The overall stay was good. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, they made a great cappuccino, and it was convenient being a block from a bus stop. However, here are my two complaints. They did not have a restaurant. On hotels.com it said they do. We came straight from the airport expecting to be able to eat. Also, the bed we had to sleep on was very hard and uncomfortable. Still a good stay.

Fire alarm went off at 5AM. It took them about an hour to turn it off. As a result we could not have breakfast. We requested the refund but they said it could not be done.

Elevator was broken. The room floor was dirty, like actual dirt on the entrance way. And not a speck but it could have been mopped clean. Staff was excellent and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Given erroneous information a few days before the check in when we called the hotel and were told there was no laundry facilities. There is actually a free laundry washer and dryer set up that we used. Hotel breakfast was a little pricey so we did not use it. The room is spacious with a large bathroom. Well insulated. The hotel is reasonably priced compared to hotels in Amsterdam centraal area. I would estimate they are price about one third. But the downside is a 40-50 min bus ride/tram ride to centraal, each way. I enjoyed the commute with the locals and bus passes the airport. Beware there are no convenience or grocery stores in the area.

We stayed here for one night before our flight, and it was perfect for a family transit stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing our family of four to rest well. Since it was a residence-style accommodation, we could easily prepare simple meals, which was very convenient. There was plenty of parking space available, and although the location is a bit outside the city, it would be even better if free parking were offered for guests — especially since it’s not easy to access the place without a car. If parking were complimentary, it would make this accommodation even more attractive. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay near the airport.

We stayed in a suite for 4 people, it was very spacious and comfortable, no airport shuttle bus but there was a bus stop outside. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience, and good value for money.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, no bar, no restaurant as advertised. I got in later and everything close to me was closed, so had to taxi to dinner and back. No shuttle, used the local bus system to get close then walked. I knew I was getting in later, I would have totally picked another place, it was not convenient for me at all. When the renovation is complete, it might be great, but for the moment it is not that great. Bed was comfortable though, and the room was better than average I would say.

The room were not as clean as i expected (considering the price, it is not worth it) it was tidy when we entered but as i was observing thouroughly, it is not really, some marks on the carpet (blood like) the pillow were very smelly (the one that I had at least) the stove in the room had a massive cracked and a little bit issue using if but someone came to fix it but it is what it is. The floor is quite dirty. The staff were very nice. The food was not good to be honest. No problem with checked in n checked out.

Booked reservation at wrong location, tried to cancel, no one answered the phone. Went to the hotel to cancel in person, no refunds for cancelation. Decided not to lose my money. Went to the room, small size, sheets had hair on them, bathroom dirty, hair in the shower. Could hear a child crying in another room. Pros: it's located right on bus line, has a USB port in the room to charge phone, 20 min walk from mall and food locations.

This is a hotel where you stay when you make a stopover at Schiphol. I call it a sleeping factory. It is rather new, but the ambiance is low. You might call it boring. A walk to the centre of Hoofddorp takes about 20 minutes. My room was well equiped with a pantry, cooking plate and microwave. Decent bath room. The bed was okay. The AC makes a lot of noise. The room is quite big. There is a fitness room on the 1st floor.

The room was very nice, with a good kitchenette and roomy refrigerator. The induction stove was a little hard to figure out. The bus to Amsterdam picks up right by the hotel. Cons: The bed was VERY firm. Also, the lighting in the room was not conducive to reading in bed, and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible for doing makeup. The shower was very difficult to figure out, as well.

we thought the hotel has shuttle to airport. And found this is a big misunderstanding. This hotel is quite far from downtown. You need to have a car to drive to other place. The closest supermarket needs minutes driving. The good things are the room has small kitchen, and the bed room has a door to keep independent.

Kitchenette inside the room was more than useful and definitely recommended for those who are looking to save some costs from dining out while in Amsterdam. Great hotel service, lovely staff, and fantastic housekeeping. Only docked 1 star because there was some sewer smell in the bathroom pipes but could be due to renovations nearby at the time.

This is a Wonderful place, clean with all the essential facilities. Easy to get the bus. Staff was really helpful, friendly. Specially during checkout we had a very early time to go to the airport around 4 am. The receptionist helped us to carry our luggages. Thank you for your support.

Arrivati ad Amsterdam, ci dirigiamo verso l hotel che avevamo già prenotato e pagato insieme al volo. Li ci viene detto che non c era nessuna prenotazione a nostro nome, e che l hotel era al completo. Nei 20 GG precedenti avevamo contattato l hotel per avere informazioni sulla città , e quindi la prenotazione esisteva. L addetto alla reception, oltre a parlare solo inglese e olandese e in modo molto maleducato, dopo diverse telefonate, ci dice che dobbiamo andare in un altro hotel scelto da loro, e che avrebbe pagato il trasporto. Chiedo di sapere dove si trova l hotel e com è? Ma la risposta è quella di stare seduti ed attendere. Intanto Expedia contatta l hotel, senza concludere nulla anche loro e senza avere risposte sulla mancanza di prenotazione. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto da nessuno una risposta per quanto riguarda la mancata prenotazione, ma solo una gran maleducazione. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa e discussioni , arriva taxi che ci porta al nuovo hotel.. Pessima esperienza di viaggio.

