Hampton Inn Boston Woburn

The room was great. Very spacious and excellent amenities. Staff were friendly and easy to park. Only problem was breakfast. There were almost no positives. The only things that were edible and fresh were the fruit and croissants. Need better variety of non-carbs and turkey bacon and fake eggs don't cut it.

My favorite getaway

The hotel is located in walking distance to several restaurants and other businesses. The hotel was very clean and quiet, with plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

Had to clean the room when we got there ourselves because there were a few things that were not completely clean. The TV did not work when we got into the room so we had to wait for the maintenance person to come and fix it. There was breakfast, which was included. It was not great and cold usually. Also the elevators were not working properly and I got slammed into the elevator door multiple times, because they closed very quickly. When I mentioned it to the staff they didn’t really seem to care. Pool was advertised as heated. It was not very cold and a bit slimy, could not use. Was really disappointed as we were there for 4 days!
