Great location for the wedding we are attending. About an hour from Dollywood. Construction noise from a nearby work site is super loud but not the fault of the hotel. Hotel staff super friendly. Ample parking.

Great location just off US 25 E, convenient, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Only negatives are a small pool with cool water and a so so breakfast- Otherwise a nice hotel and we will be back.

Very pleasant place to stay. Everything was clean & very comfortable. The staff was very friendly & helpful when needed. Had lots of options at breakfast. The only complaint is the pool it is very small. We were a group of 4 which made the pool feel crowded. Not to mention it is indoors. So if you looking to lay in the sun by the pool it won't happen here. Recommend a roof over pool allowing the sun to come in would be nice.

Staff are always wonderful. I am an elderly disabled lady that travels alone and the staff are always great about helping me. I usually stay in the same room and it is always clean and the housekeeping staff are very nice. Love the towels at the pool.

Stay was good. Room was clean, comfy bed, good pillows, nice furniture, Kimball Hospitality furniture is solid quality, bathroom amenities were nice, breakfast was just okay, excellent gym area was very clean thanks for that, indoor pool is green, not ready for the season yet. Marriott Bonvoy worked as well as electronic key with cell phone.

The bathroom was in horrible condition, there were black m as rksand dark brown drip marks on walls and door frame, a pubic hair on the outside lip of shower door, there was plaster on the blue wall paperat top and lower wall, the wall paper h as d 4in.bubble that was from the ceilings to floor . I did take pictures of everything . And the mattress keep sliding to one side of the frame was the worst bed I have every tried to sleepin which I could not sleep endup leaving at 5.30 am. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The property is new-ish but not well maintained. Tiles already falling apart. Rooms are not cleaned daily and rooms that get more mileage need a deep clean. Had trouble sleeping as the walls are paper thin. After changing rooms I had to relocate yet again as the new room filled up with smoke from other guests smoking outside. The staff was friendly but sadly that didn’t help me get much rest.

The service bell broken. Workers were friendly. The shad3 was broken. Could not look out the window. LOUD traffic and train. Stinkbugs in several places in room. Room was pet friendly but i was not impressed. Will look in different location next return.

When I arrived the AC was broke in my room, it was 86 degrees both days I was checked in. All they could offer was a fan which only blew hot air around and we were sweaty and miserable after a 6 hour drive. The room was also covered in stink bugs, as I was trying to lay down they were flying around my head. Staff said all they could do was flush them down the toilet. They were able to switch me rooms the next afternoon. But could not offer me anything for my inconvenience. When showering, I notice shaved hair all over the shower walls. The trash cans inside and outside the building were overflowing and stunk horribly. This was my first time staying at a Fairfield and will not ever be back.

I enjoyed my short stay. The WiFi never worked the entire time I was there however. The front desk just asked me to "forget" the network and try again, and offered no further fixes. I'm a member of the Marriott Bonvoy club and it's supposed to guarantee free Wi-Fi to members. Regardless, I was pleased by the staff that I interacted with and would probably stay again in the future.

I used advance check-in, at first this was not recognized, but the desk clerk was kind and professional and got us in a room right away. The mattress was somewhat firm for a little old lady and I kept waking up.The reason for the frequent wakeup may have been the mattress, or it might have been the people in lead boots above us moving furniture all night. The breakfast lady was outstanding, and the breakfast itself was fine except for the lack of fresh fruit. Overall, it was a good motel for travelers.

I stayed 2 nights. Rooms were clean but the breakfast was not ready until around 9:20am and the 2nd morning the breakfast was being cleaned up more than 30 minutes before breakfast was over and was not very professional at all. The waffle batter was in a measuring cup and not in a container with a lid. Not satisfied at all. Sanitation was ranked very low. Always had to wait at the front desk for someone to finally come from the back room to be of assistance.
