Staff very pleasant. Nice rooms and very clean. Only one thing….the valet parking gets jammed up in front and cars cannot pass easily. Poor design. The valet area doesn’t flow well. Needs a circular drive instead of square. However, great stay minus the parking. Will stay again.

This property is very classy and clean. Located near the hospital. Valet parking is free. Covey restaurant is delicious with yummy cocktails and a nice beer selection. The outdoor seating is by the pond with beautifully lit fountains. Highly recommend.

The Hotel Eleo is a nice property and the design of the facility is interesting. That being said, it is a valet only property and they have way too many guests and way too few valet drivers. I waited 30 minutes in line to get into the very small driveway of the hotel to be able to have my car parked. There are no facilities for self-parking. The entry to this hotel is partially restricted and getting in and out is difficult. While fairly new the property is a bit noisy and you hear people in the hallway and in other rooms much more than you would expect with a well built new hotel. The beds are a bit soft as well. The rooms are a good size and the decor is tasteful. The bathrooms are nice and the shower tiles are attractive. The shower head is a typical eco-friendly unit and the water pressure is not great. Overall this property needs to make some improvements in processes. I would also say that while the staff are friendly they don't seem overly capable.

We stayed in the hotel because my sister was in the hospital next to it. It was so convenient to stay there. There was a Golfcart shuttle service from the hotel to the hospital. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was a terrible smell in the lobby, hallways and the elevator. It wasn’t as strong in the room. The smell was a chemical smell. It was overpowering at times.

Really bad toxic smell in the hallways. Room also had a musty smell that was unpleasant. There's no parking...valet only, which is pretty annoying. The hotel was like a beautiful woman that never showers.

This hotel looks new and convenient to UF. We stayed on the 4th floor. Looks all new paint from hallway to the inside of room. But smell strong new painting. It bothers me to stay that room. I asked to change the room. They offered me a room cross of my room, which called “ Pure wellness room “, smells a lot of better. Because there is Pur filter in the room. But loudly at night. Plus I have to pay $40 more for this room. I didn’t sleep well for a night stay. I believe this hotel will be very nice if there is no smell of paint.

Cute hotel. Staff were friendly enough. Hotel claims they don't have housekeeping, but someone picked up in my room after the first night and I appreciated that. THE BED WAS TOO SOFT. The $1000.00 lamps in the room are far too difficult to turn off. I had to Google a video. Unfortunately, there was black mildew/mold around the shower glass which is a major pet peeve of mine and indication that the bathroom hasn't been maintained properly. Mind you I'm a microviologist so I hold hotels to high standards. Its not difficult to prevent or mediate and I wish hotels would put mildew/mold remediation on a rotating schedule. The shower itself appeared clean-ish so I tolerated it. The hotel restaurant is interesting, but definitely not the best I've experienced. The chef is talented! I'm not quite certain I care for their menu style though.There are no entrees, just table-sized dishes, sides, small plates, and appetizers. I also had a bad experience while having breakfast one morning. I was served spoiled watermelon that the waitress tried to convince me was honey dew....never seen honey dew that looks, tastes, or has such a texture. The strawberries were spoiling too. This individual wasnt bright enough to just remove a mere $5 charge from my tab and that put a bad taste in my mouth because it's not like I was trying to get something for nothing or complained about my entire meal. I ordered a rather pricey breakfast and spoiled fruit that I did NOT consume isnt worth paying for.

The first room had hair in the shower. I called the front desk and the girl said sorry but didn’t offer a solution. I called back and requested that we be switched to a room that was clean. They switched us to another room. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty so house cleaning came up and changed the sheets. It was uncomfortable because one of them was male and we were in our night gowns so we hid in the bathroom. Unacceptable and now the hotel just placed an additional $50 on my credit card, no explanation

I liked everything about this hotel except for the bed. It wasn’t very comfortable and would slide off the platform. I hit my shins a few times while staying there. The staff was great, free valet was VERY fast, quiet room.

Hotel is located at walking distance to UF hospital. Our room was very spacious with two queen beds. Room air conditioning was very quiet and helped us to have very tranquil nights. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel near the pond and found it very tasty and priced reasonably. I loved the free valet parking. Overall very happy with my stay and hope to return one day.

Great location if you are visiting UF and amazing fountain view if you get the right room. A/C was loud and blew directly onto the bed, making it hard to sleep. Room temperature was inconsistent—either too hot or too cold. Ceiling looks unfinished, though I was told it’s part of the design.

The property is very clean, and the staff is very nice. A few minor inconveniences.. There isn’t a place to eat in the room really as there isn’t a desk, which made it difficult for takeout. I also found that the shower, while very nice, didn’t have a place to put a shaver for example. The hallways to the rooms are very long due to the shape of the hotel itself. I would request to be closer to an elevator. The in room coffeemaker was fabulous. It was a Nespresso, which made fantastic coffee. A very nice bonus as most in room coffeemakers are just plain awful. The staff here is a 10 out of 10. Super nice and accommodating. I normally do not like valet parking, but the valet team were super fast, accommodating and super nice. Overall a pretty fantastic stay! I will definitely be back.

It was a pretty long walk to the room from the elevator. My husband was going to Shan’s‘s for knee replacement surgery and it was difficult to get him down the hallway to the room. More elevators would’ve been a good thought.

Great hotel less than a mile from UF. The room was fantastic - clean, spacious, comfortable - and felt posh. Very nice staff, valets are especially great. It's not really walkable to anything, but a very short drive to campus and the downtown area.

Loved the design and being able to see the beautiful pond lit up at night. Bar was great,with live music on Sunday pm.We had dinner in the bar as well,delish. We were here for the Gatornationals and it was a perfect spot to crash😊

The property location great for Shands patients. Shuttle service, valet parking. The food service was slow .dinner we had was poor. Served a raw hamburger with a burned bun Broccoli so overcooked it was like mush. Need some quicker options for breakfast and lunch.. Tea should be offered in the rooms as well as coffee.

If you stay at this hotel, and even moderately like fish for dinner, definitely try the whole fried fish if it's on the menu. Outstanding bar service and food. Very nice sized room with a separate seating area and work table. Comfortable bed and pillow. Coffee in the room. What's not to like?

rooms are nice but no late night food or drink options for a high price. no glasses in room -- plastic cups. no personal care items for sale. had to eat ta Taco Bell and buy wine from CVS because we arrived after 10. No place to eat in out King room. No pepto bismal or advil for sale. breakfast ok.
