We had contact from the owner prior to our stay. He provided a lot of information both about the property and the area. He also popped by to check everything was ok

Very comfortable property with a lovely view across the race track. Quiet area. 20 minute walk into Stratford along the river. Stratford is a delightful town with good shops and of course, the fascinating Shakespeare connection. Altogether a lovely stay.

A real gem, stunning view of the racecourse, excellent amenities and a warm and welcoming vibe to the house. Lots of helpful information before and on arrival. Would not hesitate to book again.

The house is in a great location, overlooking the race course and with balconies and a patio. Town centre is a gentle walk along the river, I managed a morning jog around the race track and a stroll down the very popular Greenway. Inside it is really clean, with loads of space for 6 of us to freely move around without bumping into each other. My dad isn’t great on his feet, so a downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a great feature. The house has everything - we’ve been caught out before needing the essentials like washing up liquid or salt but the cupboards are stocked. Communication with the owner was superb throughout. All in all, highly recommended and we are looking forward to coming back. Many thanks
