Wonderful room, peaceful, clean. Nice area with restaurants near by and Starbucks walking. Chargers are charge point which cost $4 per hr. But it’s okay. Super charger for Tesla is very close like 5 min or less.

An amazing stay at the Element. Clean hotel, kitchenette in the room, heated pool and hot tub. Kevin, the manager was welcoming as well as the gentleman behind the bar. The only minus is that the room should have a set of towels for each registered guest. We had to ask for 2 more sets. I still say 5 stars!

Fresh and fancy hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Exercise room well stocked. Pool and spa were both colder than should be. Limited dining and attractions within waking distance, but short drive to shopping center with more options and theme park. Hotel in flight path of airport, makes the pool and spa area loud with way sound echos off the buildings, but room we stayed in was quiet throughout the night. Theme park is scheduled to close in a year or two, so probably wont return, but enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is very nice, room was nice. There was a miscommunication with cleaning our room, so it only got cleaned once in a 5 night stay. But we can work with that. Breakfast was great and the staff and the breakfast were very pleasant. Not a whole lot within walking distance, but a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Not sure why you have to pay to park in a hotel that isn’t in a downtown area? $18 a night. Would stay again.

Overall a great and modern 3 star hotel for the price. One thing to consider is that the hotel is close to Montague Expressway so it can be loud if your room is facing out. Also the parking is not free, $15 a night which is kind of weird consider we are not in San Francisco but suburbs of Santa Clara. But the room itself was clean and new, everything was also well maintained.

Room had a full kitchen, beautiful windows, fun furniture, plenty of space. Really great pool and hot tub. Fitness room looked spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is pricey, but with good reason. Will stay again when I need a splurge.

The only thing about my stay was the floor cleanliness. The carpet looks vacuumed, the hard floor was not mopped at all I don't know. My feet and the kids feet got dirty from walking around in the room only. Other than that, everything else was excellent to perfection. Kid friendly hotel is a plus. Would've been all five stars in each category but the floor cleanliness was dirty in my room. I didn't switch rooms though since I loved my room location and floor. It wasn't super bad to the point of switching rooms. Definitely would still stay at this hotel again though. Liked the area and loved how the room was spacious and clean to a certain point.

The room over us were very noisy impossible to get any rest… Dog poop in front of the elevator o mentioned it to the front lobby. Don’t think I’ll stay here again. Thanks but No Thanks

This hotel was very clean and my family really enjoyed the decor and atmosphere. Breakfast was great for my family and the staff did an excellent job of being welcoming and making sure each guest had a full breakfast plate. Which I appreciated as a mom of little ones.

When I checked in I was really tired, I went up to my room and put my things inside. And went to run some errands, we came back went to bed. The next morning I was making the bed, and noticed a big amount of hairs in the middle of the bed towards the end of the bed. I called the front desk and let them know. How could such a big amount of hair could have gotten there in just hours, my thought is that no one changed the linen. It was disgusting just the thought of sleeping in the same sheets of the previous guests. The thermostat was not working, the room was hot and the windows cant be open.

Loved my stay at Element Santa Clara. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the rooms spotless, they had everything you need in the kitchen and good bathroom products.The breakfast was excellent, they even have a yogurt station with fresh fruit. The location perfect—just minutes from the Levi’s Stadium. The outdoor swimming area is also very nice. Highly recommend for a getaway. Will definitely return.

very noisy room next to the highway. asked for a room away from the highway and the lady at the counter gave one closest tonthe hwy!!! could not sleep and had to move to another room, but still noisy. Also, in the second there was hair in the shower. Asked the housekeeping lady to clean it

Great hotel for a short stay. The room was cute! Everything appeared new, the bed was comfy and the room even had a sink and kitchen area but without a stove of course. It was quite useful even just for one night. My biggest grievance was that some of the staff could definitely use some guidance when it comes to hospitality. We weren’t promptly helped nor greeted once we got there and we even had to call for assistance from someone who was just in the room next to the front desk, which felt weird since she definitely was able to hear us waiting. Aside from minor customer service issues, the hotel is worth it.

Our stay was awesome; the staff was great. Luis at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, we had arrived early and they found a room for us so we got a chance to relax before the football game. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We will be staying there again!

This property was the perfect location for us to attend the Taylor Swift concert. It is close to the airport so if you are a light sleeper, that may be an issue but otherwise the rooms are clean and well equipped

Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem for me was that the scrambled eggs were really, really over cooked. It also would have been nice to have had a toaster and bread or english muffins to make toast. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean everywhere: lobby, amenities, pool and patio, hallways and rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I dropped one star was breakfast which was very limited and disappointing, not many warm options, no veggies and not many fruit options. So close to the airport but windows are sound proof and you only notice the constant air traffic when outside in pool area. In total this is a good hotel to stay at and would be great if they improve their breakfast variety.

We loved our stay at element! There were food options, just across the parking lot, the pool was great, breakfast was was convenient and tasty (very limited gluten-free options if any, not clearly labeled), staff or incredibly friendly and helpful, the entire property and bedrooms were very clean, and the beds are heavenly brand so they were super comfy!
