The room was clean and was beautiful! The beds were hard as a rock and were not comfortable. No roll away beds were available when we requested. The pool is very small and got very crowded with just a small number of ppl.

Property and room were in good clean condition. My complaint was regarding the pool. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. We had to visit family new years day and that night was my step-son’s last day of Christmas break so we planned to play in the pool all night and the next morning. HOWEVER, we got up the next morning and was informed the pool was closed for cleaning all morning. So we were not able to spend the morning doing what we paid and planned to do. I was so annoyed we checked out immediately. I understand the need to clean the pool and its area but this is something that should have been done after normal checkout hours when it’s less likely to affect paying guests. Not having got what I paid for in this stay, I will never stay at this location again.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The gym was nice and also very clean with good equipment. The hot tub was broken during my stay and I wouldn’t say it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice location! Easy to get to and close to a lot of things in lansing. Hotel is extremely clean! Staff is very friendly, highly recommend! We'll be back for sure kids loved the pool.

Overall, we were comfortable with this place. Since Covid we have to remember to ask about room service before we book because different places have different rules. Not all our trash was taken out of the room and the stains around the base of the toilet were disappointing. The staff were some of the bests, we have had in Lansing. We were in town due a dear friend passing away. I could see us staying here again when we are in Lansing.

The shower didn’t drain and when the silver cover was moved by my son it showed a ton of nasty hair and grime. Also, the shampoo containers were nearly empty. I complained and they got us a new room to shower in and complementary breakfast however for $180 a night I expected top cleanliness and was disappointed.

Although for the most part the room and hotel were great, which is good because it is a pretty new property, however the bathroom door would close all the way and was very hard to open once closed. The other issue was after taking some of my bags down to my car I came back to find house keeping assumed I checked out, so I figured I'd go get something to eat and let them finish, unfortunately they took pretty much the rest of the time I had left so I was somewhat disappointed that I was essentially checked out at 10am.

Well this was my 1st hotel say alone, and i have to admit i was rather nervous.. but with the helpful staff, the inviting atmosphere, and the convient location, I was well cared for. 😊 The only thing id say is the WiFi wasnt working in my room, and I had a bit of trouble with the coffee maker. Still, i was more then satisfied with my care 😊

The hotel looked nice enough, but the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The bed and chair were hard as a rock. The pillows lacked substance so even trying to sit on the pillows did not help the chair nor bed obtain any level of comfort. It seems like hotel was made for instagram, but not actual people. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and had to pay for two nights, but everything was so uncomfortable we left early. My husband can literally sleep anywhere, but couldn't at this hotel due to the horrible bed.

This was a very nice hotel. Did not hear people running down the hallway or hear people walking around on the floor above me. They did a great job on sound proofing the rooms. Great location. The only negative is I wish the pool was bigger. Will definitely go back.

We stayed here for a convention over the weekend in Lansing. We really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean, updated and had more amenities than most. We had one of the ladies at the front desk bring us up an extra pillow and she was so kind that she even brought us up extra snacks and waters for free. We have never had this happen before at any other hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant hotel & it was very tasty. Best breakfast potatoes we have ever had! The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway and shopping/restaurants and the price was fair compared to some of the other comparable hotels. Loved our stay!

We will never stay here again. They gave away our room. They were going to make us pay for an upgrade to the room we had originally booked. So instead they went ahead and Checked us into the wrong room. I went to visit with the front desk and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on. They claimed someone else said they knew me and I was paying for their room. Frustrating visit all the way around. Said they were going to give us breakfast vouchers and never did.

The staff and management at this hotel are a notch above. We had driven 1100 miles through wind, rain and a horrible situation. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and the staffed everything in their power to make our stay most comfortable that they possibly could, I would give them 10 stars if it was available.

The Hilton Garden is a little more expensive than most but knowing that the experience is always going to be good is worth the money. Staff are all fantastic, room was super clean, and our breakfast at the hotel restaurant was outstanding. Could not ask for more.

The hotel is VERY nice! Rooms are modern & clean. LARGE shower (no tub), separate HVAC, kuric coffee maker, nice towels and bedding. The one complaint we have, is the restaurant (no courtesy breakfast, but reasonably priced menu), is understaffed. They need to find more quality waitstaff to keep up with the morning breakfast crowd.

From the onset Hilton Garden inn was a great choice for me & my wife. The staff at the desk is very professional Ashleigh was a big help. The rooms are were clean, microwave works. Had clean towels when needed. Breakfast was outstanding, the kitchen is open in the event of the Hilton Garden inn works
