Stayed for an evening before taking a ferry to the islands. Perfect location, luxurious, spacious rooms in a perfect location. There is no restaurant or lobby or pool here but it is the perfect spot to rest and relax.

Amazing hotel in Plaka - beware of photos posted as thought was getting an acropolis view - but apparently what was booked was courtyard - but hotel moved us - had sanction with view of acropolis - hot tub - not so great having breakfast in room - but very small SLH - would recommend.

A new boutique hotel with very nice and comfortable rooms. Good area close to all Athens main neighbourhoods. You should note that there is no lobby and dining room and breakfast is served in the room which is less comfortable.

A77 Suites by Adronis combines the in-room privacy and modern pleasantries of an upscale hotel with the personal attention and intimacy of a bed and breakfast. This very nicely-appointed property with a small balcony looks over a busy pedestrian street lined with shops. In fact, the entrance to the property is through its boutique shop, where we were greeted by Demetra and offered holiday cookies and spiced tea while she checked us in. Our 2nd-floor room was spacious and beautiful with high ceilings and wood floors. The bed was so comfortable that it was like sleeping at home. A few other reviewers lamented that there was no lobby or other common area, and that they had to eat breakfast in their rooms. We didn't mind this at all, since we spent so little time in the room. And the breakfast service was one of the things that we appreciated most. The staff took care to ask us for our order the night before, lest we forget, delivering in the morning at our chosen time. And the food! Strapatsada, fresh vegetables, sausage and/or bacon, fresh squeezed juice (grapefruit for me!), capuccino, Greek salad on toast, the most delicious yogurt in the world (where can I get this REAL Greek yogurt in the US, please?). It was delightful. On the mornings when we left early for day tours they boxed our breakfast for us and greeted us at the door. What a lovely experience. Turn-down service every night, flowering tea, bath sachets. Thanks to the staff for making for such a delightful stay!

A77 Suites is a lovely small hotel is the heart of the old section of Athens. There is lot's of dining and shopping nearby. Our room was very pretty and the hotel is in very good condition. A very nice in room breakfast is included. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!

A77 is right in the heart of Plaka. You can walk to everything worth seeing and eating. There is even a little lane that is a shortcut to the Acropolis next to the hotel. The hotel is nice. The only drawback is that there is no dining room, so you have to eat breakfast in your room. Overall, I am more than satisfied.

This was a wonderful stay. It is centrally located and clean and modern. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. We loved it!!

The hotel is an excellent boutique hotel, located in the heart of ancient Athens. Very quiet area and beautifully classical restored interiors, amazing shower and bathroom facilities. Very clean room and comfortable large bed. Loved the additional gifts and luxury treatments we were offered. Would recommend to guests who travel in comfort and luxury.

We absolutely loved our stay, and wished we could have stayed longer. The main interior/lobby was amazing with the boutique. Our hostess/manager was very accommodating and friendly. All other staff were also very sweet and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and very filling the hotel was very clean and up-to-date with nice furnishings. We will definitely stay at A77 on our next trip to Athens. I highly recommend this gem!!!

I am a frequent traveler and stay at hotels a lot. This one is an apartment hotel but i have to say that their staff was THE BEST (not one of the best - THE BEST) that i have ever come across. The hotel itself is an apartment converted into a hotel - but it is nothing short of a 5 Star experience. The bathrooms are classy, the rooms were spacious, the linen was clean and it is right in the middle of a great marketplace. Checks all the boxes. I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

The property itself is nice and is located in Plaka area so it’s super convenient however, the rooms are really noisy, the AC didn’t work, the electricity went off and on which made the tv turn on, on its own many times.

Our communication with Jenny prior to our arrival was excellent and in check-in she was more than helpful and accommodating. Our suite was beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the suite was a nice treat and delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend A77!

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we were able to spend a few more days in this amazing hotel. The staff were so attentive and kind and we had the most beautiful view of the Acropolis from our room! The room was newly renovated with so many beautiful amenities it truly made our stay so special. Will definitely be back again.

A77 was positively amazing. The rooftop room took our breath away. There could be no better view in Athens. We sat in the room’s rooftop hot tub watching the Parthenon light up for the evening. We ate breakfast on the room’s patio watching the city come to life. The service was wonderful.

Love the charm of this restored old home right at the heart of Plaka shopping, restaurants & sites. Constantina & Helena were so attentive, ordered my husband's medicine for us, and even gave us a few paracetamol from her own supply as we ran out for the night. Maria brought us waters and scrumptious breakfast. We were even upgraded to a better room. We'll definitely spread this gem of a hotel and make this our homebase when we're in Plaka.

This establishment is amazing the staff are well trained and go well beyond to make the stay Amazing. The breakfasts are incredible and hot. I can’t speak more highly of this hotel. Super good value for money.

Amazing, hospitable staff and great location in the city. Room was clean and comfortable, safe and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen was kind enough to prepare takeaway bags of breakfast when we had an early morning departure. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - thank you for an amazing experience in Athens!

Small boutique Hotel located in excellent location, lots of restaurants and shops around, I haven’t seen this part of Athens, but this is the only area I would recommend for travelers to stay. The hotel is very clean, service is great, very friendly staff, we only staying here for one night, but if I come back to Athens i will definitely stay here again.

Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast menu. And I kid you not, after eating that breakfast, if you can, you won’t need a meal for the rest of the day. As for the rooms, they are tastefully appointed. We had the room with “partial Acropolis view” but the view was more than enough to make the heart flutter. The building itself is a masterfully renovated mansion built about a century ago, and the neighbourhood is charming and within easy walking distance to just about any place in Athens that any visitor would want to see. It was a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

A77 is right in the heart of Plaka. You can walk to everything worth seeing and eating. There is even a little lane that is a shortcut to the Acropolis next to the hotel. The hotel is nice. The only drawback is that there is no dining room, so you have to eat breakfast in your room. Overall, I am more than satisfied.

Our communication with Jenny prior to our arrival was excellent and in check-in she was more than helpful and accommodating. Our suite was beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the suite was a nice treat and delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend A77!

I was so thrilled with our stay here !! They even came by to bring my son his own robe so he could match with us!! Sometimes it’s the little things like a bottle of wine and dessert waiting for us inside at check in. Truly a great experience and the breakfast was included and truly delicious delivered to your room!!! This is a great pick in a great area .
