Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown - Center City

Had a great midweek stay here.

Staff gave us no info. We barely knew where our room was when we checked in. We had to keep going to them to ask for things including our breakfast vouchers that we were supposed to get when we checked in.

Overall great but breakfast buffet is sporadic.

Bar staff were nice.

We stayed at Cambria for a weekend trip to Philly and it was pretty decent. That weekend was very busy due to the NHL playoffs, plus all of the other events going on. With that in mind, there was only one working elevator for hotel guests even though there are 3 elevators total. One elevator is specifically for the restaurant while it’s open and hotel guests cannot use it. Check in was fast and the staff were very friendly. The room was fine although our bedsheets were not the cleanest upon arrival and we had to seek out the women who were cleaning the rooms and ask them to turn our rooms over every day. The beds were not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, but definitely not the worst. The water pressure in the shower was so weak, taking much longer than normal for a “quick” rinse. Overall, our experience was just fine. Nothing more, nothing less.
