The room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. It’s very conveniently located by the Busan train station. The only disappointment was if you want to swim in the rooftop pool you have to pay 30,000 won($22) each for a 2 hour window. We decided it was worth it to cool off and the views from the infinity pool are spectacular.

위치는 부산역 광장 옆이라 KTX를 이용한다면 상당히 편리한 위치입니다..인근에 식당이용이 용이하고 1층에 스타벅스, 던킨도넛과 CU편의점이 있어 편리합니다. 자동차를 이용한다면 지하 주차장도 넉넉한 편이라 좋습니다. 프론트 직원들도 친절합니다. 다만 객실 내부 청소 상태나 욕실에 비치되어 있는 수건의 관리상태는 그다지 만족스런 수준은 아닙니다. 또한 객실에 있는 슬리퍼는 일회용이 아니라 아쉽습니다.

I love this hotel located on Exit 1 of KTX Busan Station. Busan City Tour Bus is across the street and the bus and Busan Subway is walking distance. The bed is very comfortable and rainfall shower is awesome. Plenty of laundry washers. They can use another dryer since theres only one. I will stay here again next time.

테이블에 먼지가 너무 많았고, 바닥도 청결하지 않았습니다. 객실에 모기가 너무 많아서 많이 잡았지만 아침까지 잠을 설쳤고, 이불에서는 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 기분까지도 좋지 않았어요. 방 교체를 요청할까 하다가 귀찮아서 그냥 묵었는데 이번 호텔은 많이 실망스러웠어요.

Location is great, taxis, buses, banks, convenience stores, places to eat, all right there. Cleanliness is lacking tremendously. No washcloths for you Americans who are used to having them provided, no bar soap, only bath soap and foam hand soap. Dryer had to be held open, toilet seat continuously got hot. Bathroom sink counter hadn’t been wiped and was disgusting. There were luggage stickers stuck on walls in our room and hallway. Wish I had taken pics of the worn out slippers in the closet for guests to wear…

My room was outdated, with wallpaper detaching and mold both in the room and in shower. Cleanliness was sufficient with some gaps. Service was very bad: the cleaning lady removed the key card in the morning and on the evening I found the room at 29°C

The shower was very slippery with the smooth tile. I almost slipped so I had put a towel on the floor tile inside the shower. Location was excellent.. It was close to subway and train stations, very convenient. It was also close to eateries.

Liked location next to Busan KTX and subway station. Front desk and floor staff were helpful and easy to talk with at all times. Laundry facilities of two sets of washer and dryer can be busy but what I did not like was that as it was late November, heating in rooms were turned on but could not be reduced or controlled. We had three rooms and room temperature was generally 26 Celsius even with windows opened and of course it was noisy. Everybody in our party did not sleep well and this was major issue given we stayed several nights. A lot of rooms also had their windows open. Definitely will be a major factor in deciding future stays here.

Smaller Rooms. Poor Staff Service at Reception: 1. No VIP treatment even after booking as a Expedia VIP guest. 2. Reception say no to everything that they have not available. I asked for some ice, spoon, plates etc.. the staff simply says no. Breakfast is also not good. Will not recommend to book this property.

Hotel Location is quite good. Its just opposite the Busan Main station with few eateries there. Walking distance to Haidilao and convenience stores. Dunkin donut and starbucks downstairs. The reception staffs service is not good when check in late at night. Paid for a 2 twin premium room which were higher price then my other family members (2 sgl bed premium room)and was given the same category of room. They insisted that i paid more for floor area 22sqm not the bed size. After some argument, the staffs offered to upgrade us to club floor 22-24flr. Just a normal and do not see any difference. Still have to join 2 beds together to sleep 3. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing.

At check-in, I asked for earlier check-in and the receptionist said it will be at additional cost. I found out later that if you digital check in with your phone, I could have checked in at 1:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm. Didn’t inform me of this info. Also I only got one key at check-in and when I asked for 2nd key for my son, I was told that there is $20 fee if we lose the plastic key. Never in my whole life, traveling the world that I was given one key for two guests and penalty of $20 for plastic card. Amazing!!!!!!!! Other services were great!

釜山駅（KTXなどの乗り場側）が目の前で、駅までのアクセスは最高でした。室内はコンパクトながらも綺麗で大満足です。ホテルの1階にはStarbucks、練り物屋、cuが入っており、とても便利でした。cuのスタッフの方がとても優しく英語・日本語で対応してくれます。釜山駅の周辺はモーテルや男性向けのお店が集まっており、私は苦手でした。 KTXを利用する予定があればまた利用したいと思います。

Room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain on that. The area is convenient, as the train station was located right next to the hotel. There are two semi-negative things however, that I would like to point out. (1) Breakfast was not very good. Bacon didn't taste good, scrambled eggs were watery, sausages not good. On the other hand salads were pretty good, but if you really want to eat enough to get through a day full of customer meetings, then might not want to choose this hotel. (2) The logic of hotel's elevators was somewhat confusing. There were four elevators, two on each sides of the elevator lobby. When you pushed a button to call for an elevator, that only called for the two elevators on that side of the lobby. So naturally, you pushed on two buttons to get one of the elevators to come for you. That, however, resulted in two elevators coming. That means that on many cases there was always one extra elevator moving to an empty floow, because people had already got on the other elevator that came sooner.

Close to Busan Station so near to pick up location if booking a tour. We liked the breakfast, just make sure to go early or avoid the first hour because it tends to get super crowded for tour group. Overall, nice location to stay in Busan.

Very convienent next to Busan station. Comfy beds, clean rooms. The dinner availability and the bar are very lacking though. Go up for the views whixh are amazing but eat elsewhere (they juat keep food in warmers).
