We traveled for a two night stay to see the PLL games. The hotel check in was easy and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the elevator was a bit concerning as it always smelled like hot wires and sometimes vibrated with noise. The pool is small so the first night it was too crowded to use. Not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind. Other Home 2 hotels have had games in the lobby so I did not think to bring any for this trip, this hotel though does not carry board games so something to keep in mind when staying. My only actual complaint is the housekeeping. Check out is at 11am and it states housekeeping does not come unless requested. The morning of our check out we were woke at 9am by housekeeping coming into our room. Even though we had not checked out. Once seeing we were there she left. An hour later they returned knocking on the door again at 10am. I expect when staying at a hotel that housekeeping comes when we check out not prior.

We were never made aware that the pool was not functional. My daughter was devastated. We literally picked this hotel over other cheaper options because of the pool. Very disappointing

Room was very clean and decor was nice. I loved all the extra outlets and charging ports. Staff was super friendly and I was so excited to see that they are an equal opportunity business! BEST part of my stay!! Facilities looked nice and well kept but I didn’t use/need them. Parking was great and free! DM

Kitchenette area wasn’t cleaned well (crumbs on the floor along the cabinet edges and dishwasher), but the at least bathroom and the rest of the room was clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a very basic continental breakfast.

Room was dirty, bathroom shower was missing hardware. Sink had no stopper. No bed skirts, and lining of box spring was detached a touching the floor. Dishwasher smelled like a mouse died in it. Also, room was noisy. Maybe some WD40 to fix the squeaks that kept me up all night

Rooms are very roomy, there is a dishwasher, big refrigerator, kitchen sink. Didn't like all the pets, property is only 5 years old and not being well maintained. Cleaning staff didn't clean the bathrooms very well the the bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slow which was very annoying. But the management front desk staff awesome totally awesome. The manager made it right cuz we had to move rooms because of all the problems we were having the main fan for our side of the building stopped working so there was no ventilation for the bathrooms. But like I said he made it right. Thanks!

Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was good. Pillows were THE WORST. Non-supportive, both the feather and whatever the horrible other ones were. I won't willingly subject myself to this again. And the sheets were lousy too.

Loved the kitchen area with a large fridge and even a dishwasher! Open shelves on the walls were great for keeping things out of the way but still in sight. Location was off the main roads, but still close to everything. Didn't use the fitness center because mine has a location close by. Enjoyed breakfast - hot and cold options, make-your-own waffles and 24-hour coffee bar. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

I really enjoyed the staff and service. Everyone was really nice and polite. Everything worked as needed and there was always someone at the front desk at all hours. If there was something I couldn’t find or I needed the were available for me to talk too. The guest were really nice and friendly and the pets were amazing as well. This was definitely a great place for my first trip to Philly.

will now write a review of this hotel and it will be very unfavorable. We left a handmade stuffed animal in our double adjoining room, called after we left but BEFORE CHECK OUT asking for someone to collect two stuffed animals that were 100 percent there because the cleaning had not been done yet. We called three times before writing this and getting the promise for a return call. Bottom line, broken hearted child and terrible service by a hotel simply refusing to open a room door.

Our one bedroom room was well sized and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and ample. Front desk service was friendly. Please bring to the attention of the housekeeping manager that 1. We had to wait 45 minutes for a room to be ready, after the official check in time. And 2. on a Saturday morning there is loud knocking on the door at 8:30 in the morning, apparently from housekeeping? Although when I asked who is it, I received only a grunt of a reply. First not acceptable to bang on the door 8:30 in the morning and second to not identify yourself. Overall I would have given a 5 if not for the mismanagement of housekeeping

Mattress uncomfortable. Only 2 flat pillows. We were all staying for near by family wedding. Brides mom left a gift bag for me at front desk but front desk staff insisted she did not even though I could see the gift bag. It took 3 trips to front desk and a new staff member to provide it to me.

This is our third or fourth stay here as we travel through the area to see family and we truly love it every time. The staff is helpful and professional, the cleanliness of the rooms - gym - pool - all around facility is wonderful and the breakfast is enjoyable for all of our family members.

The location is great , we are from the Midwest And wanted to visit Philadelphia, the Train station in WaWa the Septa train was great way to go downtown Philadelphia! The hotel was fantastic clean and breakfast was really good

Breakfast is not good: doesn't have protein options for non-pork or vegetarian eater --- when asked for advice, the stuff simply ignored the question; breakfast burger and egg patties are very salty. Overall, hotel amenities are not as good and not worth the rate charged; so 3 stars.

Let me start off by saying I love to give great reviews… I enjoy having good experiences to tell people about so businesses that I travel to can receive more business. This experience, however, was not stellar at all. FYI we are a family of 4… starting off with the opportunities and then sharing the positives about our experience. Cons: Worst complimentary breakfast, everything was microwaved (no exaggeration, nothing was fresh). Staff not pleasant, other than 1 disabled gentleman at the front that was really kind. Housekeeping did not come when requested, and we requested housekeeping 5+ times. Note: you have to request housekeeping before 8am as well. Even when requested, we had to call again to ensure they came. Extra towels and toilet paper request was also a literal fight to get. Had to constantly follow up Told me the rate for the whole stay was $150, I was charged a little over $400. Positive: spacious room, we had the accessible room with double beds and a chair in shower, which was really great space… you can do laundry on site, nice gym and decent sized pool Recommend? Not recommended.

This is a great hotel in Glen Mills area, very clean modern, everything looks exactly like their website pictures. The lobby has beautiful seating area, a TV, and tea/coffee station. We got a studio room, it was very spacious. Everything in the room was super clean. The sofa, bed all were very comfortable. They have TVs in both living room and bedroom. There's a small dining table, and an office table. They also have excellent breakfast. You can make your own waffles. They make omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. There's muffins, cupcakes, fruits and of course drinks. Parking is free and lots of space all around the hotel. Shopping mall, restaurants, entertainment spots all are within 5-15 minutes of the hotel. We had a wonderful time staying there for a weekend.

We travel down to PA to see family every year, and we’ve been disappointed with several other hotels. I’m glad though that this one was the winner. For dinner, we just hit up Wegmans and brought it back to our room since there was a full fridge and microwave. Even had dishes and a dishwasher which was nice. The continental breakfast was actually better than most other places too. We’ll see you next year!

Would absolutely stay again! Hotel is very modern. Front desk was quick and friendly. The room was extremely clean, lots of storage and shelving for your stuff. Room had a mini kitchen with dishes, decent size fridge with freezer, full size microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Large variety of breakfast options included with stay. Bed was very comfortable. Blackout blind was great. Hotel was relaxing and quiet.
