Staff excellent -- friendly, professional, helpful. Breakfast nicely setup, timely, clean, a positive. Two elevators; one not in operation. Kind of slow to go up and down. Parking very expensive for valet. Parked up the street. Wifi charged to me automatically for high speed even though I didn't order it.

It was fine….definitely not worth the price. Bed was comfy and location was fine. Valet was SUPER expensive and took forever, 40 minutes to get our car. They are short handed, so definitely not their fault.

The restaurant was really good and convenient being attached to the hotel. There’s a bunch of food places a block or two away, bars as well. The room was so comfortable I felt like I was home and not at a hotel.

Hotel staff were great! Our room has 3 windows that faced a brick wall. No view at all. The shower was awful. Water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. No in between. Awful. We stayed 3 nights. I understand not getting new sheets or towels, but we got nothing. No fresh cups, coffee or bed made. Nothing. Never had that happen in a hotel. Would not stay again.

Only the Front Desk Service was great! BODY WASH container had no soap in refilled at all only shampoo and conditioner. There was not a clean bathroom . Found someone fake big eyelash under the sink on the floor. The flat sheet had hole in it and the fitted sheet slipping of the mattress. It wasn’t put on all the way. On 5/5/25 our last night staying here THE FALSE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 1:30 till 3:30 woke us up and had no sleep since than at all for our flight back home . The front desk lady apologized when we were checking out at 5:30 am .

The hotel was okay. The rooms are old, with broken down window coverings, refrigerators, etc. no towels in our room when we checked in and holes in the sheets. Room key stopped working before check out and maintenance had to open the door despite room card being reactivated. Had to wait a while for the desk clerk to get off her cell phone in order to ask for help Geri g into our room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The only issue we had was that our room was picking up the scent of the restaurant below us so up until we came back from our show, our room smelled like fried food and that despite having an air condition option, our room was hot and wouldn’t go down past 71°, even when we set it to 65°.

No hot water in the shower. The first shower the night we arrived was luke warm, it was just cold the following morning likely when many people were using the water. The first room we were placed in, the bathroom door was off the track. I called the front desk and they immediately switched rooms for us so they could repair the door. The staff were exceptional. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the restaurant was very active at night with a full bar. Rooms, per my typical experience in one bed rooms in Phili, were very small but they still included a small fridge, microwave, coffee, etc. There is no parking on site. You need to do valet or we secured a spot a few blocks away and just walked instead, for much less.

We had a nice stay, hotel was in walking distance to several locations that we wanted to go. Staff was firendly, room was clean and valet parking was an added bonus. However, walls are paper thin, we could hear the TV in the next room. Would recommend regardless!

Our ac did not work, so our room was hot during the day and overnight. We set it low before leaving in the evening and returned to it at 73. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t sleep well in the heat.

My husband was a patient at Penn. It was an extremely difficult time for us. Whenever I was informed that he needed to stay an additional day, the staff graciously accommodated me. For that, I will always be grateful. I didn't have to switch rooms; they allowed me to stay in the original room that I had booked. Thank you again for making a difficult time more manageable.

I had a terrible experience during my check-in. One of the staff members was completely unprepared, unable to solve a simple issue, and treated us very poorly. She was extremely rude. The problem, which was actually quite simple, was only resolved the next day by the manager. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating situation.

I was so impressed with the staff at this hotel. They were beyond friendly. Our flight did not get in until much later at night. The person at the desk was courteous and helpful with two very tired travelers. But the friendliness did not stop there. The day desk person was so helpful with providing directions to on how to access the subway and ways to buy passes. I just can’t say enough!

On my first night I was awaken by so much noise from the street- people having fun, some fighting/arguing. The second night was worse, the fire alarm kept going off through the night from about 11pm -4am just about every hour. It made for an unrestful night. When I asked the front staff the following morning about why the fire alarm was going off, the tried to pretend like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to push more to get answers.

We had a totally unacceptable experience at this hotel. When we arrived, the door was locked. Nobody answered the bell intercom or the telephone. It was after midnight and raining and we were stranded outside. 20 minutes later, a woman came into the lobby and opened the door. When I mentioned what had happened, she started yelling at me that she was the only one working that night and there was nothing she could do about it. I have never seen behavior like this at a hotel. The hotel employee was so hostile and rude that we left the hotel and had to look for other accommodations late at night in the rain.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check in people were very helpful and recommended a few dining options nearby and a few options when we would definitely reccame back from a late George Strait concert. The breakfast was great and the food was hot. They had a variety of cereals, yogurts, eggs, sausage and bagels and English muffins. The strong hot coffee was definitely appreciated. My only not a big deal complaint was only one kind of muffins. I would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very cute and has a great boutique decor throughout. The staff was consistently polite, professional, and friendly. We easily walked to breakfast, dinner, and shopping areas. The restaurant on site should be skipped considering the significantly better options within a few blocks. The menu looks great, but the execution misses over and over. I would definitely stay here the next time we're in town.

Good central location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and well maintained, however one day we asked for housekeeping services when we left at 11am and when we returned at 6pm the room had not been done. Also, the exact same breakfast choices for the four mornings we were there was a bit disappointing. All in all though, would stay there again.
