Loved this place. Excellent service and so clean. I've never stayed in a hotel so clean and amazing before. The only downfall i would say is the pillows. They give you two, but they are super soft and go flat. I also love that they have a restaurant connected to the hotel. They have a 24 hour gym as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Very impressed by this hotel. Beautiful lobby with spa water and coffee. Nice outdoor area with tables and a bbq to use. The gym was well appointed and open 24 hours a day. My room is the perfect size with tall ceilings. I appreciated that it had a mini fridge, microwave and bowls. I will definitely stay here again. Added plus of a eureka burger on site

Stayed here for an event at the Toyota Center. It's literally right there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a suite which is set up perfectly to share with a buddy. There's privacy for both people. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was fine..it was fun to have a sports bar on premises that stays open late.,

The room was excellent. It had a small kitchenette that even included a reverse osmosis water spigot. Large bathroom plus a nice patio with a fire pit available. Parking policy had changed and is $10/night but since we had booked prior to the change they honored the free parking. The lobby had tea/coffee and water available. Overall very clean facility and the restaurant Eureka is also good for after event at Toyota Arena.

Property was nice and Target and Kohl's are next door. Ontario Mills Shopping Center is about 5 minutes away and Ontario Airport maybe 10 minutes away. There is free parking and breakfast. The only downside was not always someone at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come so I could check out. There was no option for self check out in the room or downstairs. I even tried calling the hotel while at the front desk and the phone kept ringing. Also the floor in our room was very dirty. We didn’t realize it was from the floor at first and thought it was from the previous hotel we stayed at but it was definitely from our hotel room. Overall a great stay but they need to make sure the floors are cleaned before a new guest checks in.

They gave us dirty blankets the first room it smelled as if the was spoiled garbage in the room. We got a new room and it was hair in the beds in the shower. We needed blankets for pull out bed and the blankets were dirty stained and hair. There was no bathing towels in room had to ask for the. So that made me think did they even clean the room. So I went to cvs and brought blankets.

In short: great facilities/features, poor service. The hotel and its features were excellent, but the service was lacking. When my spouse and I checked in, we extended our departure time the next day from 11am to 12:30pm. However, this was missed by the staff who took on the next shift or not properly entered into the system because staff were knocking on our door at just before 11am and several times after as well as calling us at 11:45 telling us that we needed to leave by 12pm. Moreover, when we entered the bathroom, we found the toilet paper roll half used, missing amenities (bar soap), and found two already used soap bars in the shower. If it was for this, I would have given the hotel a 5 star cleanliness rating. Would I stay here again? Probably, especially if I could count on the service to be better.

The property was nothing spectacular to be honest. I specifically asked for my boyfriend‘s name to be added to the room, which I was told by the person who worked there that they would add them, and I even asked him twice and wanted to make sure he would be given the pass for the car. Would he arrive? Somebody called me at the front desk to see if he could come up. That’s the point that’s what I already went over with the guy at the front. When I went downstairs, the guy who told me he would put his name down was there so I don’t understand what is so hard. The room is regular, the pillows are terrible and the bed was squeaking like some old motel. Won’t be returning.

Loved our king suite. 2 separate rooms and a small kitchen was so nice. Tv in the bedroom and living room. Coffee pot and free coffee in room. Dishes and coffee mugs in the room also. Breakfast was included as well as free parking. We ate scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, muffins, cereal…much more. Free coffee at breakfast also.

Everything was. Ice and clean except the room i had smelled like smoke and the room finish was a litlle slopy, tile, caulking aroumd toilet, fixtures reatroom door need better and cleaner maintenance, window wouldn't open.

Hotel charged me twice for my room. Check your credit card bill after you leave! It took two days to resolve and I was never able to speak with a manager about it. They were never there or didn’t return my calls. A nice enough newer hotel but I’ll choose a different place next time I’m in town.

Only reason I have a poor rating was because they over booked. And I wasn't able to stay at the hotel after reservations were made and was notified day of. But they did give me a complementary stay at another hotel, which was nice of them. But hotel was 10 min away and it wasn’t the same room as I had reserved. Reason I booked there was because we were going to a concert at the arena across the street from the hotel. Besides this hotel was very nice from what I saw and person at the front desk was nice as well.

