The stay was amazing! We came down for a short trip for a friends wedding and we also brought our dog, very accommodating. No crazy pet fee charge, it was small, had a pet area for the dog to go potty. Very clean room, nice and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, cleanly, and had healthy options. There weren’t too many option in general, but the options they had were good! Free parking, good parking spaces. Had to wash something because dog peed on something, they were very helpful and getting me the right tools.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. However our tv did not work. One of the employees tried everything she could to fix and came to conclusion that it could not be fixed and she would need to issue a refund for our room since she could not move us to another room. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice and clean. My kids and I enjoyed this stay (minus not having a tv because my son has a hard time sleeping without it.)

Great location! Lots of parking spaces. And very clean! Quiet, too. The only down mark I would give is that the shower floor is very slippery so be careful. And don't let your hotel door close by itself--loud! Food bar was wonderful.

We arrived in the early evening and asked reception for a family friendly restaurant. We had our dinner and came back to the hotel for a quick swim in the pool. Our room was clean, a full size fridge which we used to freeze our cooler packs and drinks for the next day of travelling. Next morning there was breakfast wafflels, eggs, sausage, muffins etc. No complaints here and would recommend for travelling with kids and family.

Stayed in this location multiple times whenever we visit Roswell area. Overall it’s been a good experience, except this time the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Crumbs and particles under the chair when we pushed the chair to accommodate the space for the dog. It looked like they didn’t vacuum the floor. The rolled in shower wasn’t big enough, lacking the drainage efficiency, hence water everywhere each time we took shower, a bit disappointing that they couldn’t change the room. But the staff is always very nice and the location good.

I stayed for 7 days from 03 to 10 June 2025. The Front Desk Staff and breakfast were excellent. During our 7 days stay, our room was cleaned only 3 times, and I complained bitterly. I was unhappy with the cleaners. Is it the Hotel Policy that the rooms are not cleaned everyday for guests on extended or prolonged stay? The cleaners hardly understand a word in English. My wife and I, are planning to stay in the Hotel 2, Hilton Roswell again, but I'll need a room with cooker and blender in the kitchen, so that we can at times, prepare our own food. For guests that intends to stay for weeks, or more, your breakfast could be monotonous and boring, especially as it lacks fruits and vegetables. Despite the identified challenges, we rate the Hotel excellent. I recommend the Hotel for every prospective guest. We enjoyed our stay, and we will come again.

While the staff at check-in was excellent and we felt the stay was going well, when we pulled the comforter down to go to bed, there was a 2-3 inch bloody stain on the fitted sheet that had carried through to the mattress pad. It obviously had NOT been changed from prior guest. Front desk offered to move us to smaller bed room or bring us all new bedding. We chose to stay in the room, and we changed out the sheets, pillow cases and comfort bc it was too late at night to change rooms and who knows if those sheets would be any better. Usually prefer Hilton, but this has us second guessing that now. No excuse for blood stained sheets.

The room was spacious and appeared very clean. The bathroom was clean with large bottles of body lotion , shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It was called Zero/0. It has a regular size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. I had the room with two queen size beds. There was a dresser and plenty of drawers for each bed. A full size mirror to see how your outfit looked. It was nicer than I expected as I never stayed in a Homes 2 property. I liked it. It is close to restaurants and gas stations. Although the hotel did not seem to have a lot of noise which was great. I really liked this hotel and will visit again if I am in the area.

We would have given this property five stars but there was some gaps in satisfaction. The first is that the suite we booked was in front of the hotel, which was by a very busy street. The noise from the street early in the morning was loud and interrupted the tranquil space desired. The second issue was that water pressure was low, so low that it did not thoroughly rinse the soap away. The third issue stems from the second issue as my husband slipped when he stepped into the shower. He injured his left elbow and bruised his left leg near his knee. Thankfully the glass did not break and other injuries did not occur. Our recommendation is to increase the water pressure and add a slip resistant shower surface. Additionally, add thicker glass to the front hotel rooms or noise proof curtains. Overall the stay was quite pleasant. The above updates will result in a safer and quieter environment as well as increased customer satisfaction.

The hotel was nice and the heated pool was fabulous. We just could not get the room temperature down. I sweated all night and couldn't sleep because it was so hot even though I put the thermostat on 66. It never reached that degree. So when you can't sleep it makes for a miserable night. :(

My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom suite for a concert at the amphitheater. The room was much larger than I expected. It was like a one bedroom apartment! Full living room and kitchen, even a dining table. We would definitely stay again. It was very clean as well.

The staff was amazing! Even when a guest wasn’t cooperative at the front, she was very friendly and even tried to find a way to help us check in because our wait was exceedingly long due to the other guest. Female Front desk person should not be in the hospitality service. She did not greet us, had an attitude and said all of about 20 words to us upon checkin. Other than her, our stay was just fine.

Property was as expected. One minor issue was a person across from my room had a pet they left in the room that barked and whimper constantly. Had to call the front desk and they stated they would look into it. And hour had passed and nothing was done. I went to the front desk in person to see if the issue was looked into. The person who was there at the time didn't know anything about the matter because the previous person in charge at the front desk didn't do anything.

Front desk staff were rude . Both the morning and evening shift . Therefore I guess it’s a pattern . People just don’t wake and say I will be rude today . Therefore I will not take it personal. Their energy was off and a bit weird . I was totally taken back by the behavior of morning shift attendant . She actually stated to me to don’t look at a box with what I thought was Hotel or event advertisement on the counter . I was so stun by her comment. I tried to make light of the situation by saying would you like for me to turn around so I can’t see anything on the counter . That was the strangest interaction I have ever had at any Hotel in my entire life . I travel a lot being in the Music industry . After going in my room settled in a left so quickly I forgot the room number . Instead of walking up to doors trying to use my key card I decided to go down stars and ask the evening attended to scan my card for my room number . Her attitude was unwelcoming. No smile . No sure I can help . She took my card and said I don’t know how to do that . Then sarcastically ask me if I was staying there . Wow ! She then went to her computer and ask my name . After telling me my room number I smile and said of it’s registered now pointing to my head . She did not smile or acknowledge me . She just walk away with this low vibration look on her face . When I explain to my associates what happen they said never book a hotel in Roswell Ga .

Knowing nothing about the area we booked this hotel when traveling for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Easy to get to, parking was great and felt safe. Walking distance from the venue if you choose! Lots of great options of food we were able to door dash straight to our room! One of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel lots of choices. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, looks like a new hotel. Room with king bed was laid out very well, lots of drawers and shelves for clothing. Convenient kitchenette. Deducted one star for property location, next to a busy and noisy intersection, but did not disturb sleep until around 6:30/ 7 am. Our stay was 9 days and will definitely reserve a room here again.

Home2 Suites…outstanding but I must say Breakfast is awful. I’m not a big foodie but at least serve it hot or just have cereal and whole milk. We stayed in one in Montana last week and it was the same. Cold dry eggs and sausage and ham. I challenge Hilton executives to give it a try.
