Absolutely lovely room and self-service hotel. Ideally located within an easy 7min walk from Como Lago train station, and thus the centre of town. Spectacular views of the lake from the roof garden, and a very comfortable and homely room. Happy to recommend and stay again.

Excellent location with stunning views over the lake. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and gave all the information we needed. Roof terrace, with hot tub, was also stunning.

It was an amazing place with an amazing view, and so easy to get to our room. The terrace in the kitchen were nice too. It is also in a great location.

A limited number of rooms with a common kitchen and balcony with a great view of Lake Como. Not easy to find but our taxi driver used the address and a picture from Hotels.com to point us at the right door. Ferry terminal and many restaurants are close by

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful. Having use of the shared kitchen allowed us to have some simple snacks on the deck and meet other travelers. Boz, who checked us in, was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Received very helpful instructions from Alberto to locate and enter the property. The room was compact, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the fridge was very helpful. Great location and I would definitely recommend this property.

Tucked away near the Como waterfront, this looks to be a portion of an apartment building converted to a number of charming little suites. There’s a low-fi feel to the place - a cross between a hotel and a backpackers stay - given our room only had skylights and no other windows, but the rooms were nicely furnished and there’s a common kitchen and small terrace overlooking the lake. We stayed with our five-year-old son and enjoyed it due to its fantastic location.

Mold in shower. Rug by bed filthy. Shower spills out onto bathroom floor. Cabinets falling apart. Had to hang blanket over window for privacy. Did not match the pictures at all.

We found this last minute and was so happy we did! Super cute and spacious clean room! Great location!! Easy to find. Would come back definitely !

Our overall experience got disturbed by the huge amount of mold in the room. The design is cute, the room is big, and you can see that someone put their heart and soul in it. When we came into the room, the temperature was set to 18 degrees Celsius. We know that there is a energy crisis going on and we do not expect that it would be 22 degrees inside the room, but when it is really humid and there is no ventilator, the mold is growing. It smelled really bad! The bathroom was so bad, that we used it the bear minimum.

Monica is a wonderful property owner, and a terrific host. If we ever return to Como, we will definitely be staying with her. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the lake.

Die Unterkunft ist nur temporär besetzt und trotzdem hat man sich sehr um guten Empfang trotz Verspätung gekümmert. Man bekommt dann einen Code mit dem man ins Haus und Zimmer eigenständig kommt. Das Zimmer mit schrägen Blick auf den Comersee ist von der Lage toll, aber leider sind die Fenster nicht schalldicht und man hört den gesamten Straßenverkehr. Von der Ausstattung war das Zimmer gut mit Kapselmaschine, Minibar, freistehender Badewanne, Duschkabine und separatem WC ausgestattet, aber… Leider funktionieren die Schiebetüren von Dusche und WC nicht ordentlich, alles ist etwas schmutzig, das elektronische Zimmertürschloss hat seine Aussetzer und die Matratze vom Bett mit einer großen Bettdecke zu zweit ist sehr hart. Schade, sonst wäre es mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfreichen Service wirklich eine super Location im Herzen der großartigen Altstadt direkt an der Uferpromenade von Como.

Room had a beautiful view of lake como and in a great location. This is really more like an airbnb (an apartment in a residential building with each room rented out.) There was no one working there most of the time but they were really responsive and helpful to messages via expedia or whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again for the location and view.

Views of the lake that cannot be beat! Absolutely breathtaking suite once we walked in with 3 sides of windows with amazing views. The air conditioning worked really well and the bed was super comfortable. Extremely helpful hosts who were easy to get in touch with and to work with. Would absolutely look to stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable near the Duomo. Friendly staff, quick check in, few stairs to deal with. There is a lift for the first part. Near restaurants, coffee and transport. Lake is very close.

We stayed in the lake view suite, it was beautiful! It is positioned right on the front of the lake with unobstructed views, we couldn’t have asked for a better location! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, especially Monica who helped us with absolutely everything for which we were so grateful! I couldn’t recommend staying here enough, everything from the views to the interior decorations were all simply incredible! When we return to visit Lake Como we will without a doubt be staying here again.

I absolutely loved this stay! Really awesome communication the amazing Monica from before I arrived to even checking that my transport afterwards had worked out. It was super customer service from start to finish! The location was beautiful, the room was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and terrace area with an awesome view were all beyond my expectations! There was so much to do in such a small area and the restaurant selection was fantastic too! Monica though was the best part though. I arrived after midday on a Sunday expecting to be able to get a ferry up to Bellagio and was unfortunately confronted with a massive queue and only one more ferry left by the time I had checked in. But Monica kindly spent about an hour going through all the ferry, bus and train timetables to chart me a course for the next morning to allow me to catch a ferry to Bellagio and another To Veranna and then a train ride back to Milan to cat my connecting train to Venice. It was such an awesome experience to have a complete stranger go to those lengths to help you out on the other side of the world. Loved loved loved the place and the service ❤️

Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. (We were able to head out for when it opened, buy tickets come back and get ready... so very handy!) Also very good location for Como itself. Thanks for a great stay

Third time in Lake Como bit First time staying here.. Alberto was amazing! Very helpful! He upgraded our room and it was so beautiful that we stayed an extra night. I will definitely return!

No human that was at the facility. Felt uncomfortable and not safe. Had to leave key of the room in a public cabinet.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect. I didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all it has offered. Communication with the host was great and easy. Thank you and I hope to be back.

Very classy room, centrally located. We had a great experience. Our hostess Monica went out of the way to ensure we had a wonderful experience, given that we were there on a holiday and pressed for time, something we did not anticipate. Would love to come back

Location, location, location!!! This hotel was steps away from restaurants, transportation and shopping. An amazing view from the rooftop deck, many restaurant options just outside the doorway. Conveniently located across the street from Lake Como where you can take the boats from and also just a few minutes from the train station.
