I heard from another hotel staff that after the New Year's holiday, they checked with a professional contractor to make sure there were no bed bugs in the room. This response was professional. However, dissatisfied with the three points. First, one of the front desk staff (who works from midnight to early morning) treated me like an infected patient, although two days before arriving at this hotel, I was tested negative in Barcelona for COVID, flu or other infections. Second, after staying in the first room, my body started to itch, so I applied tick repellent spray. Other customers who might have stayed in the same room complained about it. Then, I was told to cut it out. They treated me like a troubled customer, even though my symptoms started in the first room in THIS hotel, and even the spray itself had a weak smell. Of course, I think it depends on the person's taste in smell, but my Florentine friends that the spray is almost odorless. Third, before checking out, the same person as the front desk staff when I arrived was very arrogant. She needs training in interpersonal communication. Just avoid the same room that I stayed in.
