Nice facilities very close to the highway and food choices. The breakfast thats included was great. Ample parking.

We stop in Winchester on our travels south and have come to really like the area. Springhill Suites offers a great breakfast and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We always use the pool and workout rooms to which are well equipt and kept clean.

I enjoyed my stay; the staff was very helpful and welcoming. My room was clean, and the exercise room was very nice!

Wveeything was so clean. Th e exercise room was great for getting the blood flowing and the kids loved the breakfast. I wish there was more room for parking. I nearly didn’t find a spot due to other customers not parking properly, which was a bit stressful.

The staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast was hot and better than expected. The rooms and everything else in the hotel seemed immaculately well-kept and clean. However, their pool’s chlorine concentration was so high, my daughter and her teammates all had intense skin irritation. My daughter’s hair changed colors and some of it is falling out. When we noticed this, the (very friendly) person at the front desk said their pool’s chlorine levels were a little high lately, though they didn’t mention this upon check in nor did they post signs. On top of that, the hotel ran out of hot water around 7:00 AM, leaving me with an ice-cold shower. I reported it to the front desk and they weren’t sure if it was an issue of too many people using hot water throughout the building simultaneously or if it was a glitch in the system. The water was hot again the following day with the same settings. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially when the facility is clearly well run otherwise - we just seemed to draw the short straw for our stay.

Check in was a nice, fast process. Because we did get there a little later in the evening, the parking area near the main entrance was full and we had to park around back. The hotel was quiet and we found the continental breakfast to have a good selection of options. There was a bit of a musty smell on the third floor / in our room and that was probably the only thing we didn't enjoy.

Well maintained property, great pool!

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was great, nicely appointed ~ the pool was the best EVER 😁 Warm and clean! Bed wasn't the most comfy and the in room coffee pot didn't work... But, the pool made up for it !

Pool was clean and riom was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Breakfast was awesome.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was perfect, very comfortable. The breakfast was great, better than most hotels I have stayed in. Loved being able to make my own waffle and having topping options for the scrambled eggs was a great. The breakfast attendant was very nice. Front desk associate at check in was fantastic, gave us a list of places in Old Town to check out and we loved the restaurant we chose! Great service, clean hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

Easily located off the highway and a quick ride to historic downtown, this was a decent stop for our family traveling from NY to NC. The staff was great, they even gave my son a toy from a little grab bag bin, which he loved. This property also had a great breakfast selection, which was fresh and attended by friendly staff. My 4 year old also had fun using the pool, which was clean and warm! The two queen suite was a good size for our family of 4. Our stay would have been better if the property was properly insulated for sound. We were traveling with our 9 month old, who was woken up by the noises of the tv in the room next to us and footsteps from the room above. We also could hear people in the parking lot all night which didn’t make for a restful night. The AC unit was blowing on one of the beds making it cold on one side of the room but hot and muggy on the other. We found cereal and an earring on the rug by the sleeper sofa when we arrived to our room, which made us question if the floors had been vacuumed/sanitized from the previous guests. The desk had ink stains on it and we had to clean some sticky residue off the pack n play before we could allow the baby to be in it. The other reason for this rating was because the entire bathroom door was frosted and if you get up to use the bathroom at night the light comes into the entire room, making it very bright and not good unless you’re traveling solo and have no one to disturb!

Would definitely stay there again! Very clean and affordable!

Very dusty in hvac unit caused allergie or maybe mold idk

The stay was okay the only complaint I have is house keeping didn't come to my door the whole time , didn't clean my room or changed the bedding not once or empty the trash cans didn't give us any new towels nothing. House keeping was horrible.

Clean and in excellent condition.

Our room had stains on the decorative pillows, couch, and white counter tops. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had thick dust covering the vents. Overall the cleanliness could be improved compared to other similar prices hotels. (Tru) I would likely pick TRU next time as a preference.

It was amazing all around- room was very nice to have two toddlers with us. The day bed was big enough for them to share but there was also a trundle if they needed to split up and have more space. Room was very nice and very clean- extra nice after a 10 hour day driving! We had a great night of rest.

Nice quiet location. Excellent breakfast! Rooms noisy if not on top floor. Kids jumping on floor above was annoying but stopped after we notified front desk. Clean spacious room. Will return again.

