Upon arrival Jared and Ana were personable and professional. This was my first time at this property and it’s a great location if you are attending concerts or conferences in downtown Dallas. The ice machine with filtered water station is great. Although the one on my floor was out of service.

Excellent hotel. The hotel restaurant dining was just magnificent. Excellent chef. All staff interaction was very professional and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a beautiful open terrace for dining. Lots of options for shopping and dining around the hotel as it is between 6th and 7th Street. Hotel felt very safe. Must have key access to be able to take elevator. Parking is a must valet at an extra cost of $50. Guests can valet for $20.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. Free bikes were great to explore town. The area is quirky, middle of lots of offices but some bars and a nice cafe across the street, walton’s. Hotel bar very nice but closed at 10! Only complaint bathroom needed a fan.

Visited Austin for a concert at ACL, we walked 10 mins to the venue. Easy access to good food. The room was simple, clean, and elegant. It is a nice and small hotel, making it easy to get in and out. We had the pool all to ourselves on Friday morning. The pool is definitely just a plunging pool. Staff was nice.

The Hilton canopy located on W. 6th St. in downtown Austin, Texas, was absolutely outstanding. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was impeccably clean, featuring a stunning urban loft style with a balcony that offered a view of the pool and Sixth Street. This area is one of the best in town. We strolled to J Carver's for dinner, which was fantastic, and also made our way to the Moody Theater; none of our walks took more than 10 minutes. It was incredibly convenient and truly embodies the spirit of new Austin, which we adored. The valet service cost $54 for parking, but unfortunately, it was the only option available as there was no self-parking. However, it was worth it since finding parking downtown can be quite challenging. Overall, I would definitely return to this place.

Parking is valet only. The attached restaurant is seriously amazing. The hotel is convenient in the middle of 6th, nice and clean too. They provide nice amenities like earplugs if it gets too noisy but we didn’t have to use them- we didn’t find it to be too busy outside. Second time here and would absolutely stay here again

Loved this hotel! The central courtyard was so serene and pleasant to hang out in. The music of 6th street provided a wonderful background to the rooftop pool. Staff went out of their way to be pleasant (upon check in, we were offered complimentary champagne 3 times, along with reminders to come back anytime until 10 PM for more). Morning coffee and fruit/herb infused water were also available. Beverage Heaven! Oh, and delicious little baked cookies too. The Shoal Creek trail is around the corner, providing easy access to the lake for scenic walks or runs. I’ll be back for sure!

I was really hoping for some relaxation by the pool but Hotels.com failed to relay that the pool is NOT exclusive to Hotel Guests. I was extremely disappointed to find that the pool are was over-crowded, stuffy, nasty looking and feeling from all the bodies and people smoking - Not only was the space really small and crowded, but there was also a DJ - this was definitely a party pool and not the exclusive leisure experience I was looking for. I definitely have not been happy with this experience. I will not be using this site ever again.

We had an excellent day. Everyone was very professional, and very kind to help us. I was very disappointed however, with the pool on how small it is and how it looked dirty. Not enough lounge chairs, considering the size of pool. I didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I thought I would because it was always packed so I didn’t. Overall, this day was excellent. We had a great time.

I don't usually write reviews for anything. The main problem I had was as soon as I entered the lobby it smelled like someone had some bad chili and farted, I let that slide, I may have walked through someones cropdust. But even in the elevator and the rest of the property smelled like they had a sewage problem. I was glad I was only staying one night because my flight was delayed. Don't get me wrong it was nice inside, but the smells totally ruined it for me.

Hotel is VERY noisy. 6th street bar right across the street is very loud until after 2. Hotel staff was dismissive and check in was delayed and we had to wait much longer than expected for a room. (I am Diamond status). Hotel bathroom was dirty. This hotel should not be a Hilton branded hotel.

Cleanliness was ok. Its pet friendly but they should have designated floor's to have guests and their pets. I found pet hairs on the sheets as well as a pet on the floor I stayed. No parking unless you pay for valet parking $50 per night (it was not mentioned while booking the hotel) The view from the room was a filthy allie. It was not worth the price. Expensive an no continental breakfast was offered.

