The sign out front is covered making it difficult to locate until after you pass the place. There were multiple people walking around the parking lot all night. Not a major deal until you notice all of the signs posted stating to lock your vehicle and they are not responsible for any theft or damage from or to your vehicle. Room smelled bad like old smoke and mildew. Standing water in the hall going to the rooms outside of the employee break room. The elevator is broken and the front desk claims to not know when it would be fixed. However you could tell by the age of the posted notice that it has been down a while. We won't stay here again.

Property is in a good location. There was plenty of parking. Hotel was more run down than the pictures showed. Wasn’t super clean and had a strange odor. Elevator was broke so we were having to haul baseball equipment up a couple flights of stairs. Swimming pool is small and it was unbearably hot to sit and watch the kids swim yet the water was very cold. When we arrived the air conditioning was completely off and our room was scorching.

There is NO hot tub here and the pool was freezing because the heater was out. When we asked about it the front desk said oh sorry it should be fixed in a few days but the pool still works. Umm, not without a heater sir. The gym equipment was rusty in all the connection points and the rooms were clean but the bathrooms were scuffed up and the shower was covered in facial hair. There was no compensation offered for the broken pool heater and non existent hot tub. Beds were uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

I would have given this hotel higher ratings, but they were going through a major re-model. The service was very good, the staff friendly. The internet worked well. My room must have been recently remodeled and was quite pleasant. However, during my stay, the pool was being redone and good portion of the drive was filled with shipping pods. All total, a nice hotel but not fancy.

The lobby was nice, parking lot was very well lit, the elevator on the other hand was a bit shaky and a little scary, but overall our actual room was a king sized bed and it fit my 16yr old daughter and I perfectly!! The room was lovely, had plenty of lighting, the bathtub was amazing!! Overall our stay was fantastic!!

Room seemed to be clean. Bathroom floor appeared to have never been cleaned. Hotel entrance was dirty as were halls and elevator. We had a single room but it had an adjoining door- we could hear every sound the people made next door- the crying child, the parents talking. It was horrible. For 205.00 a night it was bad.

After check in you walk down the hallway and it smells like the floor has been on fire. Get into the room and it’s a million times worse smelling, thankfully we had some freeze in the truck. Shower doesn’t drain, you can hear pounding all night which sounds like shoes in a dryer and could be cleaner. Basically didn’t sleep…

Bed was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were nice and helpful. Other than that, this hotel is in desperate need of TLC. It’s run down and dingy for sure. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Dust/dirt in the corners. Carpet was coming up and not stretched which is a big tripping hazard. Wouldn’t want to stay here again unless they really fix things up.

Construction happening in the morning/day, incredibly loud neighbors and paper-thin walls at night. Red and black mold in shower. I brought the employee in to listen and view; he was appalled. Said he'd fix it and also fix it on credit card. Did neither. No option to go elsewhere due to graduations in the area. Parking and pool areas were also impacted by the construction materials. I'd have let it go and bought supplies to clean and earplugs had they remedied the bill as agreed but they refused. (Including a photo of the black mold for proof, wish I had a sound machine to include that but do have video of it)

Hotel is under renovation. Carpeting in hallways is somewhat rough and needs to be stretched out or replaced. But our room was fine, bed comfortable but a little noisy from the highway traffic. Shower faucet head was loose due to people kicking the shower off. But we enjoyed a good night sleep anyway.

This was a nice, basic hotel room. Fridge was roomy, microwave worked fine. Internet was on the weak side. Beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was very noisy, tho, with a high-pitched whine. We took quick showers.

Overall we were pleased with our stay here. The view of the lake from our window was very nice. Plenty of places to plug in to charge our phones. The shower was great, but the drain plug for the bathtub kept wanting to close the drain. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. And the bed did sag a little bit, but not too bad.

Check in was great. However, our air conditioner quit working and we were roasting at 2 am. We called the front desk and the guy said that someone would look at it. So we dressed and waited. Nothing. 20 minutes later my husband called again. This time they gave us another room. That was the only issue. The rooms were recently remodeled, everything was clean. The bed wasnt terribly uncomfortable. It just sucked that we had to switch rooms at 2 am.

Light fixture literally falling out of the bathroom ceiling, desk, chair, falling apart. Comfy bed. Could smell somebody smoking pot inside the building. Breakfast was Soso. Can hear traffic and train at all hours. Literally on the highway. I would stay away from this property.

I understand that they are renovating, but the elevator had a horrible odor. I had to cover my nose every time I entered. We had to request them to service our room. I don't need new towels or sheets every day, but it is nice to have a bed made. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

We were initially checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Went to front desk and were sent to a room that had broken furniture so then we were sent to a third room. That room had shower/bath fixtures that were not fully attached to the wall and our windows would not lock. Food at breakfast was good, but they had a hard time keeping the warmers stocked and they were frequently empty. Front desk was often unattended with a sign giving a number to call if you need assistance.

Check took longer than expected front desk. Person was on the phone with someone else while trying to check me in. Property has a lot of worn and rusted hardware. Looks like minor upgrades for being done. Tub was set very high, sink faucet position allowed water to run encounter while washing hands, and lipstick stain on comforter, which made me wonder if bedding was being changed after each checkout. Upon checkout, I voiced all this to the front desk person, and he did not seem to care. Hotel is next to a pond with beautiful foul- but hotel employees do not pick up trash that construction people make. Sad.

The overnight guy at the service desk was exceptional! My boyfriend was sick and he was able to offer mints, hot tea and a firm pillow that really helped!

Key didn’t work first time but desk was very nice. Pool was cold and VERY slick. Even holding onto the bar getting out almost fell multiple times. We went down for breakfast at 8:45 and several items were out. They cleaned up at 9 am which would explain not replacing food items but did believe we had until 10 for breakfast since it was Saturday. I believe this place is in the process of being updated as the carpet was not secured in the hallways and the stairs were missing pieces. The tub was awesome if that’s important.

Loved the breakfast! Narrow hall into room made navigating luggage trolley difficult.No handheld shower head. Very deep tubs. Room was quiet except for teens screaming up and down the halls between 8-10 PM Very clean, comfortable bed.
