Very good 3-star hotel! The room was quiet, spacious, and very clean. Breakfast was decent, and the pool was comfortable and relaxing. What really stood out was the 5-star professional service from Yinka at the front desk—absolutely outstanding! The only downside was that, upon check-in, my reservation showed as cancelled for no apparent reason or explanation. Thankfully, Yinka went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. Overall, a great stay—I’ll definitely be back!

The elevators were broken and I was on a 4th floor, no parking, food not good.

Very clean. The shower floor was very clean but already a little worn. The rest was great! Linens so nice . Happily surprised at being able to order food brought to the room. Pool and exercise area great. Unbelievably quiet. Slept well. Nice Dove products for hygiene. I will absolutely revisit this hotel in Gainesville. Modern and sleek sitting areas.

Needs more parking

Only thing I would say needs work... Not a lot of parking. Boats with trailers and moving trucks take up multiple spots and we had to circle and wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Everything else... Beautiful. Kids said it was a pretty place.

the 1 of 2 elevators was inop, so that was a pain during busy times.

Excellent facilities and service. The manager was particularly friendly and helpful. Clean and updated. The laundry room has a few machines out of order that need servicing but other than that everything was great.

Clean hotel with everything you could need, unfortunately the EV chargers we broken, so we couldn't charge our Tesla.

Bathtub was dirty hair in tub. We had to get extra towels.

The service was amazing. We found an adult diaper in our bathroom, missed by housekeeping.

Staff was amazing but the room condition was poor. Floors were filthy (don’t go barefoot unless you want black soles), room needed maintenance, and there was mold in the shower grout. Room smell was less than desirable.

The place was full of insects. The insects were walking around the room like pets.

Found dried blood stain on shower curtain. Marijuana smell throughout the hallways. Staff was very pleasant. Same breakfast food both days. Would have been nice if bacon was offered instead of sausage both days.

Our room smelled like a dirty diaper and they had no rooms to move us to. The carpet had a wet spot on it. Also our 11 month old was crawling on the floor in the room and it was so dirty his feet were black. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The night front desk lady was very nice but just didn’t have a king size room to move us to.

The bedding underneath the sheet had blood stains as well blood stains on the pillow. I did notify the front desk upon departure. It was obvious that housekeeping did not take the time to replace the soiled bedding and instead cover it up with clean sheet and pillowcases.

We were there for a quick over-night while traveling. Arrived after midnight and left by 6am, so interactions were limited. The room was clean and comfortable. We felt rested and ready to continue traveling the next morning.

The only problem we had was the hot water took forever in the sink and a long time for the shower tub

The bed was very comfortable! We got in late, did an online pre-check in, and was fast when we checked in to get our key to our room. Breakfast was good. Had a nice selection. Very clean. You could tell they take care of this place.

It was good stay.. however the sound from the hall way was too loud.. very little sound prood

We had Room 141, if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Extrance for the room shares door to pool so heavy traffic at times.

Wasn’t bad. Staff could be a bit nicer, rooms could be a bit cleaner. My room smelled like wet dog, and it wasn’t that terrible of a smell but it wasn’t great after a long drive. Otherwise everything else was okay, floor in the bathroom was a bit sticky, and walls are thin. If you want to sleep well, you must be LUCKY if you don’t get neighbors that slam doors/ yell right next door.

Booked online got to the hotel no rooms was available had to sick in waiting room for about 5 hours til someone check out

The clerk at the front desk (Yalka?) gave me a hard time about my name. Told me I could not be the person who made the booking after I gave him my name. I gave him my real ID and he handed it back to me and told me to get my partner that made the reservation. He couldn’t have looked at my ID. I had to say something to him about not misgendering people, but he seemed unapologetic when we forced him to actually look at my ID. People get confused by my name but never accused me of fraud. Felt like gender related bullying. I would not go back.

My daughter and I stayed because she had surgery in Gainesville and we didn’t want travel back the next day for a post-op appointment. The staff was very helpful with getting us a ground room close to the entrance. They also had a wheelchair available for us to use. The stay was great!

My check-in staffer was very nice. However, I asked for late check out and was told I could check out at noon. At 10:55 the next day, housekeeping is banging on my door, despite my hanging a door hanger with “do not disturb“ on the door. I told her through the door that I had late check out. She apologized for disrupting me, and that was that. 30 minutes later, I hear someone using a key to open my door. A housekeeper opened the door and entered my room without knocking or announcing herself. She scared the lights out of me as I was still in my bed and I started yelling that I have a late check out from the bed. It was awful. Separately, there was a lot of noise that can be heard in the room from the hallway and even the room above mine.

We checked in online early in the day and responded on the online form that we expected to arrive at 11:30 pm. Arriving at 11:40 pm we were told that two rooms had suffered water damage and couldn't be used, that a manager--who was no longer there--had called me and left a voice message that our booking was canceled. There had been no such call. When I showed my phone records to the person at the desk he acknowledged that clearly there had been no call. He was discomforted by this but didn't appear surprised. All he could offer, he said, was a list of nearby hotels. I said I expected him to call and find us a room, as he knew the area and what the hotels were like and I did not. At this, he said there was a room where the ceiling had been repaired but the repair was not quite dry, and he could give us that. In the room there was no discernible not-yet-dried repair--if in fact it had been repaired then the repair had occurred long before I had checked in online. It was the room closest to the front desk, an undesirable location where one might expect a room put aside for emergencies. So I can't really know what happened but I suspect they overbooked, hoping there would be sufficient no shows, but had a room or two put aside for arrivals late in the day who couldn't be urged to go elsewhere. Once in the hotel, the service, breakfast, and stay were fine. Staff were helpful and friendly. I'd have given them five stars. But beware: when you arrive there may be no room for you.

The GM was the one who checked us in. His customer service was exceptional! All the staff was friendly and helpful! Overall great experience.

The hotel was okay, but, they asked for a credit card for incidentals and then charged me for the room again! I have called to get it corrected but they have yet to do that. I’m about to dispute the charge. Please check your bills from this hotel!

Great right next to mall

Very attractive hotel! Close to interstate, easy access. The restaurant food was surprisingly tasty.

Nice hotel just off of I-75. Lots of restaurants and a mall close by.

Close to Oaks mall for shopping and dining options. Good breakfast and 24 hr coffee at the reception. Only concern I had is that hotel is too close to the interstate 75 but I did not hear any traffic noise during the night.

Clean room and property. Close to amenities. Fridge was disconnected when we checked-in so it took a few hours to get beverages cooled. Other that that the room was quite and comfortable.

Close to UF Oaks Medical Facility

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Nice fitness room. Location is very convenient. Will stay here again.

The breakfast needs improving by way of the waffle machine and the toaster does not sufficiently cook

The breakfast was below expectations. Rooms were not made one night….no fresh towels…had to go down myself to get them. Staff was less than accommodating. General Manager made up for it next morning with a credit, which was appreciated.

Hotel was clean and in a good area for restaurants. Very disappointed in breakfast however. Powdered eggs, and some kind of dried-out sausage links, and the usual yogurt, bagels. Guess I just didn't like the eggs.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay there again, but not eat breakfast there. Breakfast was not appetizing. It looked like it had been left there for two days and warmed up. Biscuits and gravy look like they had been in the same pan for days. Need more choices better choices, healthier choices please.

Breakfast. We arrived at breakfast about 9:00 and there were no eggs and no coffee, had to go to the front desk and inform them before anything was done about it.