Property has a urine smell throughout the 3rd and 6th floor. Carpets in room need to be updated. No matter how loud we turned up the noise cancellation, could still not tune out 6th street at 3am.

Very clean hotel and rooms! All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. There are some really loud bars on both sides of the hotel, but they provide ear plugs and sound machines, so I had no trouble sleeping. The bed was really comfortable too

Nice hotel in a fun location. Loved the room and bathroom/dressing area layout. Cool decor, cozy furnishings. Lots of counter space and shelf storage in the bathroom. Great views. Filtered water available on every floor. Book room that doesn’t face 6th street if you want quiet time in the evening.

The room was comfortable, reasonably sized, and clean. It was at least as nice or nicer than I expected. This said a few issues. First is the noise. I had read reviews so this was not unexpected, and given the location with a bar out front on sixth street it was as quiet as you could hope for as the walls etc are clearly well insulated against noise. But nothing at this location could make it go to zero the weekend of May 5. We were ok with the level of noise but if you are light sleeper think twice. My main issue was the bathroom light. Someone had the BRIGHT idea of putting it on a motion sensor. So you have to close the bathroom door or every time you walk by it the light went on and every time we used it in the middle of the night the very bright lighting went on. But if you want to be near sixth street and the action and shopping in that area could not have a better location.

The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was a very nice size, clean and the bed comfortable. I liked that there was a refrigerator and safe in the room. The staff was very friendly. They charge $54 per day for parking and you can go in & out. The valet was very quick. We brought our dog and the hotel was very accommodating. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from. It is located in an area where there are lots of bars and clubs.

Parking for guests is $50 per night which is extremely steep and was not communicated beforehand. Our room keys also did not work the entire time so we would have to wait for people at the front desk to escort us to our room Everytime we came back.

The location was fantastic. Walkability to good restaurants and nightlife. Facility and rooms were great size, modern and clean. The staff was fantastic- all team members from reception, bar/restaurant and housekeeping. Great happy hour, activities and overall accommodations. The team informs you of the loud noise from the nightlife and has items in room such as noise machine, earplugs,etc. the noise ceases immediately at 2am. I will definitely stay there again.

Best part about this hotel was the restaurant and the front desk staff. The overall hotel room wasn’t great. Broken toilets (neighbors had the same issue), sink didn’t drain, housekeeping didn’t come until 4pm, and shower didn’t drain. The area was ok and pretty close to downtown just not the vibe that they claim in the area.

The rooms were so nice and the staff was very accommodating. We felt awful for the staff because they were having an issue with the keying system during our stay, so all guests had to be escorted to and from their rooms. Even so, they were some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered. We will stay here again.

It’s on 6 street in Austin. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re not going out till bars close because you will hear them. They provide noise machines and ear plugs which is nice. Nice courtyard and 10/10 valet ready for whatever whenever you need it. Great place to stay if you’re going to be out at night and don’t want to Über to and from bars.

I had a great time at Hilton canopy, the location was awesome and there were several restaurants within walking distance. At night it was definitely lively and there would’ve been plenty of bars for me to go to if I wasn’t so cozy in the room. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean, I can’t say enough about how polite and engaging the staff was. I would absolutely Choose to stay here again on my next trip to Austin in a couple months.

We really loved this hotel and found it to be ideal for our stay. The room and staff were great and the property is located in a great part of downtown Austin. The restaurant and bar are also very nice and, while pricey, offer a convenience place to eat and drink on site.

We stayed in the balcony room on the fifth floor. We were advice sixth street and the balcony was wonderful in the evening to watch the world go by . Very convenient location to everything going on downtown. They provide noise machines and earplugs because on a Saturday night it can be a bit rowdy below. I was also impressed by the card at check-in that says you could request monitors if you’re there on a business trip, which I wasn’t. The restaurant bar in the hotel is excellent as well, we had drinks there one night and breakfast the next morning we’d stay here again.

It was very convenient for a meeting I was attending in Austin. Prices were reasonable, however the additional $54 valet parking per day was not as reasonable. It would be great if your website states clearly that you can use the valet to park in the garage or find parking elsewhere. Also, it would be good to block some of the sound from the bar/dance music next door (room 223). The breakfast was delicious and Dawn was wonderful and attentive.
