My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The complimentary breakfast very delicious plenty of options for the kids to choose from. The amenities where great the pool was nice the gym open 24 hours was a plus. The staff was so nice and helpful. Universal studios and other attractions are only about 25 minutes away.Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great customer service and friendly staff. We have stayed there 5 times so far and we see the same staff members and the front desk staff remember us from our prior stay. The staff is always cleaning and wiping down the lobby tables and they have a good breakfast station. We always use the gym and the laundry room. LOVE IT at the Hyatt House!!

We had three people. The room had a king bed and convertible sofa in a separate area with a TV that rotated to either side. The unit is a mini apartment, fully equipped with cooking utensils. It is very European in design and furnishings. Prices are amazingly low for a “room” this size and nicely furnished. If you drive in be prepared for $38 parking fee. USC runs a fee shuttle to any of the medical facilities. Norris is a short walk.

Very clean rooms and hotel. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. I think the only issue I have is the 35.00 for parking especially sine I just had to pay $20.00 for parking at the medical center which is all related somehow.

Awesome place would definitely stay again. But would never in a million years pay $40+ for parking a night completely criminal. But great staff and property otherwise. Hopefully they can accommodate some type of free parking someday.

Great greeting/welcome reception by Miguel! Hotel was clean and was exactly what we were looking for to be near Dodger stadium. We enjoyed the pool and gym. Breakfast was basic but hot and started off the day nicely. We will definitely stay there again for more Dodger games

Hot tub was unavailable, was looking forward to a nice relaxing soak after event. Upstairs occupant kept screaming and jumping late into the night. Mysterious charge of $34 with no clarification on statement.

The room was super dusty. I cleaned the table and after one hour there was one layer of dust. All my items and clothes were dusty. Looks like there is some issue with their AC system. We all have allergies. Pathetic experience.

The room smelt horribly of urine and mold, the smell was so overwhelming that it seeped into the clothes that were hung in the wardrobe. I did get a partial refund but it was an awful experience. As the hotel was fully booked, I could not even change rooms. I will not stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious! Our initial room did not have working A/C. We tried to run the A/C without any deluge for a few hours. I let the front desk know and they offered to change our room. It sort of sucked to pack everything back up just to move, but it was well worth it to have A/C in the room. The staff was very congenial

The room is clean and as expected, but the mattress is too soft and the A/C is too loud. This could actually be a good thing, because the train honking in the middle of the night is even worse. I stayed one night only, but didn’t sleep well, which was the whole point of going to LA the night before my event. Woke up at 4am with back pain and trains honking. Not great.

Make sure you don’t leave anything at this hotel. I left something that was special to me. I called and they said they had it. So I called back after to get information where I was suppose to send a shipping label too so they could send it back to me. The extremely rude person Ana that answered the phone said they didn’t have it and she doesn’t know basically anything. She was helpful at all and apparently does not like her job at all. I have emailed them and nobody has responded to me.

Check in was disappointing, our family arrived to a late check in after spending the day at Universal Studios. The entrance door to the hotel was locked and upon using the telecom to communicate with the front desk, I was left standing outside for 5 minutes. Also, during check in, I told breakfast would be served until 9:30, which in fact is only served until 9:00 on weekdays. Furthermore, the gal at the front desk was not very attentive or friendly and was talking on her cell phone when I was trying to purchase waters from their mini bar. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and the space was great. It was only the front desk experience that prevents me from giving a 5 star review.

Well maintained and furnished facility. Out standing friendly competent staff. Minutes from Dodger stadium. Safe in the middle of a beautiful medical college campus. Substantial breakfast. Nice happy hour but the food is just ok. One must walk almost a mile to get to run down seedy fast food restaurants. A decent sit down Resturant is an Uber or cab fare. We enjoyed our stay.

Property is near USC cancer center and for me that was the convenience. Only bad thing was that there is a train that goes through and HAS TO blow its horn due to the location. Hotel does provide free ear plugs and they are up front about the noise.

Loved the property the only complaints we will have is the loud train noise that kept us at night. But also the area around it wouldn’t be safe to walk at night a lot of homeless people. But the staff and room was excellent and good breakfast!

I booked this room for my husband and his mom to stay close while his dad was recovering at USC Medical Center. This hotel was walking distance from the hospital and convenient. They stayed at another “hotel” nearby the night before and my husband was not going to stay another night there. He said it was not how it looked in the pictures on the website. They were so happy with Hyatt for the comfort of the bed, water pressure on the shower, cleanliness of the facility and the room, and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This property is very nice, however keep in mind that it’s right beside a busy train yard and loud train whistles ring out at 3am every morning. If you want a good nights sleep, do not book this place.

This hotel is next door to USC’s Keck hospital. Very convenient. The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are neat and clean with the usual amenities, including a desk and sofa. The only detractor was the “restaurant” which is a mystery. Buffet breakfast is included. Hot and cold choices.

The room was good. Lobby was nice. It sucked. You couldn’t get food till 5 o’clock and then when you did get the food, it was terrible and way overpriced. Do not eat there which is sad because there’s nowhere else to really eat in that area.

Hotel fould be cleaner (our shower was not the cleanest) Breakfast could def be better everything runs out by about 8 and always cold Parking is like 38 bucks a night but they dont take it out of yojr deposit like most places tgey charge you all your parking at 1am on the first night so make sure to expect that charge taht they dont tell you about But if you can take train noise do not stay here because it is very loud

This in an average Hyatt house. The rooms were acceptable but seemed a bit smaller than average. The big problem here is a set of train tracks 100 feet from there hotel. Nightly fright trains com through and lay on their horn a bunch while moving through. Ear plugs and stuff may help but it shakes the room being so loud. I also wasn't too thrilled with a $40 a night Parking in a ramp across the street. It was nice they have a breakfast buffet, although its the same tired(dried out) food every morning. I probably won't stay here again due to the deficiencies.
