I like the property but didn’t like the pool was closed. The breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. I didn’t like how I had to worry about my vehicle getting towed had to put a sign in the window

Check in was easy and great! We got to the room and received a call from the front desk asking how our room was. This has never happened to me in any hotel I’ve been in and I really appreciated it. The shower was the worst part (low pressure water and a tiny space). Aside from getting stuck in the elevator (which for some reason consistently reeked of cigarettes), it was a pretty decent stay for the price and convenient location.

Clean quiet affordable place. The parking got full due to trucks using multiple spaces Night staff allowed usnto park in handicap parking..i appreciated that I would stay here again.

The stay was good! Check in was easy, I arrived very early due to my flight time, the front desk was super nice and said they couldn’t let me check in yet but would call me as soon as my room was available and she did I was able to check in almost 1.5 hour early without charge. They allowed me to borrow a vacuum before checking out so I could reseal my vacuum bags (travel luggage hack haha!). The room was clean, pool area was well kept and the entry ways and free breakfast area was clean and nice also! Only minor thing I could say is if you don’t love a hot shower, yo have your shower temp a little cooler (was needed in the Texas heat last week) you will loose a little water pressure the cooler you put the water down BUT was not sufficient enough to complain so over 5/5

Liked the area as it wasn’t in an area that’s noisy or loud. It’s a quiet and laidback location. Felt that there break-fast options could be upgraded to include more fruit, vegetable and nut options. As more customers are starting to become more aware of how important the non-standard American diet is essential to everyday life. Also, the side door to the right of facing the building doesn’t work properly along with the left arm on the cable machine in the fitness center. Other than that it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Most of the good parking was reserved for hotel members. The rest were taken up by semi’s, trucks with trailers and work trucks. The hotel is decent, parking is annoying.

This hotel is a sleeper. My family rented 3 rooms for a graduation in Ft. Worth. The staff was courteous and always pleasant. Breakfast was included and it was good. The pool was nice. The cleaning staff is always cleaning the main seating area. Kudos to them. When n going back to this area, I will definitely book here again. Thanks Sleep Inn and Suites.

The gym was great

Nice walk in shower. Pool with no shade but did have it open in April and it was being used by a family at checkout. very nice breakfast. Near interstate.

Room was clean looking. It was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Only problem we had was there were roaches in our room. Small ones.

The room was clean but the hallways and the rest of the hotel was not clean and there was a strong smell from the carpets.

This hotel was just average. We chose it because of the high rating, especially on cleanliness but it was disappointing. The carpet was dark but still didn’t appear very clean. The shower was obviously wiped down regularly but the corners and crevices were not. The bed was comfy and it was clean. Just not what I expected based on reviews. Also there was broken glass in the parking lot where another car had the window smashed. That happens but at least clean it up.

Although the property was clean, it was not quiet. The bathroom door would not stay closed.

The beds were wonderful, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I loved having the coffee bar available 24 hours a day in the lobby and having walk in showers in the rooms are awesome.

I dont know her name but the staff at the front desk was awesome. Beds comfortable. BUT... What ia up with rhe shower head?!?!?! Not able to be secured on the wall, you are stuck using one hand holding the shower hose while using the other to wash your hair and body. Totally ridiculous. Was this room for persons with disabilities?

No working internet, no daily room cleaning service, noisy guests

Very conveniently located. Check in and check out were quick. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was lacking.

Nice stay. Comfortable bed, breakfast was fine. One issue: room carpet needed cleaning as it was noticeably stained.

I did not appreciate the $25 early check in fee. If a room is available, why not let me check in? That said, I did have a clean room and the desk clerk provided a razor and toothbrush that we forgot.

