Didn't have breakfast, Didn't use hot tub Housecleaning staff friendly, polite and quiet Clean accommodations Nice open lobby area to work in My new favorite place to stay when I come to LA to work!

This hotel is very easy to get to, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice.

I always stay here when coming to North Hollywood. Exceptional service and overall great hotel

Room was awesome very clean plenty of shampoo/ conditioners/ soap /shower caps / Q-tips etc. Friendly helpful staff always available to assist Plenty of private parking. Great security.

Parking was underground and tucked away with cameras in opportune areas, so we felt super comfy about leaving it there. Staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze since we prepaid. Deposit was reasonable and so was the snack shop for water and such. Great, healthy choices to eat near by and they're located super close to Universal which was a pleasant surprise. The property is we kept and we really enjoyed hanging out near the pool. Bathtub in our room was a plus; and super deep and long. Best choice we've made in a hotel in a long while. Competitive rates and they treated us very well. It was such a good stay that we're planning to go back this Summer.
