Place was as it has been in the past - great. Only negative this time was the door code not working and having to text call while standing in the cold upon arrival. Other than that, no issues.

This was our second time staying at this condo (two different units). We enjoyed it so much last year, we came back. We won’t be back again. We got to the condo and the lock wouldn’t work. The code was correct, but the deadbolt wouldn’t pull out. After being on the phone with 4 different people for over an hour, someone finally showed up.

When we arrived at the condo, after traveling all day. Went in and there was NO AC. We then were moved to a different location for the night, which was fine. I’ve been coming here all my life and never experienced this inconvenience before. Other than that when we got settled it was paradise of course. Please in the future stay in contact with your customers Thank youKaren Rivera
