We stayed here for four nights and five days during the week of Thanksgiving. The property is nice and conveniently located across from the mall. Parking is free and there’s plenty of it. I booked two hotel rooms, king suite, for my husband, 16-month-old, and myself and two queens for my mom, sister and niece. The rooms were spacious and had a sitting area and refrigerator. Everything was Great!! Only thing is that there wasnt a bar tender who can make drinks. Front desk staff ran the bar and no body could make drinks. Not a deal breaker..I will definitely return. Just need to have someone who can make drinks..Lol.. Thanks for the weekend...

Very disappointing stay. Not worth the money. Multiple issues. There were cockroaches and spiders around the property (inside and outside). We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. The housekeeping staff didn’t even ask if we wanted our room cleaned. We had to go down to the front desk to get towels and washcloths the whole time we were there. The swimming pool had leaves and tree limbs in it where it had stormed. It was never cleaned. There was never any pool towels available. The breakfast left a lot to be desired as well. The food had little to no flavor. Cheapest quality of food. This place needs new management!

Took our grandson on a sleepover like we do once a month. We order takeout and enjoy the amenities. The pool area was nice although it was pretty dirty and needed to be vacuumed and skimmed.

There was a mice in the pool. So basically the staff did not check the pool nor did they clean it out. Unacceptable. The front desk staff was not very friendly at all, basically they Appeared to be upset they were at work.

Could not check in early, the view out the window was nothing but trees couldn’t see anything at all, the microwave did not work, the $8 breakfast was horrible, the gym was ok but tiny, the hot water in shower took at least 5 min to get hot. I only booked this hotel because of the pool but it was raining most of the time so we never used it.

Our room has 2 huge red spots on the carpet. Blood/Paint? However nothing in the room was painted red? The rest of the carpet was filthy. The grout in the bath and entry way to the room was gross. The carpet in the entire property was dirty! The elevators were dirty and had liquid all over the dirty floor. We asked to be moved to another room and there was nothing available the maintenance solution was to spray the spots on the carpet but the smell could not be tolerated. so Hyatt Place has always been our favorite. Our last two visits to Hyatt Place have been the same. We left and went to the Westin. The price was comparable and it was meticulous. This was our last stay at any Hyatt property.

Elevators and common areas need to be cleaned. It could be an excellent property instead of very good. Elevators have smudges and handprints top to bottom so this should be a top priority in my opinion. Other than this it’s a top notch property

We were on the 1st floor. The original room's tv wasn't working so they moved us next door. We had gotten ready for bed and noticed the rug was damp. We got in bed and felt the bedding was damp. I got the blow dryer from the bathroom and dried the bed, sheets and pillows out enough to sleep. Then I showered the next morning and the fan did not work so it didn't take any of the moisture out of the room. We got ourselves together and checked out.

Everything was great! This is my second time at this hotel and it has been nothing but great. Only problem I had was one of the towels had a stain. It was folded in a way where the cleaning staff could easily see the and and very visible when folded.

Location is great! Central to shopping and dining woth no traffic noise. Room was clean and spacious. Only downfall was the walls are thin. Heard al the hallway noise, ice machine and people. If room had been quieter this would have been a 5.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in 18 months. This was my first time being dissatisfied. We booked a queen suite. When we arrived, the condition of the suite looked nothing like what we were accustomed to for the previous stays at this same hotel. The carpet was dirty, and the two queen beds material frame was dirty. The couch looked worn. Never in our previous stays had we seen this. We were shocked to see this and immediately requested another room but they did not have any other queen rooms or queen suites. My husband told the desk clerk how the room looked and she said all the rooms looked like that. We have stayed there twice before, and the rooms were clean and nice. The previous rooms did not look like this queen suite . If they had looked like that, we would not have returned.The lobby area was nice, as usual. Breakfast was okay. The suite was disappointing. With the price we paid, we expected better but was highly disappointed in the queen suite. It looked like a dirty cheap low budget room.

We got there and checked in got to our room. Which was reserved and paid for a multiple bed room and received a king bed with a pull out couch. I went back to the front desk to show them what I reserved and she said that’s all they had and could give me extra linens for the pull out couch. Then she said they only have 7 of those rooms and inventory doesn’t show correct on this website. Didn’t argue any further because it was late and we were tired from getting there so late. Breakfast wasn’t the best but staff was very nice and friendly!

Very nice check in. Staff is wonderful. The room was great with the most comfortable pillows and bed. Breakfast was ok. Location was perfect with the botanical gardens and space and rocket museum just down the road. I would for sure stay here again. It was very nice.

I checked in around 330pm. I left the room around 5 pm to go to dinner upon return my key didn't work to my room. I went to the front desk for replacement key cards and they didn't work either. The dude at the service desk came upstairs and tried to use his master key card and it didn't work either. He stated that the lock on the door needed to be charged and he would come back with a charger. We waited for 30 mins by the door for him to return and eventually went back downstairs to the lobby. At the lobby it was quite a few people in line waiting to check in. So I sat down and waited another 30 mins until he came with a charger. The guy working at the front desk was nice enough but he had no help at all. You could tell he was overwhelmed with the issues as I was not the only guest locked out of their room. There was no maintenance guy on call to address issues. I felt bad for the guy. I would have left if my things weren't locked in the room. It was an hour I'll never get back.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while in town for a paracycling race. As a blind, disabled veteran, I travel with a service dog and a large tandem bike, which can sometimes make checking in and finding accommodations challenging. However, my experience here was outstanding. I stayed in both a standard two-bed room and a two-bed suite, and both were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. From check-in to switching rooms, they were accommodating, friendly, and provided that true Southern hospitality you always hear about. There were plenty of areas to walk my service dog, as well as great spots to get in some steps. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and if you have a car, there are even more options just a short drive away. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this hotel. The staff truly made all the difference, and I can’t praise them enough!

The location was convenient, the room was nice, however the streaming service did not work and when we called the front desk, they said that they couldn't do anything and that it was likely broken, but there was nothing they could do. This wasn't the first rude interaction we had with the front desk. The attendant seemed more interested in reading her book than helping customers. The one good thing that I will say is that the breakfast was very good. This is the 3rd year I've taken my son to space camp and I know that he'll be going again next year. I would NOT book this hotel again because of how rude the staff was.

Initially was given an occupied room. Walked in on a man in bed. Subsequently was told Expedia overbooked and no room was available. Ultimately was provided a room at almost 10:00 PM. When going to get additional luggage saw other customers complaining about being given occupied rooms as well.

You have to pay for breakfast now when in the past it was free. Only had 3 towels for 4 people staying and no bar soap in room for sink, was able to get both from desk though. The location of this place is great! We have stayed here multiple times in several years, service just seems to be going down

I’m new to staying at Hyatt but absolutely the best experience I’ve had hands down. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. We liked the hotel’s proximity to food and shopping. I will definitely be back!
