The location was great with multiple beaches very close to property. The furniture needs to he replaced (outdoor especially) as it is very worn and dirty. I had to put a sheet over the couch just to feel comfortable sitting on it. The beds are very soft and weren't comfortable for us. The floors are tile but left our feet and socks black from walking on it.The unit needs a serious deep clean and updates.

This place was exactly what I expected. It was easy to find and get in when we landed late at night. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The elevators were nice and close which worked really well for my Mom to get access to the pool and then walk to the ocean front. We would stay here again.

We loved our time at Maui Sunset, the grounds and facilities are immaculate. Great location, easy parking and great view from the lanai. The unit has a well stocked kitchen, however, the unit itself is quite tired and in need of some basic upkeep. It served us well for what we needed but was not cleaned well and felt a bit shabby. Many things need replacing and cleaning - For those reasons I can't quite relate to it as 5 star property, but overall it was adequate and we had a fantastic time!

The one downside I found was that the view of the pool made my kids only want to go to the pool, so it was tough to convince them to go do other things.
