It was a fine stay. The pool is lacking, so glad we brought our own toys. When we first got into our room, their was pee on the seat of the toilet… gross. Also, they ran out of oatmeal every day—not sure why they didn’t have a system down for readying the next batch. Also the TV had a streaming option that did not work (they gave me a code to login to WiFi instead of how I needed to connect to the TV for it to stream properly). I called two nights in a row to get help with it. Both times they directed me to their TV provider. The second night I actually called and they said it was an issue with the property and, like me, were annoyed the hotel just sort of shrugged off the issue. The third night I gave up and we watched what we could find on the TV although only one kid channel option and of course inappropriate commercials for kids on a Saturday night. Just don’t offer it if it doesn’t work! I won’t be back, but it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t the best either.

Only stayed for one night but it was enjoyable. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, indoor pool was nice and it was great to wake up to a free breakfast. I do recommend getting to the breakfast early. We went at two separate times once 30min after it opened and once an hour before it closed and they do not restock it through the morning.

Loved the staff - so friendly and the breakfast guy was really helpful! I feel that ice should be available on every floor and not just 1 and 3, but overall the room was clean and fresh smelling, and there's a good, casual restaurant within walking distance. Also the hotel seems very quiet so we appreciated a good nights sleep! We didn't find any option for Netflix (weird), but everything else was lovely!

Breakfast quality was poor. Pool had too much chlorine and it burnt our eyes just being in the pool area. Worst aspect was charging $1.75 per load of laundry for the washer and $1.75 for the dryer. This hotel is near the Garmin soccer field and parents will often need to do laundry. This is a ridiculous surcharge.

This place was great! Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great, breakfast was good. Even did a load of laundry which didn’t take long! Staff was very friendly. I absolutely would stay here again. I even added this place to my “favorites” on my map app.

Breakfast was the worst HIE experience I've ever had. Completely rude and unaccomodating staff. No trucker parking besides the street, which you have to go in beforehand and ask about to know. Rooms weren't the cleanest - bathrooms are outdated and need updating.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent (eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, muffins, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt). The staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The pool is very good - we even requested they raise the pool temp a bit and they did - excellent service! Location is in a quite area away from busy highways. They have a gourmet coffee machine that is available 24/7.

Enjoyed a quiet stay of 2 nights and 2 very nice breakfasts Both evenings we took advantage of the outdoor seating. Enjoyed meeting folks from around the USA. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was very helpful and friendly from the very start through the end! They even offered to make copies for us for the funeral that we came into town for at no additional cost. What exceptional service! The entire hotel, including our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and they had place extra pillows, a blanket and extra towel towels in our room prior to our arrival. The breakfast was plentiful and coffee was fresh and tasty.

This is a fantastic hotel that’s better than comparable hotels in this price range. Everything seems new, bed/pillow are comfortable. It’s a good-sized room and bathroom. And the overall design of the room checks off all the important boxes - comfortable office chair, generous number of outlets and USB Charging ports, convenient lighting and light switches, large shower, microwave, refrigerator, iron, horizontal laptop safe. The Breakfast area was clean with plenty of food choices. We’d definitely put this at the top of the list when we are in town.

You staff was OUTSTANDING! They accommodated us as we arrived early for the Chief football game. We had 5 check-ins, at different times. They assisted us in making sure no one was charged on the wrong credit card. VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL...They didn't get worked up, but took our concerns seriously. CONGRATS to them!

Looking for a nice hotel with easy access to Rt 10 to get to Lawrence on a KU grad weekend when the rates in Lawrence were about 3x their normal. Is only about 25 min to the KU Campus. Clean. Nice free breakfast. Also easy access to the scenic Mill Creek walking trails on the other side of the Olathe soccer complex. If you stay there and have a bit of time, check them out.

Hotel was very nice and clean. New TVs in rooms were able to cast streaming services so you were stuck with the old basic cable hotels have. Breakfast we good and each day a new items so you don’t get bored of the same food.
