Perfekte Lage. Nebenan ist ein Supermarkt und etwas weiter die Markthalle. Die Innenstadt lässt sich vom Hotel gut zu Fuß erkunden. Der Eingang ist schmal und mit Gepäck etwas unpraktisch. Ansonsten ein schöner Eindruck. Das Personal ist freundlich und versucht den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind grauenhaft. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine öffentliche Parkfläche, welche jedoch eng ist. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus. Dieses ist jedoch auch eng und die Gefahr mit dem Auto irgendwo aufzusetzen ist hoch. Außerdem gibt es angeblich nur einen Zugangsschlüssel, der am Empfang ausgehändigt wird und zurückgebracht werden muss. Ich musste teilweise knapp eine Stunde warten, um an mein Auto zu gelangen, weil der Schlüssel abhanden gekommen ist. Es hat mehrere Tage gedauert, bis eine Übergangslösung hierfür gefunden wurde. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut. Das Bett und der Fernseher sind groß. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Beleuchtung und das Zimmer lässt sich individuell klimatisieren. Die Dusche ist auch sehr schön. Die Dusche und das WC sind sehr hellhörig im restlichen Zimmer. Der WC-Raum ist relativ eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es fehlt dort an Ausstattung, wie z.B. einer Klobürste. Das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer selbst und mit einem großen Spiegel versehen. Der Föhn scheint nicht gereinigt zu werden und der Safe ist zu klein für einen 15Zoll Laptop. Grüße

Goed hotel, met heel goede ligging. Kamers voldoen aan de verwachtingen. Het enige minpuntje was datde fitnessruimte wel niet in het hotel zelf lag. Je moet hiervoor naar een ander gebouw stappen.

Great hotel in a nice part of the city center. Clean and modern plus you get access to a real gym close by.

Book parkering, de har få plasser. Men et annet selskap har plasser i samme garasje, og man fikser vha en app. Litt tingvont å få den til å virke innimellom, men stort sett greit. Trygg garasje. Rommet hadde bare avlukker til toalett og dusj. Dette er for dårlig i Europa.

Perfect location. Great Bar and restaurant, Service was really good and the feel from the place is welcoming. Could do with stocking up on Irons for the rooms as there was a shortage. Every hotel should have these in every room.

Good rooms for families. Kids enjoyed free ice cream and popcorn. Rotterdam itself was dirty and chaotic. Parking not self-explanatory. Hotel overall nice. Beds were the best part.

The process to park using a remote control is outdated.

Fijn hotel in centrum Rotterdam. Goede kamer, fijne douche.

Le personnel et l’équipement C’était propre en général mais en regardant les détails, il y avait des détritus à mon arrivée dans certains coins( en dessous du meuble de TV+ salle de bain) et c’était encore la 2 jours plus tard après le passage de la femme de ménage

Garage sehr teuer.Frühstück war nicht inclusive und auch nichts besonders. Von der Decke tropfte Wasser Nachts so das ich morgens in einem Nassen Bett aufwachte. Als Entschädigung habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und 10€ Gutschein für das Restaurant im Hotel.Würde jedem davon abraten.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the entrance/lobby area was perfect. The room was a little dated but extremely clean and well maintained and suited our needs, as we were in town for the football. Overall, it’s a nice little hotel that could benefit from some updates, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel a été malheureusement très décevante, et je déconseille vivement cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été froid et peu professionnel. Personne ne nous a demandé si nous avions besoin d'informations sur la ville ou d'un quelconque accompagnement, ce qui donne une mauvaise première impression. Ensuite, nous avons été installés dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, où le bruit des canalisations est tout simplement insupportable. Chaque chasse d’eau tirée dans les autres chambres résonne de manière si forte qu’il est presque impossible de trouver le sommeil. Le pire a été notre première soirée : en rentrant dans la chambre, nous avons découvert des cheveux et des poils douteux dans les draps et les coussins des deux lits. Cela donne immédiatement un sentiment de négligence et d’insalubrité. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème, la réception nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais l’expérience ne s’est pas améliorée. Nous avons dû nous-mêmes mettre les draps sur le deuxième lit, et cela après minuit, alors que nous étions épuisés, accompagnés d’une adolescente qui avait besoin de repos. Ce manque d’assistance de la part du personnel est inacceptable. En résumé, entre un accueil désagréable, des nuisances sonores importantes et un service loin d’être à la hauteur, je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel. Je vous conseille d’éviter cet établissement si vous voulez un séjour reposant!

The hotel is vibrant, relaxed and a stunning place to stay - the history of the building is amazing and a lovely story to explore. It’s right in the middle of the Blaak area - a very central vibrant area with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and attractions. The loft rooms are compact and perfect for a short stay - great shower, bed set up and TV. Would definitely stay again d recommend it. The only thing I’d ask is for a kettle as I like to drink tea morning and evening and it was a bit of a pain to keep popping down to the bar to order tea. My fault though, I should have asked. The staff were wonderful too - super friendly, especially the man on reception - very helpful and friendly at check in and check out.

The positives: good location and friendly staff The negatives: the rooms are very tight and there no space around the bed even for a night stand. The biggest drawback for us was the toilet. It was literally located 3 ft from the bed, and divided only by a glass door from the room, with gaps on top & bottom, and to hear and smell everything that is happening over there was not very appealing. If you are not travelling along I would not recommend this place.

So what they mean by open plan is ZERO privacy. There isn't room to swing a cat in these rooms. It's fine if you're travelling alone, but even couples might not like this. The toilet and shower are cubicles in the room and the sink is next to the bed! Also there is a flight of stairs to the entrance of the hotel and no one will help you with your suitcase if you are carrying a larger case. It doubles as a fish restaurant, so it always smells of raw fish. All Hilton Mottos have this open plan and I wouldnt stay in one again in the future.

