Such a beautiful hotel and not one issue with checking or out. Breakfast was good, gym and service. Late food service would be great for flights that arrive after 10pm but we ordered in and was still fun with lobby drinks.

While the parking was easy, we did have to pay for it. This hotel is very near a cruise port and has a shuttle stop at the side door to provide transportation to the port and safe parking for vehicles (for a fee)

We stayed at the Marriott for the weekend for our daughter soccer tournament. The staff was great, the room were spacious and the pool and spa was perfect.

Stayed here the night before our cruise. This hotel is close to the port and they do offer parking (12.80/day) and a shuttle to the port (10.00 per person) if that’s what you need. Very nice complimentary breakfast with lots of hot and cold options.

Room was spacious and modern. Pool was clean but hot tub had floating debris and super tiny. They advertised a lounge and restaurant that wasn’t open on the first night and second night was limited to a few hours. Laundry room does not take CC so if you need to do a load of laundry make sure you have quarters. There is no ATM on site so be prepared if you need cash. Breakfast did have a good selection but closed up by 9am. Overall it was a good location to enjoy the beach and a 20 minute drive to Kennedy space center.

Super staff. Dining area at breakfast should have been cleaned prior to serving. Room great. Staff check in and bar great. Lots of litter outside but out of their control. Shuttle to port available.

The room was beautiful but unfortunately the cleaning people did a horrible job. It had black hair all over on the countertops and in the shower. The seal on the shower door was broke so water leaked all over the floor despite having the door shut. The sink was missing grout to be sealed. The check in staff was nice.

This is our second stay at this location and we were very disappointed in the level of cleanliness and disinfecting. Our bathroom was in sad sad shape. Hair on the wall and in the sink and mold in the shower. Mold in the shower dowsnt just pop up. Mold is from months of inadequate cleaning. Very disappointed.

The room was dusty. It has been a long time since a thorough dusting was done. Top of glass over the coffee maker and tops of all furniture very dusty. If I had allergies I would not have been able to stay in this hotel

Hotel was clean and overall good value. I didn't like how early the pool/hot tub closed (dusk), would prefer to be able to use into the evening after working all day. Also, room temperature controls were locked and would not allow setting temp below 77F which is a little warm for me normally but overall these were very minor issues.

First the deadbolt would pop-out every time you would open the door from the inside, spoke with front desk about it and they said it happens all the time. Second the air conditioner will go down to 68 degrees, that is fairly warm and uncomfortable sleeping temperature for myself, no one on the property can do anything to it even the maintenance man. Third I had to go down every morning and ask for new towels and wash clothes, that we’re supposed to be delivered to my room, but for some reason every night I had to go back down and ask for them again…Fourth the shower was very nice but the door doesn’t close all the way and it leaks water all over the bathroom floor

The bathroom door , which is glass, faces the beds. This made using the bathroom weird and the noise from the toilet flushing loud in the main part of the room. Plus if it was late the light from the bathroom was not blocked at all.

Loved this property. Brand new. Rooms were super quiet and extremely spacious and well-thought-out. Every detail was attended to. Loved the huge closet, comfortable sofa, dual vanities, and separate water closet.

Very nice, new, spacious room. We got the room with two king beds and one sofa bed. I liked the split bathroom design. Shower pressure was very weak. Nicely furnished, furniture is high quality, west elm. Cleanliness could be improved. No free water was provided. Buffet breakfast was good.

Sara who worked the front desk was so helpful, Friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in because our cruise came back early. And a late check out due to a later flight. The pool area was clean. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food and drinks. It was a great stay!

Sara at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were able to check in early due to a cruise arriving early in the morning. And then a late check out the next day due to a later flight. The pool area was clean. The continental breakfast offered a lot of food varieties and drinks. We had a great stay.

The staff that was at the check in desk was kind of rude and treated me and my guest different than how the next guest was treated. I’m a travel nurse and was not greeted with a warm welcome as the opposite race was treated. Thank goodness there was a representative at the desk that was of same race as me that witnessed how I was just dismissed by the staff member and came over immediately to assist me. Racism and stereotyping is not a good look at this facility!

I was upset because after driving for 7 hours we were told that our room wasn’t ready when I was told it was. Then we went out for 2 hours to do some shopping to make time fly as we were waiting for our rooms and when we came back it still wasn’t ready. Then one of the rooms bathroom was having problems. The shower kept stopping while we were showering and the sink has yellow pebbles in it.

Everything was great except for the manager. I booked this hotel for 2 king beds. When I got here to check in was told they changed me to queens. Spoke to a rude manger and she stated that bc I booked through Expedia they have the right to change my booking.

Property was very clean and inviting. The breakfast however they only stock everything once and then that’s it. So it you plan to eat breakfast be there right when it’s set out or find another option. They seem to be understaffed in the morning at the front desk as only one person was there to handle all questions.

This property is very popular for cruise passengers. The location has lots of food options and even has a small bar in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was quite large and there is plenty of seating. I was also surprised by how quiet the rooms were. We did not hear any noise between the walls, only a little from the hallway. Very happy with our stay.

Nice property and room but the fire strobe light started flashing at 2am. Didn't stop till 5am. No hot breakfast other than waffles as there was an issue in the kitchen. And the shower continually leaked on to the bathroom floor no matter where you aimed the shower head.
