As a place to sleep this is great. However, there is only a MacDonalds nearby if you require to eat. There is a self service buffet style area within the hotel with limited refreshments. There are no drink making facillities in the room. Transport to most places is easily found nearby.

We stayed here because of a flight out. It is relatively convenient by bus to the airport (you need to walk 2 minutes, but you will need to climb stairs to the road that has the bus going to the airport). There is a parking validation machine in the lobby - it is hidden, so if you try to just drive out and pay at the gate, you will be disappointed - you need to pay inside the lobby, and then leave with a validated ticket. Rooms are small but comfortable enough. We didn't use the other facilities so cannot comment on those.

The room and the facility are totally fine in every way. Not special but totally fine. My issue was with the location - BEWARE. The listing made it sound close, however there is no shuttle or transportation options other than taxi/uber from the airport. I was only there for one night between travel. The room was 95 eu, which is great. But it cost me almost 50 eu to get there and back from the airport. To have the transportation cost so high negated any savings on the hotel itself. In hindsight, I would have gone with a hotel that includes a shuttle, as that still would have been less cost in total.

Was clean, nice sized for Europe and overall pleasant. Bummer is Hotels.com lists this hotel as having an airport transfer and that is not correct. Though it is very close to the bus line which was the easiest way to get to Schiphol airport. Only place to eat in the vicinity is a McDonalds so that was also a bit annoying, we ended up having Dominoes deliver and it was actually quite good.

Basic hotelkamer. Geen ontbijt mogelijkheden, alleen grab&go. Airco op onze kamer erg luidruchtig. Inchecken snel gedaan. Elke 5 minuten opstijgend vliegtuig overdag want naast startbaan Schiphol. Snachts weinig tot geen overlast van vliegtuigen. Kitranden douche vol met schimmel helaas.

Verbleven voor 1 nacht, vanwege een vroege vlucht in de ochtend. Slechts enkele minuten van Schiphol. Kamers zijn klein, badkamer wordt helemaal nat na het douchen (afvoer ??). Herhaaldelijk gevraagd om een strijkijzer te lenen, deze was niet beschikbaar. Op de kussensloop haren gevonden van de vorige gast. Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 nacht, raad ik het aan? Nee, je kan een betere hotel krijgen voor die prijs

Points négatifs: - à notre arrivé le ménage de la chambre n’a pas été fait puisque nous avons retrouvé une veste de l’ancien voyageur (que nous avons laissé bien sûr) - on nous indique que nous pouvons arriver à partir de 15h et une fois sur place on nous demande pourquoi nous sommes pas arrivés à 14h (aucune cohérence entre ce qui est communiqué et ce qu’on nous dit oralement) - Menage de la chambre jamais fait malgré nos relances et ça pendant les 4 jours. Aucune explication sur le fait que notre chambre n’a jamais été nettoyé. - serviettes / tapis de bain et sol non fait. The room had a foul smell. The smell came from the bathroom and it smelled like sewered. The smell was so strong that I had problem sleeping. We arrived late in the evening and all of us were very tired. Since it was late and we were only staying for 1 night, we decided to stay in the room. We informed the lady at the front desk of the problem. There was also mold in the shower. We stayed in room 2.06.

Air conditioning was not working at all....heating instead of cooling. The receptionist guy didnt help other than coming and observed it was not working. No solution offer other than to talk to the day staff who didn't offer any compensation at all. Floor of the bathroom was disgusting. Very tiny room, no hand towels available.

En general, mi experiencia en este hotel fue buena. La ubicación es muy conveniente, especialmente si se necesita estar cerca del aeropuerto. El desayuno, aunque básico, es suficiente para comenzar bien el día. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, lo cual se agradece y suma puntos al servicio general. Sin embargo, hay aspectos que necesitan atención, principalmente en temas de limpieza y mantenimiento. Al ingresar al pasillo de las habitaciones nos encontramos con una cucaracha, lo cual genera una mala primera impresión. Ya dentro de la habitación, el piso es alfombrado y claramente no había sido aspirado antes de nuestra llegada, ya que se notaban residuos como pelusas e hilos. Otro detalle fue el estado del baño: la puerta tenía problemas en su funcionamiento, probablemente por la fuerza excesiva del electroimán en la regadera, lo que ha terminado por aflojar la manija y dificulta abrirla con facilidad. En resumen, es una buena opción si se busca cercanía al aeropuerto y atención amable, pero sería recomendable que el hotel invierta un poco más en limpieza y mantenimiento para mejorar la experiencia del huésped.

The room was really tiny. Barely enough space to move around the double bed. There were no cupboards, only hanging space for maybe4 pieces of clothing, hidden behind the mirror. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but the soap containers were set too high in the wall for easy use. Cleaning of the room, fresh towels etc is only done every fourth day! Eco friendly, but not very hygienic. We were charged an additional fee for checking in a couple of hours early.