The check-in desk could not find our reservation from Expedia. I asked the check-in staff for Expedia's phone number, as they wouldn’t accept my email confirmation or receipt. I do understand sometimes these things happen, however I was not helped with a contact to Expedia and I was repeatedly told until she (Nadia Fifita) talked to a person from Expedia they wouldn’t help me. I found a number and after an automated system sent another email confirmation that the desk wouldn’t accept, I asked what I should do since I couldn’t get a human to answer. I was told I was going to be asked to leave because I was upset. I never raised my voice, cursed, or did anything dangerous or threatening. Honestly, I had my two young children with me and while understandably frustrated with the situation after driving for 18 hours from SC to TX, I did nothing out of line. I did eventually get a person on the phone with Expedia and they called the front desk. A gentleman working the desk was helpful and told the lady (Nadia) they sent confirmation to their hotel email. She then says, “You know what, I want them to leave! Get out! We aren’t hosting them.” I was applaud and repeated I had done nothing wrong. She picked up the phone and threaten to call 911, stating she had the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. It was an insane situation and something I’ve never experienced. We did leave and Expedia did book us an upgrade hotel at the Hilton at no extra charge.

The hotel was clean and the bed was good. The couch not so comfy but at least it was there. The low rating comes from an extra $243 charge that was mistakenly was put on my account and stayed on my bank (this is over the $150 deposit) for 8 days. I was promised numerous times they were “working on removing it” but it never happened. In fact at check out she said “as soon as we walk out the door” the deposit drops and wasn't sure about the $243?. Called when I got home to talk to Manager, took message and never called me personally. Still didn't come off for days after that. I understand a 150$ deposit but the error of other and way it was handled after the room was prepaid days before arrival was terrible and very shady.

Only issue we had was they charged me $20 to check in 30 minutes early.

The front desk was rude& unhelpful. I had to contact with their manager Marlena to get help when I had an issue. AC didnt blow cold&people walked into OUR room twice.

Good property for what you pay for, getting to it can be a bit tricky, but easy access to a lot of things.

Very convenient location, was attending church conference in Newark, TX, a 15-30 minute drive north of the hotel, depending on traffic, which was heavy in late afternoon 5:30-6:30 p.m. Good fast food options within 5 minute driving distance from hotel along w/gas stations.

Lovely hotel, no complaints other than my GPS took me in via the street in front of the hotel, which would make sense, but there’s NO DRIVEWAY ACCESS POINT. The hotel is on a frontage road (one way street) and unless you enter the parking area at Joe’s Crab Shack or one of the other hotels, by the time you find Sleep Inn, you can’t get to it!

Wonderful hotel. My only complaint is that it’s on a one way street, and there’s no driveway to enter the property! I had to go a couple of miles before I could get back to it, make 2 (or was it 3?) u-turns, and had to enter thru a different hotel’s parking lot, drive past a second hotel and a business and then was able to access the Sleep Inn. Very frustrating after having driven 500 miles that day.

Clean location with friendly staff. Rooms were ample sized and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing to make note of is that it is located next to a busy highway so it helps to have some form of sound machine to aid in a good nights sleep.

You need to work on the breakfast, The scrambled powder eggs tasted terrible. Also need more sausages and bacon We ate at about 8:00 AM BOTH DAYS

I think the beds were comfy and generally clean rooms. The breakfast was terrible though. The eggs were not good and the sausage was gross. I liked the waffles but there was not much variety throughout the week. We ended up having to buy breakfast items for the week which was unfortunate because we were not anticipating having to make additional breakfast food purchases because we knew the hotel had breakfast. Very disappointing.

The over all stay was nice. This is our third time to stay at this property. The one and only issue everytime we have stayed has been with the breakfast. Its sub par at best compared to other choice hotel properties we have stayed at. This morning the eggs has alot of water in them and they were like rubber. Bacon and sausage needed to be stocked but wasnt during out time at breakfast.

If 2 people are staying multiple nights at over $100 a night and housekeeping isn't offered daily, I want more than 2 towels. If you're going eco friendly and put shampoo and conditioner in refillable dispensers, what about soap? One small bar for hands and shower is skimpy and what I'd expect from a cheaper hotel. If you offer breakfast starting at 7:00 am and you begin at 7:15 then those needing to be out early can't take advantage of it. Also, was asked if I needed a parking pass? Well I don't know......... I have a car and don't want it towed so I guess. Not impressed.

Property was great. Room was spacious and they had a very good array of breakfast items. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay again!

The property was pretty hard to findn even with GPS because the sign is hidden. The overall experience was amazing despite the hidden sign. The breakfast was perfect, a full menu. Coffee was the best at any hotel i have stayed at.