The staff was great, and couldnt be more helpful. The grounds and the room were mostly great, although I thought the bed was a little hard and the pillows too small.

We stopped here for one night as part of a longer trip. Appreciated the spaciousness of the two queen suite, including three separate sleeping options, walk-in closet, and a large and modern bathroom. There was a nice extendable plexiglass separator installed on the desk that essentially divided the suite in two separate areas and provided privacy at night between the living area and the sleep area. Took one star off for the bathtub condition - the tub floor had a yellow tint in the shower area and discouraged use. Otherwise the suite was clean and fresh.

Over toilet fan was dirty, outside our window could hear music playing from speakers in the outside area, I think air conditioning filter was not clean because I woke up both days being congested from air in the room. Pillows looked good but they went flat very quickly. Room size was good.

Great spacious rooms. My only complaint is the opaque bathroom doors that when the bathroom lights were on the whole room was lit up.

The location is ideal for road warriors, with a large selection of restaurants and stores either walking distance or a short drive away. The room was spacious, and the couch's trundle bed was a nice touch as opposed to awkward fold-out sofa beds. We were also happy for the late checkout on Saturday, with a hearty breakfast offered until 11am. What a nice touch! If we are ever passing through the area, we are certain to stay here again.

The suite we had was ok. The bathroom had a sliding door with colored glass. Unfortunately this was in the middle of the room and was obnoxious when anyone used the bathroom at night. The light inside it lit up the entire room and the door made a loud noise when opening it. OK if you travel alone, but not convenient when more than one person.

Limited television viewing options.

The room was great. We had 3 kids with us. We asked for bedding for the pull out and extra blankets. We also needed 3 more towels. The desk person looked put out and bothered...a little rude... but she did five us what we requested. The rest of our stay was perfect. The breakfast was top notch.

Everything was great, some of the staff were not friendly or welcoming.

Ms. Pat was the consummate customer service manager!!! She made accommodations for me and welcomed me with a sweet hello and”is there anything else and can do for you.” If I’m ever back in Winchester, Va I will definitely stay at the Springhill Suites!!

We checked in late and the lady who checked us in was fabulous and friendly!

Honestly an amazing experience. We were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday. Alex at the front desk when above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. She put balloons out, a goodie bag and other treats. I can’t thank them enough for how special that was. The pool was nice and warm. The room was great. Really great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean spacious rooms, breakfast was very good and in a perfect location a short drive to downtown Winchester and surrounding areas. Would stay here again!

Conveniently located off I-81. Great stay for a family of 5. Plenty of space in the room for a pack and play. Everyone found something they liked at breakfast - oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, waffles and more. Would stay again!

East on/off highway with plenty of places to eat. One night stop. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Good coffee! Always liked the decor. Always stay at a SpringHill.

We did an out-of-town weekend trip & decided it was easier to stay in Winchester instead of driving back home. This property is modern & has plenty of parking! Friendly & attentive staff. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. Situated in the city & not far from downtown Winchester where the shops are, great local shopping, & restaurants. Would definitely recommend & will stay again, when in the area.

Close to downtown and rte 81.

Nice location near a lot of shopping and dining options. You can hear some loud vehicles off the interstate but the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast make it a great place to stay.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, the breakfast was not worth it. A lot of the breakfast items were empty, they did not have staff keeping the food and supplies replenished. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice size rooms and nicely updated. Really enjoyed the breakfast. We had multiple in our group that require gluten free food. We were pleasantly surprised to have gluten free muffins and bagels at breakfast.

Checked in around 12:30 am to a super friendly night auditor. Brand new hotel. Indoor pool opens nice and early. Breakfast options had ham egg and cheese croissant sandwiches, waffles, normal continental fixings and plenty of coffee. Secure doors needing a key card for all Ill def stay again

Clean location. Breakfast has some nice perks with fresh cut fruit and even whipped cream and chocolate/butterscotch syrups the kids loved

great place to stay. Breakfast was better than other hotels that offer free breakfast because gave choice of traditional or health food breakfast items. Suggestion, make the sliding bathroom doors easier to pull back. Hard on seniors.