Located very close to the airport, simply two bus stops away and very conveniently located in that sense. I booked a room for a family of 5 and was able to get 3 twins and a double. Which is why I don't think the rooms were small. However, the design of the room is not appropriate for families because the washroom doesn't lock, which is odd. It's all frosted glass and sort of strange when there are lots of people in the room. Perhaps it's a European thing. Otherwise room has no safe, but lots of amenities such as chargers and hooks and such. Very comfortable beds. One thing I noticed was that the AC wasn't so powerful either. No complementary breakfast service, but they do offer a basic paid breakfast for €12 and there's a McDonalds conveniently located next door. Rental bikes are also an option here. Overall, great for an economic one night stay

Prix élevé, localisation proche aéroport donc prévoir le coût de la navette (pas compatible avec les billets de transports en commun d'amsterdam).

The hotel was very clean in general, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms are tiny and was claustrophobic for two people. You really couldn't do much but lay on the bed. I realize European rooms are smaller, but we changed hotels from another one in Eindhoven and there was a HUGE difference in size. Also, the location is only good if you are staying to be close to the airport to fly out the next day. There is nothing around except a McDonalds so I would not recommend it if you are staying multiple days. Also, the bed only had a flat sheet, so I kept waking up with it on the floor and me directly on the mattress which is gross since many other people probably have done the same. Overall, I won't stay here again.

After waiting an hour (no kidding) to check in, we found they did not have our room available- even though it was prepaid. They instead gave us a triple room for four people promising extra blankets. Those never arrived. And, they did not refund us the difference in cost of the room. Others trying to check in had reservations and were told they could sleep in the lobby. Do not book here.

It was great to find a room which accommodated a family of 5 with young children. The room was very clean. The self check in was very frustrating after travelling all day and it felt tedious to have been directed to it, when finally a member of staff realised it wasn't working and checked us in in seconds, but they were friendly.

Air conditioning was not working at all....heating instead of cooling. The receptionist guy didnt help other than coming and observed it was not working. No solution offer other than to talk to the day staff who didn't offer any compensation at all. Floor of the bathroom was disgusting. Very tiny room, no hand towels available.

I will like to thank so much the staff when I arrive thre was the nicest lady, Rocio She was so patient and hepfull, with me my card was not working and i had only cash and she was so patient and friendly until i fix my card, the hotel is ok but what makes it exelent is the staff. The next Morning i had to take the bus i am a midle age lady and Rodrigo and luis jelped me with my luggage and to find a ph9ne charger. My stay was like a 5 stat hotel thanks to Rocio Rodrigo and luis.

Throughout the stay, one of the "managers" abruptly entered my room in the middle of the night without notice or knocking...TWICE. The locks on the doors are insufficient to keep out anyone with key card access. I felt extremely unsafe and was not offered apologies from the staff. It was so unsafe and scary that I had to change hotel last minute after this happened a SECOND time.

Good hotel. This is my second time staying in. Very close to the airport. Just need to take bus 300 or 397. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s a Macdonald’s nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. Price is affordable.

Located very close to the airport, simply two bus stops away and very conveniently located in that sense. I booked a room for a family of 5 and was able to get 3 twins and a double. Which is why I don't think the rooms were small. However, the design of the room is not appropriate for families because the washroom doesn't lock, which is odd. It's all frosted glass and sort of strange when there are lots of people in the room. Perhaps it's a European thing. Otherwise room has no safe, but lots of amenities such as chargers and hooks and such. Very comfortable beds. One thing I noticed was that the AC wasn't so powerful either. No complementary breakfast service, but they do offer a basic paid breakfast for €12 and there's a McDonalds conveniently located next door. Rental bikes are also an option here. Overall, great for an economic one night stay

The hotel was very clean in general, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms are tiny and was claustrophobic for two people. You really couldn't do much but lay on the bed. I realize European rooms are smaller, but we changed hotels from another one in Eindhoven and there was a HUGE difference in size. Also, the location is only good if you are staying to be close to the airport to fly out the next day. There is nothing around except a McDonalds so I would not recommend it if you are staying multiple days. Also, the bed only had a flat sheet, so I kept waking up with it on the floor and me directly on the mattress which is gross since many other people probably have done the same. Overall, I won't stay here again.

Super convient for the airport and a direct bus connection to Amsterdam Arena. The surroundings are otherwise pretty industrial. The room was good for two people. A minor issue was communicated to the personnel after check out and they promised to look into it immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful. As a place to sleep this is great. However, there is only a MacDonalds nearby if you require to eat. There is a self service buffet style area within the hotel with limited refreshments. There are no drink making facillities in the room. Transport to most places is easily found nearby.

We have learned that getting hotels by the airport is good and bad. The bad is becareful how far and always check if trains, trams or buses are with thin 5 minutes of your hotel. The ubers cheapest. If you plan on touring amsredam a lot stay near central station. It's easier to get around and more options plus it has a direct tram or train to airport and other cities in the netherlands. We have learned a lot

Never a fan of automatic self check in. Simply a way to save on staffing costs but it is becoming ever more prevalent at “budget” hotels. Serve yourself food and drink too. I think it’s a shame but it’s the way things are going. The hotel was clean and tidy and what staff I did engage with were helpful and friendly.
