Nice place, good breakfast, but unfortunately it doesn’t provide shuttle service to Sea-Tac . At the end I had to pay about 80$ for Uber commuting to airport I don’t think I will use this option again PD: I know it was my mistake not verifying that this hotel doesn’t have shuttle service

My biggest negative mark is having to pay $15 a night for parking. Talk about a greedy way to make more money. Just be aware that even though the price for the room is cheap they nail you on the overnight parking.

Overall this was a very nice place to stay - but - when we first checked in we were given a room with a malfunctioning industrial air-conditioner in the middle of the floor hooked up to a large flexible duct through hole in the wall. The room was warm and humid. Granted they quickly gave us a reasonable room after I complained but I mean, really? I'm docking them a star for that. Also the bar is OK but only open 5-10 weekdays except they also close Friday. Other than that the place was great, the included breakfasts were very good. We didn't use it, but the kitchen in the room was very nice, it would have been easy to have an extended stay here.

Excellent location and accessibility to the city. Was a little peaved there was no indication that parking was extra, for $15 per night for a hotel not in the downtown area. Also, the mattress was uneven and should be replaced.

This hotel should highlight the fact that you can walk to the lake and walk around the pier. We didn’t know until the last day and towards the end of the day!! I wish the hotel will highlight when people check in especially for people outside Washington state. The lake is very beautiful and there are actually restaurants there. The hotel is very nice…..kinda new still but when we were there one of the elevators is not working so the wait for the elevators is very long. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel and it’s very close to the Landing for shopping and dining. My family enjoyed our stay here.

Checked in early on the app only to be told in person the room wasn't ready. They weren't ready until *AFTER* check in time. I was told to wait in the lobby instead of offering to check my luggage and after being told they would be late in getting the room ready (for a holiday weekend) I noted that and asked if there was anything they could do to make up for their lateness. I was told they would call me (they never did) and when the staff changed and I could check in (went up on my own after seeing a line) I saw a post it note with my name saying I was upset. The bar is not much of a one. Mixed drinks tasted funny and the host forgot to give us back our credit card.

Our room's bathroom was not cleaned well. The mirror still had toothbrush splatter, the toilet was not cleaned well. The shower looked semi-cleaned. Overall the room was fine, minus the cleanliness of the bathroom.

No waste basket in the main room, bath tub had a large soap scum ring, bathroom sink plunger stuck, not able to open to let waste water through. Put in a ticket with the front desk at 5:00pm to have it fixed (left to a baseball game), returned to room at 10:45pm and the sink is still not working.

Hotel was very nice, a very friendly staff. Upfront with what they could do and not do. Area is half a mile from park and beach. Great location. Never received the room cleaning as promised ( every other day). Would definitely stay there again!

Liked the kitchen area and available kitchen items. Did not like that the subfloors were so thin that we could hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around in their room above our bed. Liked the location to parks and shops. Driving anywhere was simple to get around. Our one set back was having to ask for additional bathroom supplies. Walked next door to other hotel because they were not stocked with enough laundry detergent

Lovely very spacious room with a great view. Wonderful breakfast choices, laundry on site, wine and dinner offered with grill on patio. Within steps of Lake Washington. All thisxwith a small kitchen. Staff so friendly and kind. We will be back!

The cleanest, best-maintained hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only negatives were the $18 per day for parking and the antiquated TV system. The pay parking is not uncommon in the area, so I can’t fault the hotel too much for that. The subpar TV system is on Marriott corporate, and not a fault of the property. A great stay and will definitely book here again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My fully paid reservation was moved to a completely different part of town without any notice—I wasn’t even contacted. I showed up expecting to check in, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the front desk agent acted like I was the inconvenience. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from both the staff and the property. Avoid this place at all costs

I think the service people where great but took them along time to help.. When I arrived the gal said it would be a moment while she signed it to computer, once on she turned and walked away after I had patiently waited over 10 mins already. Then it was another 5 plus minutes before someone came out and helped. Leaving took about 10 mins for someone to arrive out front again to help.. Just think this could be better for all concerned, before it makes one take pause and book else where in future.. Other then that it was very clean, very friendly, no other issues.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! The great you with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and so comfortable! We had a one king bed suite with a kitchen and it was very spacious. There are alot of mirrors for getting ready as well! I would recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Seattle

This was the perfect place for us. The leaves were gorgeous in October. There is a trail and water view a walkable distance right across the street. We made it to Seattle in about 20-25 minutes. It was great 👍

The room was great. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was lacking; only ate there once because of limited choices compared to other hotel breakfasts. Also, the parking garage had difficult to maneuver into narrow spots with lots of columns.