Lage ok. Hotel auch gut. Nur das Personal ist etwas zurückhalten und nicht sehr kommunikativ wie mal ein guten Morgen in der Früh. Zimmer wurde auch eher nicht gereinigt nur das Bett gemacht. A convenient hotel on the outskirts of busy Amsterdam. It’s a lovely location for those wanting to stay close enough to the city, but not quite within. We had a car, and I would say this is a better option for coming by car to allow you to travel around.

The hotel isn't really close to the airport, it isn't terribly easy to get to or from the airport from there. Additionally, if you want to rely on public transport, you're going to be using the bus from here, not the train. It's a serviceable hotel, but given these limitations, you can probably do better if you want to be close to the airport.

we thought the hotel has shuttle to airport. And found this is a big misunderstanding. This hotel is quite far from downtown. You need to have a car to drive to other place. The closest supermarket needs minutes driving. The good things are the room has small kitchen, and the bed room has a door to keep independent.

This is a great stay. It is near the airport and public transportation is about 200 meters away. I would stay there again without any hesitation. Great staff!

We stayed here for one night before our flight, and it was perfect for a family transit stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing our family of four to rest well. Since it was a residence-style accommodation, we could easily prepare simple meals, which was very convenient. There was plenty of parking space available, and although the location is a bit outside the city, it would be even better if free parking were offered for guests — especially since it’s not easy to access the place without a car. If parking were complimentary, it would make this accommodation even more attractive. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay near the airport.

It is well connected to the centre of Amsterdam (by the same buses that go to the airport), even if it's a 40 minutes ride for the city centre. I am willing to rate this hotel very highly because of how much I enjoyed my stay. My family and I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast was truly awesome. The manager and staff were amazing team. I could go on and on. If you’re in Amsterdam check them out!

The room were not as clean as i expected (considering the price, it is not worth it) it was tidy when we entered but as i was observing thouroughly, it is not really, some marks on the carpet (blood like) the pillow were very smelly (the one that I had at least) the stove in the room had a massive cracked and a little bit issue using if but someone came to fix it but it is what it is. The floor is quite dirty. The staff were very nice. The food was not good to be honest. No problem with checked in n checked out.

We stayed in a king bedroom on 3rd floor on a bank holiday weekend. Car park free and plenty of space. Room was clean. Staff helpful & friendly. Kitchenette had microwave/grill and double hob with plates and pans, etc. Breakfast was fine with a good range of choice.

Ved ankomst om aften, var der en meget smilende ung kvinde som sad i receptionen (første gang oplevet hotel med kun 1 key card). Vi kom ind på vores værelse som tydeligt bar præg af meget hurtig og let gjort rengøring. Der var negle, sminke, tandpasta og hår på gulvet i badeværelset. Køkkenet havde komfur som ikke virkede ordentlig, en mikrobølgeovn som var møgbeskidt indvendig med fedt fra mad, vægen havde blodlignende snavs og andet på sig (gjorde opmærksom på det, men blev ikke ordnet selv efter daglig rengøring). Der var en meget lille skraldespand til hele værelset, dårlige hovedpuder samt MEGET dårlig madras (hvilket gav dårlig søvn) Den ene telefon som var på værelset var selve stikket smadderet, så skulle man have fat i receptionen måtte man gå der ned. Den ene dag var der intet varmt vand, og vi var flere nede og klage. Og der gik næsten en halv dag intet problem var ordnet. Vi havde ikke bestilt morgenmad/morgenbuffet og det fortryder vi ikke, da til den pris ville vi have blevet MEGET skuffet (meget lille udvalg) Ikke lige et sted vi kommer igen. Dog lå beliggenheden rigtig godt, med masser af købs/shoppe muligheder, samt tæt på centrum Det skal dog siges at den søde receptionist som var det om aften var virkelig serviceminded og gjorde sit bedste. Men tror hun snakkede for døve øre, når hun videre gav klagerne, og hun beklagede mange gange da vi tjekkede ud (gav os gratis parkering, da hun lavede slut regningen)

We stayed in a suite for 4 people, it was very spacious and comfortable, no airport shuttle bus but there was a bus stop outside. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience, and good value for money.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, no bar, no restaurant as advertised. I got in later and everything close to me was closed, so had to taxi to dinner and back. No shuttle, used the local bus system to get close then walked. I knew I was getting in later, I would have totally picked another place, it was not convenient for me at all. When the renovation is complete, it might be great, but for the moment it is not that great. Bed was comfortable though, and the room was better than average I would say.
