We are having a blast. Love that there are grills for guest to use and cook out. This is the best part for me because i love cooking my own meals.

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, nice and light, clean, and the kitchen was exceptional. The kingsized mattress and the pillows were comfortable. Thank you for having a saline pool, it was a draw to your hotel instead of ones with chlorine pools.

The access to an EV charger was the deciding factor. Almost perfect. Review lost a star because the food staff was horrible. Nothing is more disrespectful than being talked down about a waffle machine by a guy with a chef tag. He mentioned how how only he can use the waffle machine, when there are no signs around then proceeded to show some ridiculous way to use it. The sandwiches were mislabeled. Few signs for disposing trash and recycling.

We always look for a home 2 home suites wherever we travel. Love the large rooms and the layout of them. Love the outdoor fire tables

Every time we come to this area this is our hotel of choice. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms with a great breakfast. They have a gym, pool and laundry. Everything you need in the hotel and shopping and restaurants nearby.

Their waffle making cowboy on the weekends is amazing. Clean place, beds were comfy, the staff was great, clean pool. only Complaint... fireplace wasn't working. Industrial/Commercial office type area, plenty of sidewalks for walking. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean & new. Front desk clerks were very helpful & courteous. The pool water was a little too cold, but wasn't bad or a problem. The handle on the bathroom in a handicap room needed a minor repair, but again, wasn't bad. In all, it was a great stay for me, my sister, & our two dogs (the hotel is definitely pet-friendly), But the star of the show was the guy taking care of the breakfast area. He easily & proudly kept the food hot & fresh & filled. He helped my sister, who has mobility issues, get some food. And answered any questions politely & completely. He deserves the most praise, but the whole hotel staff deserves plenty of praise also. Great work!

Hotel smelled good upon entering - the outdoor fireplace fun and good place to gather til 10.

The pool was freezing cold and the staff had to leave the temp where it was at. Bed was amazing, the room was beautiful, had a dishwasher, soap for dishes, cups and plates, the bathroom was a great size with fullly stocked items. Overall, great, except for the pool. The gal doing breakfast was very nice and polite

This hotel is amazing, a special thank you to Maximus who not only made our waffles for us but took our group picture for us. The only way this stay would be better was it had a hot tub as pool was to cold for us all

Overall cleanliness wasn't great. The pool area was pretty bad, especially the bathroom.

First room smelled entirely of dog pee. They cleaned it, and it still smelled. They moved us to another room. Second room also had a very weird smell too it; staff described it as sewage. So then our third room smelled better, but the sink had so so much hair in it and sticking out of, it was clogged. Not very clean.

First and last time staying here! My son and I stayed here after a full day at Splash Village and my son’s first time at a hotel so he was over the moon excited. As we walked into the room, I looked over at the kitchen area and there was dried pieces of lettuce on the counter and a beverage spill down the wall that wasn’t cleaned up. As I was taking a shower, I go to use the shampoo and it’s completely EMPTY! I’m almost positive housekeeping didn’t do their job because the white comforter had fresh stains, some staff member literally flipped the comforter over to show the non-stained side. I will absolutely never return.

Staff was unpleasant and unhelpful but at least there was an abundance of pubic hair in the shower.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. At first glance, the room seemed fine, but as we unpacked, it quickly became clear cleanliness wasn’t a priority. The bathroom had splatters of toothpaste (and who knows what else) on the walls, two hairs stuck to the shower wall, and a candy beside the bed. There was also garbage tucked into the sides of the couch. The bedding was another issue. The pillows were lumpy, and the sheets were microfiber, pilled, staticky, and uncomfortably hot—far from restful. To make matters worse, the building had almost no soundproofing. We could hear and feel every footstep and drawer closing from the room above us, and the guest there was up until nearly 3 a.m. both nights. We were startled awake continually through the night. When we contacted the front desk, they suggested we switch rooms—but none were available for our family of four. Additionally, the room’s front door had a gap at the bottom and no weather sealing, letting in light and noise from the hallway. The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options for those with dietary restrictions. The only positive was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, their kindness couldn’t make up for the many issues we encountered. For the price, we expected much more in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and soundproofing. We won’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

Hair in the drawer of bathroom, pillows had no firmness and bed was pretty stiff. Hotel was nice enough and staff was very accommodating and friendly. Price was fair.

Rooms very clean and staff is so friendly

Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Room was ok, shower had hair all over the walls. There were beer cans all over the patio near the downstairs lobby that weren't cleaned up.

