Staff was super friendly! I loved the rooms. They were large and the kitchen area was super nice and furnished with nice dishes. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like, but if I could add one thing to make it a perfect stay, would be a hot tub or spa area to relax. The pool was always filled with screaming kids (expected) so a relaxation area would be great!

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Nice variety and was also well stocked. The kids loved the pool, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied and had everything we needed. the only negative was we needed the pull out bed for the kids to sleep, and there was not any sheets, covers or pillows for it, but the staff was quick to supply them.

I have say this place was amazing! Coming in the staff was welcoming, informative in what breakfast and happy hour (where you get two alcoholic drinks) hours. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There’s a swimming pool (indoor) gym and laundry room. I highly recommend this hotel and I do plan to make reservations again.

We did not have a good stay on this property. At check in there was dog poop all over the front lobby as you walked in. Our room was not cleaned appropriately. Surfaces were not wiped down on the counters, small wrappers left on the floor. Overall you could just tell it was not cleaned thoroughly. The heating unit in the wall was also very loud. In the morning the water to the building completely stopped working. One of the towels in our bathroom had black curly hairs in it as well. We do not plan to return.

The rooms were spacious and updated. The only issue we had was that the pullout wasn’t clean. There were crumbs in the bed. I also noticed a wrapper and crumbs under the nightstand. Otherwise it was an excellent space for our family.

Nicer newer property, nice staff. They didn’t finish cleaning our room though, there were no towels and the dishwasher had all the clean dishes in it. Also we got hair on our socks so not vacuumed well 😣

Overall it was a pleasant experience. We found trash stuffed under the couch and footstools in the living room area indicating the room wasn't cleaned well. The kitchen area was wonderful. It was nice to be able to cook. Beds were comfortable.

This Overland Park hotel was convenient and sufficient. Conveniently located for access to all KC area activities, but not worth the current price tag. Nothing about the hotel was impressive, but it wasn't horrible either. I was happy with the overall condition of the property, but not with the level of cleanliness. Items were found in places around the room from the previous occupants, demonstrating that the cleaning staff were not anywhere close to thorough. If you're a business traveler looking for a sufficient space, and aren't particular about a clean room, then this place might be alright. I'll be unlikely to revisit this hotel with other superior options in the area.

Property is decent but the bed mattress was worn out and needed to be replaced and the unit ventilator struggled to reach the target temperature for cool air. Minimal towels and wash clothes were offered. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good and the shower pressure was good. Hotel seemed like a cross between Courtyard and a Comfort Inn.

Very nice and clean. Stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds in the bedroom. My only issue with that particular room is that the bathroom needs more privacy. There’s no way you can get ready or use the sink area of the bathroom without waking up everyone else in the room since there’s no door. Living room and kitchen areas are top notch. Soft, cloud like comfortable bed and warm bedding. Air conditioning worked great. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The rooms are very soundproof. You can’t tell anyone else is staying in the hotel. Did not go to the pool but it looked pretty full at all hours. Great location for the Overland Park Convention Center and Children’s Mercy. Easy access to major highways.

The pillows were completely flat and lifeless. And there weren't any extra ones in the room. The towels were rough. There didn't seem to be any welcome information in the room. We paid extra for a sofa bed and access to a bathroom with a door. But, the sink area was not behind the door and the only way to the bath room was through the bedroom. So, it turned out to not be very well suited for 3 people. It also seemed rather expensive for a relatively small room.

No room service...we had to empty trash and request towels every day we stayed. They charged us over $100 over what our booking through expedia was. I had to talk to a manager to get that sorted out.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. I booked two rooms together and we were placed on separate floors although we had called to try and make another arrangement they did nothing to be accommodating but offered us a more expensive room. My credit card was triple charged the amount of the room, a total of 4 room deposits plus 4 room charges with a $50 fee added to it. We walked down to get coffee before the breakfast had opened and were snapped at that "breakfast isn't open" by the front desk attendant. The room cleanliness was shotty at best. I would not recommend this hotel based on the customer service alone.
