It was clean, nice rooms, staff was friendly. Pool was freezing! They had the pump bypassing the heater for no known reason. Kids made the best of it. The exterior doors were not accessible with key card at the hotel either.

We were coming to town for one night to see an event at Gas South. Once we checked in, we liked the hotel so much, we decided to stay a 2nd night! Rooms were huge! Big Bathroom! Very clean! Suwanee was a great area to explore. Wonderful food near by! We loved it, and hope to visit again soon! My only one complaint would be no outdoor swimming pool. The indoor pool was fun though!

When I first arrived, there was nobody at the desk. There was a sign saying they are helping another guest and will be back shortly. Then the lady was asking about papers for my service dog, which is not even a thing. The room is nice sized. The beds and couch are comfortable. While the bathroom door looks cool, it’s not very functional. The opaque glass lets a done of light through. This is most noticeable when someone goes in the bathroom while others are sleeping. Plus you can see a decently clear silhouette of the person inside. On top of that there is a crack that can be seen through when it’s closed. The breakfast also has issues. There were no lids or sleeves for the coffee cups. The juice cups are barely bigger than shot glasses. There were not many options to choose from for food. There are two doors to the hotel, the back and one of the sides, where the key card doesn’t let you in. Which severely limits close places to park

The hotel had surprisingly generous room layout, with lotsa space. Also, great check-in and check-out service. Things that could have been better? A/C was a bit weak...Even at 68, it felt like 70+. Also, the smoke detector kept flashing...very unsettling at night. Also, I noticed that the elevator's inspection date was expired as of 4/2024. Overall, I had a comfortable stay...and would consider re-visiting.

This accommodation hasn't been built for a long time. The room was very spacious and clean. Especially, the bedding was clean and cozy. I want to give 5 stars to the condition of the bed. The breakfast was clean and nice. It was just that the water in the pool was cold. My kids couldn't swim for long because it was cold. I think they need to supply warm water. And the washing machine didn't work. Other than that, the room condition was really good. I recommend it!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful with information about local cuisine and activities. The breakfast bar was fantastic. The only issue we really had was the pool was not cleaned when we arrived and didn’t seem sanitary to swim in

The parking is very limited. I had to park on the side which ok not a big deal but it is when you are disabled and trying to get luggage into the door that you have to open with your key card. Yes they had handicap parking but it was already full. Then the hallway is carpeted and maybe it was just my suitcase or because I had a lot in my hands but I had to drag my suitcase (yes with turning wheels) down a long hallway to get to the only elevators at the front lobby. Then down another carpeted hallway to get to my room. I didn’t see a luggage rack at all so if there is a next time I will leave my car parked in the check in area take my stuff up to my room and then go park. Just a little frustrating.

Cleanliness: the common areas are well maintained, but the room is lagging. There were stains all over, pillow, floor, couch, but the worst were on the shower curtain. Staff and Service: the front-desk is awesome, always striving for the best service and care of the hotel. Can't say the same about housekeeping. we entered a room with barely no toilet paper, no shampoo and body wash in the bottles. I thought it would be take care of during the service, but no. I had to ask for it at the end when the housekeeper was already saying goodbye.

Breakfast was ok, we only ate what was served one of the two mornings. It was average with what other hotels serve, limited options, nothing exciting. Our room smelled of mildew. To the point I bought a room deodorizer to deal with the smell. We stayed at this same hotel two years ago and we were very happy. I was disappointed this time. The hotel has not been taken care of. The floors were clearly dirty in many public areas, including the elevator which was sticky all weekend. Our room had clear signs of wear on the furniture, and walls/ceilings with paint cracking, etc. and the window in the room was dirty.

The location was great and the hotel is nice overall, with a decent breakfast. Housekeeping just needs to double check the rooms, at checked in, we found ice from the previous guests and we needed fresh towels every day, we were always low on towels.

My dad and I had a great stay at this hotel! We had a 12' rental truck and found ample parking in the lot. The room itself was spacious, extremely clean, and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. We both slept really well. The folks who checked us in and out were fantastic! They made check-in and check-out super easy. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

Overall a good stay! We checked in later in the evening and everything went smooth. Just had a little issue with the toilet not being cleaned.....it's like someone started cleaning it then forgot to finish. In addition there was a huge bug that came from under the air conditioning unit. Breakfast was good and the staff did apologize for the blips. In conclusion, it was a good stay!

I had to change rooms... there was a leak in the bathroom. A lightbulb required changing, due to thwre being ni maintenence staff the weekend of my stay I had to change it myself.

Just being honest, my stay was below expectations. The room was not in good condition. The walls were damaged, the shower leaked lots of water on the floor, and the door lock was damaged. It not comparable to the Springhill Suites in Tifton Georgia which was the reason I stayed there again.

Proximity to all types of restaurants was very close. Staff were great. Interesting room design with glass bathroom door immediately across from bed so lights on equaled bedroom lit too. Very nice place overall.

Overall, it was an okay stay. We stayed one night due to traveling. We were looking forward to a restful night but got woken up by slamming doors really early. The doors aren’t quiet when they’re being closed, and we could hear the others guests through our door.

A drinking glass had food on it, the ice bucket tray had dry food on it also. The bathroom mirror had smear stains and the tissue holder was empty. I was locked out of my room and made 3 trips back downstairs for a new key while carrying my food. There was no empathy from the front desk clerk. She was conversing with the breakfast lady and was not at her desk. I waited several minutes for her to return. Not a pleasant experience. Extremely disappointing for $160 a night.

Oscar at the front desk was able to change my room from the ground floor, which I did not prefer, to a higher floor without any problem whatsoever. Very professional and courteous. Some places make it a problem. Oscar did not!

I enjoyed this hotel. The minute I arrived to check in. The front desk person, Skylar was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and breakfast was good with many options. If you're in the area, this definitely consider making this your choice. It's very close to many restaurants and shopping.

Hands down one of the best hotels that my daughters' and I have stayed at. The staff was amazing, very friendly ,warm, welcoming and kind. If we have to take another trip in the Atlanta area we will definitely be staying here again. Better than we expected.

I stay at Marriott properties many time every year. This was the first time I was extremely disappointed in my stay. From no one at the front desk, to no coffee available, two soap and one conditioner dispensers in my shower ( no body wash) to a very slow draining sink and an inefficient handle on my room door, led to a very frustrating stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - or the staff! Barbara at the front desk is an angel on earth. She is so good at her job and so friendly as well. The moment you walk through the doors - you're welcomed! She also goes above and beyond by trying to make sure you got the best deal possible if you are staying for multiple nights or coming back for more work trips. I always love Springhill Suites but this one sticks out to me above all others! Work sucks - but being able to stay at this hotel makes it much better!

The hotel is visibly falling apart. No room service. Staff were friendly enough but were pretty unhelpful. The only way to get something is to ask multiple times. They couldn't even name a single restaurant in the area. No bed bugs, at least, and the door at least locked. I'll be amazed if this place is not abandoned soon.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. They had one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had at any hotel. It was easy to get to and in a less busy area. It was a very pleasant stay and I definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was ok, we only ate what was served one of the two mornings. It was average with what other hotels serve, limited options, nothing exciting. Our room smelled of mildew. To the point I bought a room deodorizer to deal with the smell. We stayed at this same hotel two years ago and we were very happy. I was disappointed this time. The hotel has not been taken care of. The floors were clearly dirty in many public areas, including the elevator which was sticky all weekend. Our room had clear signs of wear on the furniture, and walls/ceilings with paint cracking, etc. and the window in the room was dirty.