Nice hotel, cosy bedroom. The dinning room downstairs is always busy, but as I was on the 1st floor so it did not bother me. The walls however in the room are very thin as I heard when my neighbours entered and exited the rooms. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room on the 2 night and did not replenish the coffee, but it was not a huge issue. The location is perfect, close to everything! Great town to walk in.

Modern and light room, clean and comfortable. There isnt really a bathroom in the room, the shower and toilet is just separated from the rest of the room with glass doors that does not go all the way down to the floor or up to the ceiling so maybe not your plac if you are not travelling alone. There are no "do not disturb" sign to put on door, only a sort of lock on the inside of the door to let staff know you are in the room. But there is no way to let them know you are in the room before they try to open the door, so every morning I was waked up by the cleaners early. The plus is that there is chromecast on the TV and very well working wifi so easy to watch what you actually want to watch.

De kamer zelf was geweldig ingericht, met grote kwaliteit en duidelijk over nagedacht om geen cm te verliezen maar wel een ruim gevoel te geven. Het bed was ook geweldig. Enige nadeel was het feit dat mijn kamer op het gelijkvloers was, in de gang waar iedereen passeert om naar de trap of lift te gaan naar de andere verdiepen. Dit kan ‘s nachts soms lawaai geven door iets te luide hotelgasten en de deur van de gang die ze laten toeslaan.

The rooms are small but it great condition. Given that the rooms are only 15sqm I don't think I'd want to share with a friend but with a partner or alone is great. I loved the bed and slept so well.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything is clean. Wifi didn't work. Because casting was not possible either.

Our check-in was amazing

The rooms are minimalist but clean. The staff was very accommodating. My husband fell on our first day and injured his knee. He was bed ridden for three days and the employees were all very helpful. The hotel isn’t made for handicapped people but is good for a short stay for a healthy person.

Our stay at Motto by Hilton Rotterdam was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got an early check in without even having to ask. The rooms were clean and common spaces were well kept. The food and drinks at the restaurant bar were reasonably priced and delicious. Will definitely stay there again if in Rotterdam.

Fantastische locatie, heerlijk bed, erg schoon (wat een goed idee om de kamers te voorzien van een stenen vloer :). We hebben tot onze grote spijt niet in het restaurant kunnen eten, maar dat zag er sfeervol uit en de gerechten zagen er bijzonder smakelijk uit. Erg vriendelijk personeel, heldere communicatie.

Everything went fine, but we found a dirty towel (it can happen, no real problem) and we had an issue (I'm not sure if it solved, tbh, I haven't checked again yet) with local taxes payment and the silly guy at the reception lost his patience almost immediately. He also acted as we were stupid. I think he shouldn't work with customers, but it's only my idea...

Great location with access to all amenities, shopping, and eateries!

It’s a great area close to markethal which you can fine any type of food and restaurants. We had a big room which was a two story and had a queen bed upstairs which was nice for kids to be separated, very helpful and kind staff , they could hold on to our luggage for a week so we could travel lighter to other countries, we are so appreciated for that . Highly recommended

The hotel was really easy to get to, it was within a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so hassle-free to get from the airport! Once we got to the hotel we were able to leave our bags with reception and walk around until the check in time, the receptionist was so lovely about it. I definitely recommend it, such a central location and within walking distance of lots of retaurants and attractions. The metro was so close, I felt like this whole trip we never had to worry about transport.

I really enjoyed how everything is a 15-20 min walk. The area is safe, i walked the area late in the night and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

Prima kamers, klein maar efficient. Schoon! Fijne lokatie, dichtbij bij OV.

Zeer net en modern hotel. Personeel was vriendelijk en hotel ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation, supermarkten, winkelstraat, haven, restaurants, Markthal, Erasmusbrug, uitgaansbuurt etc. Kortom: de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een fijn weekendje Rotterdam. Kamer was niet super groot, maar door de slimme indeling voelde het niet krap. Enige minpuntje: door de open en transparante indeling van de kamer was er weinig mogelijkheid tot privacy, wat soms toch wel fijn is op een kamer voor drie personen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab eine Klimaanlage, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen riesigen Fernseher mit dem man von seinem Handy aus streamen kann. Defintive Empfehlung. Auch das Frühstück war genial. Für 22,5€ zwar nicht günstig aber sie machen frischen Cappucino mit Hafermilch auf Nachfrage, auch Sprudelwasser bekommt man, wenn man nachfragt und die Essensauswahl war sonst auch adäquat. Es gibt sogar Sekt ;)

El aire acondicionado no se puede apagar y mucho frío. Siempre prendido a 21 grados. Baño incomodidad pues se transparenta todo en wc hacia habitación. Desayuno no es buffet. Tuvimos que salir. En la cena tienen una experiencia fish muy mala. No vale la pena el hotel

Breakfast and food options in general lacking.

Auf die Frage ob es was Glutenfreies (Zöliakie) zu essen gibt, wurde mir nur mitgeteilt das man das einige Tage vorab ankündigen solle. Man jetzt nichts anbieten kann. Was verständlich ist, aber mir wurde auch nicht angeboten für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag oder den danach eine Option vorzubereiten. Der Garagenschlüssel hat nie zuverlässig funktioniert , musste dafür mehrfach an die Rezeption rennen um mein Auto abstellen und abholen zu können.

Ikke så stort rom, men praktisk. Restauranten var absolutt høydepunktet. Kan anbefales, nydelig firskerestaurant, en opplevelse og et morsomt konsept. Kommer tilbake!
