I stayed for two days for a festival, and it was a lovely stay. They have a mini stock pantry where you can buy snacks and drinks. Pool area was fun. Would stay here again.

This hotel is a great location especially if you have a car to get around. It was clean and was family friendly. However the dryers did not function very well and you have to keep spending to do one small load.

It was very exciting as soon as you enter. The decoration and cleanliness makes it very welcoming. The rooms were great and have facilities tondo laundry for just a dollar per cycle. Staff was great especially Will the bartender. There is no free breakfast but they have options and the prices are fair. Will definitely stay there again.

Shuttle from the airport was a mess - imprecise instrctions from the reception desk when I called, van labelled "Something hospitality" with a tiny "Aloft" sign in the windscreen mixed with several other names. Room was very nice, clean, spacious. Have to pay to park.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The rooms were extremely clean and nicely-decorated. I found paying for parking to be a little silly considering there were so many empty spaces in the lot, but it's a minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Door didn’t even work. Staff also messed up my airport transfer, almost became late for my flight due to their error. My room also wasn’t properly cleaned. Unflushed toilet bowl from previous occupant. Makes you think if they really cleaned it.

The room was so clean it looked like a new hotel. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back and stay there. I didn't get into the pool but did glance at it and was so clean.

We just stayed the one night - as soon as we turned down the comforter we discovered residue (not sure if it was dried snot or something worse- We took a picture) toward the head of the bed. TV DID NOT work.... mute button and on and off switch was the only buttons that registered on the remote control.. unable to switch channels or even pull up menu. Water shower pressure was not very strong. The bed light switch on the right side did not work either. unable to read in bed without disturbing others trying to sleep.

Rooms fronted the highway and was loud. Had ear plugs so it was ok. Water pressure really low. If this is intentional to save water then should have a sign but difficult to get clean properly with such low pressure.

The place was decorated well. I was a little surprised at the wine costs for such a small glass, as well the fact when I woke up the internet was down and so, I had to pay for a data plan that day. I understand these things happen but should not be at the customer's expense. Pillows weren't that comfy..the room was very loud due to being right on the highway side..

I have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it but seemed like hotel is not as well kept as it was in past. Our first room had a mildew odor coming from AC. The second room had a AC that did not cool very well it only cooled for a few hours at a time

The rooms were clean but none of the TV’s were working for our entire 4 day stay. I was told the provider was to blame. It seems to me they should have been able to have the problem fixed as they are a large customer of the service provider. I feel the hotel could have notified the guest prior to checking in. No one would want to rent a hotel room without a TV. The manager, Gabbi, provided us with hotel coupons for snacks in the lobby which was appreciated. Unfortunately the selection was limited.

Very Nice Hotel. Shuttle to the Airport was great. Walls were paper thin though could hear people talking on both sides. Sounds like someone was shooting a porno in the other side of the room. Had to turn TV up full blast to drown them out.

We were in town for birth of grandchild, room was exactly what we needed. Only complaint would be the air conditioning, it does not keep room cool while you're away so it takes awhile to cool down when you return to room. They seem to be set by motion detection.

Parking is $15 daily & breakfast isn’t free. If we’re paying $15 daily we should have free breakfast. Front desk agent was rude & didn’t explain how the parking went. Upon checking out I was informed they didn’t receive payment from Expedia & asked me to pay for a second time & I still haven’t received the hold from my card on file for incidentals which there were none.

So first off we try to get in our room and according to the front desk they had us checked out after our first night. So key card didn’t work. My concern is what would have happened if they did room service all our stuff was still in it. Also is it the hotel that turns the AC off if you’re not in your room? Every time we came back to it we left the AC on auto but unfortunately it was turned off completely so after being in 108 weather we walked into a sauna. We left our AC on auto for that exact reason. Very disappointed. Usually the Aloft is better than this.

All staff very pleasant. Made my trip very welcoming and enjoyable. Reedy our driver from Aloft to airport was outstanding. He had a great smile. very safe quick and friendly guy! Oh and his van was very clean. Hope to see him next time!

The location itself was perfect for our first time in Austin. We weren’t too far from any restaurant and leaving the area wasn’t too difficult in terms of traffic. The staff were all very friendly, Diana at the front desk was so nice and engaging along with the bartender and housekeepers. The room was very accommodating with a steam iron in place of a regular old iron which was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the lighting was on point, and it all felt really luxurious for an affordable price! If I had to give a critique, I’d say add a shelf in the showers for personal soaps, it was a bit off not having at least one, and maybe an actual door instead of a sliding door for the bathroom since it can get a bit awkward with other people in the room. Overall, it was a stay to remember and I will definitely be returning for its convenience and great atmosphere!

We stayed here to go to the races at COTA. The hotel is in a great place whether you’re going into downtown or going to the track. We were welcomed warmly and had the same service when we checked out. We ate the breakfast which was sooo good. The breakfast tacos were a lot bigger than I realized. lol! The rooms are so clean and use dry bar products. There is a pool here so bring your suit!

Had an overnight layover in Austin and the Aloft Austin Airport was chosen because it had shuttle service during the times I needed it (not 24 hour) and a bar with bar food menu open during my arrival time. There were no convenient outside restaurants for walkers. Everyone on staff was very friendly, service was quick, everything was clean. Very industrial in appearance, near the airport and a major highway, comfy bed, coffee/tea in room with a fridge. Microwave in lobby in 24 hour snack area. I would return here for an airport stay.
