The staff was friendly and attentive. Only one pancake maker so breakfast was a little slow to get. Pool only open till 7pm so that was a bummer for my grandkids 😕 but all in a great place to stay.

Clean lobby. Some visible decay around shower in the room. Couldn't get the wifi to connect. Two bottles of water at checkin. Fresh cookies and beverages available every afternoon. Breakfast options included oatmeal and fresh fruits. Water bottle refill station near fitness room. Outdoor pool had malfunctioning lock, and signs posted gave conflicting hours of closing (9am-7pm and 9am-10pm). Plenty of towels available though, at the pool and in room! Billiards table in the lobby also. Overall a nice hotel experience.

Very close to dining and entertainment. Definitely a no frills hotel. Would have expected a bit more from a Hilton property. Rooms were tiny and walls are thin. Beds were comfortable. Fitness center was closed down during my stay. Would not stay here for an extended stay but okay for a single night.

For the most part, our rooms were good. The staff was friendly, and everything functioned properly. My only complaints are that oke of our bath towels had pinkish/red stains on it, and one of the other rooms I booked reportedly had an abundance of mold that was reported to management.

I appreciate how clean our room was but the room smelled like straight fabuloso and it was so strong I kept having to clear my throat, it got so bad my husband took a wet bathroom towel and mopped the entire room to get the chemical off. This helped a lot and I was finally able to stop coughing. Please make sure to dilute it more

Beds were thin and firm. I have been habing back issues for hours after sleeping here. Pillows are paper thin. The water pressure for the shower was pitiful. The breakfast was meh. Outlet on only one side of the bed. Main light is a floor lamp with no way to turn it off from the bed.

As overall it was good, basic standard hotel. Big problem is HVAC unit in the room. When it working it will start and work loud like jet or diesel engine and will wake you up every time. I didn’t sleep there at all. Also minor issues with the faucet that was loose. They had great breakfast tho!!

The hotel and rooms were very clean. It’s in a great location right next to Top Golf and across the highway from Grandscape ($7 Uber ride). The rooms are very small and basic. No closet, microwave or coffee maker. It was great for a quick overnight stay while seeing a concert in Grandscape. Had a decent looking hot breakfast area though we didn’t utilize it.

The hotel looked decent from a few steps away but once you walked in and noticed the details you realized that there is a lot of things that haven’t been fixed, cleaned, and ignored. The worst part was that the shower and sink had little to almost non-existent water pressure and the plumbing was literally backing up back into sink and also shower pan. NOT kidding! I brought these issues up to the hotel front desk multiple times and their response that the manager would call me or get back to me. I eventually called and emailed the manager Ledarian and to this day not one callback or response. So far 3 days we had to attempt to shower with smallest water stream and almost immediately the drainage backed up so we stood in dirty drainage water that was coming back up and did our best to avoid standing in it. I have a feeling that I wont get a response yet again which is indicative of a poorly run hotel. I have pictures and videos to confirm everything stated.

No staff to check us in. Rude and unhelpful girls at front desk. Noisy. Kids running up and down hall banging on people’s door and turning door handles to see if they were unlocked!!! This happened at midnight!! Called front desk. Took 3 attempts to get someone to answer. Nothing was done!!! Hilton you can do better!!

Cleaning staff missed our room and without my knowledge the general manager created a booking and forced me to pay the ridiculous cost when I came back the following day. That is criminal! You will pay for their mistakes. And they aren't playing. This is no joke. Buyer beware!

Decent location. Check in was laborious and not what you’d expect with all information submitted ahead of time. Arrived 15 minutes prior to check in and was told I’d need to wait which was fine but then told room was ready two minutes later which seemed unnecessary as very little activity at location. Check in person did not seem prepared to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

So I booked a room with this property and the day before my reservation I called and advised my flight was late and I would need a late check in. I was advised by the staff that this was fine. My plane arrived around 12:30 am and by 1:30ish I was in the dark lobby of the hotel. No person behind the desk. I saw a sign that said call a number and dial 0 for assistance. I did that 2x and could hear the phone ringing and no answer. I was in the lobby over 20 minutes and finally had to leave but I had no where to stay so I was in my car. I received a refund, but the inconvienence and being in my car for a few hours not knowing if I was going to have to stay in my car made me say I will never book another Hilton property.

Check in and out was easy and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and cozy. The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. The bed was comfortable, but I have definitely slept in better. The hotel had a pool and fitness room. It had complementary coffee and water in the lobby. The breakfast was average with pancakes, sausage, eggs, and oatmeal for the hot breakfast. There was also your typical cereal, yogurt, bagels, fruit, and juice. My stay was very disappointing due to fire alarm started going off very early woke me up out of my sleep and I did not receive any adjustments for the inconvenience when I asked for a complimentary late check out. The parking lot was very dirty like no one was doing the porter job. The pancake maker was broken, bummer cause that’s all I wanted for breakfast after being woken out my sleep when I had just layed down only 2 hours before the alarm. When My room was not ready at the check in time I didn’t make a fuss but after all the hiccups in the end I am displeased with the level of service from a Hilton brand hotel!

Staff was super nice. The rooms were clean. The trash bins on the property were not cleaned out regularly. And it was noisy. Not an unpleasant stay but there is room for a lot of improvement. And the breakfast (boiled eggs-half frozen- was really bad bad :)
