Bath is a beautiful city and the apartment was top quality. Easy to find, easy check in/out. Everything was clean and tidy. After a few slight hiccups, one of which was a lack of coffee pods and was quickly remedied by staff (literally within 2 mins). The other was that we were a little disappointed at bedtime to find the sofa bed bedding was sufficient but not the quality that we had come to expect given the rest of the apartment (slight stain, missing a duvet cover and poor quality pillows compared to the other bed). I messaged but got no response until after we left the following day, however I have now received a really nice email from the team stating that they will act on my feedback. I love how they responded to my constructive criticism with learning and in the manner it was given. With this minor change the apartment is a 10/10 in my opinion ……and I am picky! Thanks again Hiding Space for a beautiful trip.

Cosy studio really close to everything in Bath. Exactly as advertised and sufficiently equipped. The space was well organized and practical. It was also clean with good toiletries and check in / check out was easy. We were there in a weird moment: a painting job in the stairs, all the streets around are under work too. I strongly advise to bring ear plugs because it can be very noisy in the street during the night. Like, nearly falling out of the bed noisy because of deliveries, garbage collection or partying people (we had very noisy upstairs neighbors.)

Excellent staff, amazing penthouse. Highly recommend! Be aware that the penthouse is 7 stairs up with no elevator, so not for the faint of heart.

Well, we got a upgrade on our package, and it was the best time we ever had anywhere in britain. Definitely down for the best experience staying somewhere in britain, we've ever had. The view was easily the best in the city, just fantastic, the room was clean, the facilities were top notch and luxurious. Staff were readily available and easy to reach, it was perfect.

Fantastic location and amenities. My only suggestion would be to take a unit above ground floor if you like natural light as there are only 2 small ground level windows. Otherwise completely spotless and has everything needed with easy access to everything in Bath.