I reserved 2 rooms both with king size beds, I even did the online check in as soon as I got the email so that I would be guaranteed the type of room I booked. I get to the location around 7pm and I'm told they no longer have a room with a King size bed 1 room will be a king bed the other room will be 2 queen size beds, obviously not what I wanted or I would of booked that from the beginning. I ask to speak to a manager to which to my surprised the guy I'm speaking too Robert is the front office manager. Not only does he not care that I'm upset with the outcome but basically tells me that because I booked through Expedia I'm not guaranteed the type of room I booked. He was no help at all and really didn't care about what I had to say and basically it was my problem. I took every measure I could on my end to be guaranteed the type of rooms I had booked which I explained to Roberts however the answer I got from him was that basically its my problem. Everything else was great very clean, good parking convenient and quiet however Roberts customer service is awful and if you don't care about your room style changing then not a big deal, unfortunately for me I do care about the bed being a certain type of bed. I will think twice before coming back here again since booking ahead and checking in early is not a guaranteed of what I paid for.

My experience with everyone I talked to was amazing! They were SO helpful and accommodating. Even when I tried to check in early, unfortunately I wasn’t able to because my room wasn’t ready yet, but they still offered solutions to try to help. Very professional! All of my friends that stayed at this location as well, raved how amazing this hotel was. Would definitely return! 10/10

Everything was great at check in and through the night we asked for late check out yesterday and they said the latest they could do was 12 we said thank you. Today when i go to check out. Jessica she said her name was gave me attitude. Rolled her eyes. Said it vouldnt have been accepted yesterday. Then said she would put ne in the do not come again. List. Beacuse of something she didnt know i had a baby with me and she was unhelpful rude. And ruined my day

We paid extra to get a studio room with kitchen. When we got in at noon they said our room wouldn’t be ready until 3 so we left and came back maybe 45 minutes after 3. Upon arriving they had already given our selected room away and had to give us a new room which would have been fine if it had the tub as requested. We had to change rooms the next day after the people in the room with the tub had checked out.They said they would call us when the other room had been cleaned and we never got a call we just came back at 3 again hoping it was ready. Our entire 6 day stay we did not have housekeeping come by a single time despite them telling us they would come every other day. We had to call them several times to pick up trash or get toilet paper. Our do not disturb sign was not up so there was no excuse there. We had to leave a bunch of trash in the room because no one ever came by and we had no idea where to drop it off. Our flight was so early the next morning we felt awful leaving the room that messy. Never in my life have I had to do such a thing nor had this bad of service. The people we spoke with were all very nice, but they majorly dropped the ball and comping the small parking fee was not enough to make up for the constant inconvenience during what was supposed to be a really nice trip we splurged on. I can’t say I would consider staying again.

Great stay at the Element. Perfect location next to Toyota area. The complementary happy hour was a great bonus. Front desk staff were friendly and personable. Eureka restaurant was a nice bonus for us. We were able to have dinner before going to the concert.

Stayed here for almost a week and had a lovely time! Staff was wonderful the whole time, breakfast was decent for being included, and the restaurant on first floor was actually delicious. The rooms we stayed in were fantastic! One thing that I wish was more clear on the website is the inclusion of cooking utensils/pots/pans because I brought my own stuff but they actually provided everything you needed, even down to the dish soap, sponge, and kitchen towels! Beds were comfy but shower was so slippery. I did reserve a handicap room but we didn't receive one upon check in so we had to be resourceful for the shower in my mom's room so it wasn't a hazard. Wonderful location right near the mall with loads of food options nearby. Highly recommend!

Really Overpriced for a bare minimum hotel. We were shocked to arrive at the room at midnight (no housekeeping services available) to find ONE BATH TOWEL. After a very long day flying in from Europe, taking a shower is a must, if you want to share the towel. The “hot” breakfast was cold unfortunately

This property is the perfect choice if you're attending an event at Toyota Arena, since it's directly across the street from the entrance to the venue. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast is excellent. A all around!!
