It was close to restaurants and shops. The pool and pool table was a nice touch. Breakfast was chaotic, with options fluctuating with availability. Pool was a little small but worked for kids. Bedding was decent, room was clean. Staff were available and friendly.

This property is up near Miller Hill Mall and there is everything you’ll need there. It’s a quick easy drive down to Canal Park. The hotel is very nice and a reasonable price. The breakfast was great. The staff was always very friendly. The pool is small, but there’s a nice couch to relax in by the pool. Everything was nice and clean and seems like a newer hotel.

Room was immaculate. Staff was kind and helpful at all times. They have an amazing saltwater pool and 24/7 gym. Nicest hotel I have been at in years. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a hotel.

Upon arrival into our room, there was no power, the lights did not work and the staff had to use the circuit breaker to get the outlets and lights to work. This happend twice during our stay. There was hair that was not ours in our bathroom shower and walls. Breakfast was okay, not much variety.

The room was very clean and well stocked. Only complaint I might have was the bed pillows. Folded mine in half in order to use it. Will stay and recommend this hotel. Served a nice and excellent little breakfast.

Pleasant staff, easy check-in. Very quiet rooms. There was a traveling hockey team there and we didn’t even hear them overnight at all, which was great. Our room’s shower was dirty (lots of hair on the walls, pink soap scum). We informed the staff and asked them to clean it… and were told they would clean it after we checked out! Wild choice.

When I checked in, I walked up to the desk and said “Hello” with a smile. The Front desk gentleman said “last name?”. I said again “Hi” with a smile. He said “last name?” in a frustrated tone. When I got My key and went to the room, there were two used/dirty towels in the bathroom. A washcloth in the shower and a hand towel on the vanity. Otherwise it was a nice room.

Waited 10 min at desk for check in- staff not available. The man in front of me complained he was put in a dirty room, bed obviously slept in with hair on pillows. Our check in/ check out was easy. Things looked clean except floor. Lots of visible dirt around all edges. Bathroom tile off and leaning against the tub. Handicap accessible room- good size, especially bathroom. Lots of hand rails and nice tub bench.

The staff members were very nice and helpful! The room was clean and the breakfast options were ok. Our hand soap and body wash dispensers were both empty when we checked in and then when staff came to refill them the hand soap dispenser fell off the wall. Good for a budget hotel overall.

Nice, newer property. The staff was attentive and quickly responded. They offer the ability to text with the front desk which provided quick responses vs calling. Breakfast was decent, although the weekday food was better then the weekend. The room was clean overall but had several areas they clearly didn't check or clean very ofter. A few crumbs on a chair, some smearing on the back of the bathroom door and the bathroom fan vent looked like it had never been cleaned. We would stay here again but a little more attention to cleaning details would go a long way

Very clean and modern. Nice common areas and staff. Terrible bed - hard and cheap. No coffee maker or microwave in the room is another minus. Desk is small in king room. Fix these and you’ll be 5 stars for me. Bathroom very clean and spacious.

The space, when I called and asked, was a lot smaller than I presumed. No room to get around each other in room, and all the desks and stuff planted stationary, made it impossible to set up the air mattress I was told to bring. So we had to go buy a cot for an extra 60 bucks, we didn't intend on spending. I get the minimalism and work space feel, but for the money paid for what I received , I felt unsatisfied . As I believe any family would, I believe. The staff was at least courteous and apologetic. Maybe Hilton tech savvy inn would be a more idealistic name, so people know

No dresser, barely a closet, no coffee maker nor microwave in the room. Location was convenient & room was clean. Not my style of room (too minimalistic) but if that’s what you’re into, it was fine. Bed was not the greatest but pillows were. Walls very thin & no carpeting meant melted snow/slush all over the floor. My first stay at a Tru. Overall ok but I personally won’t go to another one.

The hotel is newer, so the facilities feel cleaner and fresher than older hotels. The bathrooms were very clean. The room itself is pretty small, and that only stands out to me because of how little storage there is. I generally like to unpack when I travel, but there was only a small hanging area and no closet or even room to just stash your empty suitcase. The staff was very friendly! I would stay again, but I’d be prepared on how much unpacking I could do!

Our first night was amazing! We all slept well, we were on the third floor!! The last two nights of our stay were rough with the college teams there and the issues with our keys. However the staff was very accommodating and made us as comfy as possible! Overall they were amazing! Kathryn was a gem! Along with the housekeeping staff and the male manager! Excellent stay overall!

Wondering where the previous front desk staff are. Typically we are greeted pleasantly and someone is actually at the desk. Not this time. We waited for someone to appear as did the next family behind us and felt as if we were an inconvenience. But as usual the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bring back the pleasant team.

Hockey parents partying in lobby until 2am while kids under 10yrs old ran the hotel. On 3 floors. Not just one. When complained, the front desk said their was nothing they could do about it. That they can’t ask the parents to parent their children. Two night of no sleep. Kids running up and down hallways, jumping off furniture, yelling. Front desk said that this just come with the territory when hockey families stay. That they are just bad parents and we had to live with it. It was so out of control. We have never in 10 years of traveling dealt with anything this bad and the hotels staff’s lack of help to manage the situation. The lobby looked like a daycare most of the time. In addition to this, our room was still dirty when we checked in. I cleaned out the fridge and brought the food to front desk, cleaned the dirty shower out, and after waiting patiently til day 2 for cleaning people to refill the empty soap bottles in the shower, had to go down and get it myself. And beds are rock hard. Also watched the breakfast lady, using her hands, scoop the sausages in handfuls into the pan and used her hands to refill the egg omelettes. Just gross. So needless to say, this place was awful. First time at a Tru Hotel and worst experience to date! Oh and your pancake machine is junk!!

Hotel is in great shape and very clean. Had no issues with the stay itself. However, upon check-in, we arrived at 7 PM and sat there for 15 minutes while the employee was on her smoke break in the front of the building. There ended up being a total of six people waiting for assistance by the time she returned. She completely stunk of smoke and was quite unprofessional in comparison to Hilton standards. This could’ve been due to being short staffed, there was really no explanation offered just that she was on her smoke break. We then later saw her after we came back from dinner, we exited the elevator, up on the third floor, and she rudely intervened in our quiet conversation, saying how she was a bad mom and again we felt she was completely rude and inappropriate. Maybe professionalism etiquette training? Thankfully we did not need any additional service or help.

Nice location and the hard wood floors were nice to see. Often times even the best of hotels have dirty carpets. Hardwood was clean and the room smelled fresh. Really would like to see an electric car charger or options to a wall plug in. People who own electric cars are more likely to book a hotel with car charging. Worth the investment to put a couple in.

The room was super humid, we felt sticky while trying to sleep, and when I put my Birkenstocks back on in the morning, they were wet & sticky from the humidity of the room. Air conditioning did not help. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing.

2nd visit. This time breakfast was disappointing. No OJ for several days, yogurt machine empty on three AM occasions, bread and bagels were old or the storage case made them smell, several times no plain black tea bags. Oatmeal was good and eggs, meat manageable. Staff was great and tried hard to fix issues. Supply chain seemed to be the issue. Watched hostess reload the pint milk cartons and she had to look at each one for expiration dates. Staff was great but believe management needs a reboot to adequately support them. Staff and desk clerk had to fold pool towels in the dining area one night. My first visit was very nice but there are some issues now.

The public area is very inviting with a pool table, mural and board games. Both of the mornings we had continental breakfast it was very good, especially for a hotel breakfast. The pool was clean and our kiddo enjoyed. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is a well thought layout with a lot of pugs and USB ports for all your devices. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay.
