafe/bar. Included breakfast was absolutely amazing in variety. Only serious problem: all corridor noises and hallway conversations were very clearly heard inside the room. Continuous noise from the movement of the elevator/lift, till at least I fell asleep around midnight, was not fun. I am giving 4 stars since that is one thing that could potentially be fixed to improve guest experience. If that can be fixed, it would be a flawless hotel.

Overall the property is nice, the front desk staff were helpful and accomodating but lacked any luggage support staff. The room was clean and modern but very small with the bathroom pretty much in the bedroom with zero privacy. It was also street side and very noise at night so didn’t get much sleep. I think for ghe price it was expensive for what you got compared to other places we stayed.

Let me start this review off by saying the staff in the hotel are amazing. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. The view in the hotel is spectacular at night. You can enjoy some light dining and cocktails while over looking the Acropolis at the rooftop restaurant. Further shopping and dining is approximate 5 minutes walking distance. However, our room was on the 7th floor. The rooftop restaurant is just above on the 8th floor. With the being said, most of the night we heard chairs moving around and a lot of activity. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend a lower floor. The room itself was clean with all the essentials. The shower lacks privacy. It is a glass door outside the bathroom stall. So, you may want to rethink this hotel if you are traveling with others in your room. Lastly, the continental breakfast was delicious. Both my husband and I really enjoyed.

Great stay for discovering Athens. Very close (5 minute walk) to Akropolis. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Standard rooms are not big but everything is there. Free mini bar on arrival. Only remark is the lack of sound isolation. You can hear the other guests coming back.

All staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Room was lovely and modern with a big comfy bed and amazing shower. We were on a main road the the windows weren't up to the noise so we were kept up through the night with beeping horns, revving motorbikes and a loose drain cover.

Our stay at Niche Hotel was perfect. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and comfortable. They even offer a pillow menu! The rooftop breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh foods while looking at the acropolis- a spectacular way to start the day. However, it was the service and responsiveness of the staff that was the highlight! They were excellent. A secret tip- don’t miss the underground spa designed around ruins from 300AD! We had great massages in this unique setting.

Check in and out was seamless, the communication with the hotel prior to our stay and arranging of transportation was so helpful, and the rooftop bar restaurant was a great edition! Great area as we walked right to our tour at the acropolis. We would stay here again. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in a great location! Easy walking distance to Acropolis and surrounding shops. Loved the rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful and accommodating in arranging transportation and to-go breakfast boxes for early flight to airport. Highly recommend and we hope to return soon!

The customer service is very good. The bell boy helped us carries luggages from street parking to the hotel. He also helped us put our luggages in each of our rooms while we were dining at the hotel's restaurant. We travel in a group of 10 guests. The restaurant view of Acropolis is beautiful. It's about 7 mins walk to the shops and restaurants where you want to spend time on evening stroll. Hotel condition is excellent. Restaurant food option and drinks are good.

The best part of this hotel was its location just steps away from Plaka and the Acropolis. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The room had all the amenities necessary. The spa and jacuzzi were an extra charge so it would have been nice to have access to that but not a deal breaker. And there was no pool which would have out it over too. The rooftop bar was very nice, good drinks and food and the continental breakfast was delicious.

The rooftop view of Acropolis was fabulous and surreal. The food at Stork, the rooftop restaurant was delectable, recommend the baked cod. The salads were delicious. The breakfast buffet was also top notch.

Small hotel. Centrally located so easy to walk to sites and lots of restaurants There is traffic noise so if a light sleeper may be an issue Room a good size and great view of Acropolis Roof top bar and restaurant is small but you can’t beat the view and my cocktail was lovely. My only disappointment was breakfast. Selection of savoury food ok but items that should be hot at best lukewarm Big shout out to staff. There were lots so service very good. All really friendly and helpful

The breakfast was top notch. One of the best I've encountered in all my travels. You can order whatever type of coffee you like and they bring it to you ehile you eat breakfast and enjoy your view of the Acropolis. I will recommend to my friends!