The sheets on the bed were all pilled and seemed cheap and old which made them feel gross. There was also a stain on the mattress pad in the pull out couch. Overall was clean, or at least whipped down.

A great place to stay with all the amenities of home! Comfortable bed and couch, nice TVs, full kitchenette, in a well-laid out room with Scandinavian decor.

Overall our stay was fine. Our biggest issue was with the room. We had a one room suite, it had 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the common room. The bathroom connected to both. But didn’t have actual doors! Just sliding barn style doors. So no locks, nor privacy because there was a gap around them. I was shocked! Most of the staff was pleasant. There was a man working the breakfast area that kept getting short with guests for no real reason. Apparently he wanted to clean the waffle makers, but wouldn’t express this until you were using one? He got snippy with one of my kids, then my husband heard him later do the same thing to someone else. I don’t think I’d stay here again, mostly because of the door thing.

Overall, the hotel was decent. The people were friendly and helpful. The location was central to shopping and restaurants. The sound proofing between floors is not good. You could hear every movement coming from the room above ours. The breakfast was quite minimal with limited quantities of items that they do provide. The coffee was very watered down. I think there must be cost cutting going on which is not uncommon these days in the hospitality industry.

Hotel and room were great. Very clean, room had full size frig, dishwasher and microwave, you can also request an electric skillet. Large Tv, nice large walk in shower. Bed was fairly comfortable, could have been a little softer for my taste. Our only complaint is the noise of other guest. Walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations in next room. Doors shutting in hallways and people talking in hallways was loud at times but very short duration. All of the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great, many options and the guy Maximus at the waffle station was super friendly and entertaining!

Check in was a breeze and Rosemary was so helpful!

Each phone call to the location was pleasant. They were knowledgeable and showed interest in having my family as a guest. Willing to answer questions and worked as a team. The chef for breakfast was a joy and had a passion for his job. Everything and every staff employed that we encountered during our visit was delightful and inviting. The room was clean, spacious and enough for my family of 6 to enjoy without complaints.

Overall, the property was great. Having a special needs child, I called to request a first floor room. associate Taylor told me she could change this but upon checking in with Rose in the evening, this was not the case and that no room on the first floor could accommodate us. Miscegenation and honestly very dissapointed with this aspect of the trip.

The highlight of our stay was Max in the breakfast area. We had my grandson with us on the trip and he enjoys waffles. Max was there to make a waffle for him every morning. It was nice to watch Max greeting and interacting with the guests as they came down from breakfast. He made it feel like home away from home.

The staff was fantastic, and accomodated our early check in request when the airline switched our flight. Props to David for making me a key when I locked myself out of the room. 🙄 Chef Maximus, thanks for the great breakfasts. Will absolutely return here when in the area! Thanks to all of the staff for the effort! 😊

Clean, nice staff, plenty of restaurants nearby

The hotel is in a great location. It was close to stores, restaurants & Sam's Club. The staff was good. Every room has a small kitchen. It would be great for families with children. There was a small fire pit outside to relax.

It was a great stay. Not a very walkable area but a short drive to many things including the Marshall Fredericks Museum!

Good location in Saginaw. Really close to Bay city which is a cute town to visit. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

We love staying in this hotel every year. They’re clean, quiet and safe. They have access to great restaurants and are close to Bronners.

The room was great. The shower pressure was awful. The breakfast was very bad. With an hour left at breakfast time, there was no food left. We would stay again but it was quite expensive to have those issues.

No complaints about the room, but the hot cocoa bar was out/ very low on supplies. Staff didnt not keep the Breakfast foods stocked up. They kept running out of stuff and didn't seem to want to restock it. This wasn't the best experience I've had at a hotel. I paid a huge bill to stay there on Dec 14, and should have been able to get what was supplies that were offered in my stay.

The breakfast was extensive and very good. My husband chatted up the chef and you could hear the pride in his voice talking about his food menu. Emily? I think, was very helpful and answered my questions with ease.

Loved my stay! So clean and neat! Staff was nice! Breakfast in the morning was really good for a hotel with options and fresh fruit! Will be staying again and I highly recommend

Will stay again. Maximus was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great variety. The room was clean and we liked having the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hanging in the shower.

The bathroom door was heavy and difficult to open. The breakfast wasn’t great for the hot food, croissants were extremely crispy.
