The swimming pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good also.

Our room was clean but this property is really worn out. The pillows were floppy and everything just felt old. The pool was unusable for us because it was so stagnant, HEAVILY reeking of a chemical odor which sucked because we chose the property because of the indoor pool. Breakfast was fair. Coffee was good. Not very quiet property. Not sure if there’s an airport nearby or what but it wasn’t very quiet.

Excellent experience. Clean and airy rooms, Neat bathrooms. Very nice hot breakfast. Ample parking space around the property. Next to a nice shopping market with various brands. We stayed here for a night to visit the Hershey chocolate world, which is just about 20 mins drive from the hotel. So its very convenient. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely return to this one again and HiltonSuites is my new fav.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing that put it at a 4 star is the fact the pool and the room the pool was in was so very cold.

We decided we loved it so much we are stopping there every time we come through Harrisburg. The gym, saltwater pool, breakfast and the room were wonderful.

Property is clean, room is large, has everything we need. Pool has is small but that didn’t stop our kids from having a blast.

Clean and spacious rooms with all the comforts of home. Pool and gym had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly.

It was clean and bright, but they don't clean your room unless you request cleaning 24 hours in advance. THey only indicate this with fine print at the front desk. Indoor pool was very cold and not stocked with beach towels. When I told front desk they ran out of beach towels at the pool and that my two kids were already in the pool they said it would take 30 minutes to re-stock. They never re-stocked while we were there.

Outdoor fire pit was a nice touch

The pool and exercise area were shut down prior to us arriving due to behavior of a youth sports team. We were unable to use either during our stay and were not offered a discount.

Hotel was very clean and conveniently located just off 81. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Harvest Seasonal Grill which was walkable. While checking in with our dog, we were given a nice goody bag for her to enjoy. The breakfast was very good too!

The room was not clean, there was a very bad odor in the room and the breakfast could be better.

Very clean and easy check in. Body wash and shampoo bottles in shower were empty, one fell off of the wall. Sink would not drain. One side of the window blinds was pulled out from the wall with exposed screws. But, it was very clean.

It was very clean and all of the employee's we encountered were exceptional. will definitely stay here again.

Place was spotless. Staff was most courteous. Room was enormous and well-appointed. We’ll definitely be back.

The suite we had was super clean and tidy. The fridge was not very cold just "cool" and the bed pillows are very uncomfortable. Bring your own if possible.

Very nice hotel. Dog friendly which was important to us. Room was spacious new and clean. The only downside was the room temperature was TOO Warm & no matter our attempts to lower temp on thermostat we had no relief. And this is during winter time! Too hot room made sleeping difficult.

Everything was fine except for the bed. Felt to be in poor condition. Very uncomfortable sleep

The room is very nice clean and spacious ! Downfall bed is not comfortable very hard! The shower could be a little women friendly nothing to put foot on to shave legs and the water pressure was terrible maybe could use a new shower head very hard to rinse out hair! 2 very important features! The room is perfect with those 2 exceptions 😎

I like the fact there was a fridge, plates etc everything needed for a family.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at with teenage kids. The suites allow parents their own bedroom and your teen or teens can stay in the other room on what is actually a comfortable pull out bed. The bathroom is enormous and there is a little kichenette and a table and chairs. It’s pretty clutch.

Room was clean and staff was pleasant. We had an end room and the noise from the highway in front of the hotel went on all night. Decent place to stay.

Staff at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help and available at most times. The staff for the dining area was unconcerned, standoffish, and acted like I was bothering her when I asked her how soon everything would be restocked. Breakfast food did not have a good flavor. We did enjoy the yogurt, but it was out the second day we came down for breakfast. It looks like the dining room only had one staff to clean tables and put food out; consequently, tables were dirty, and food was unstocked, bacon was very tough and oatmeal was thick and not flavorful. The tea packets were not refilled, so I was unable to have my desired flavor. Room was not stocked upon initial arrival nor restocked properly with the cleaning service. Toilet paper, tissues and shower gel was very low. We ran out of the gel after one day of showering and they did not restock it. The design of the room was good except for the bathroom. There was a sliding door with no lock and no privacy for the bathroom. Workout room was good and had lots of options. Laundry was nice. Overall, we are just giving it a three rating, specifically for the service in our stocking of our room and the dining room room

Was very good. Unfortunately, the family that was in the room above was so noisy, so we couldn't sleep well on the first day, and the staff took a long time to solve it. Actually, just after they left the problem was solved.

Hotel and room were clean, staff was amazing. We ran into an issue and needed to stay and extra night, as well as book an additional room. Whitney at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. After I booked the second room, I received a text from Coqueese of Home2Suites (next shift). She welcomed us back and asked if there was anything they could do for us. I would recommend this hotel!

We never got to stay the computer system was down and the poor gentleman behind the desk was all alone trying to deal with this by himself. He couldnt check anyone in or even make key cards. Felt so bad for him and everyone involved. And he asked for help for someone on the phone to come down, im guessing his manager and all the manager said was ill make a call on my end. He needed help at the hotel ans no one came to help him. So we ended up canceling our stay and had to find another hotel. Where thankgosh they had a room.

I asked from front desk to clean the room when I was going outside. I came back in the evening room wasn’t clean trash was sitting inside.

The staff was tremendously UNHELPFUL when the type of room we booked was not the same type of room that we obtained on our stay. We understood the change in type of room but as we walked into the assigned room it smelled like dog. We asked to be switched to a different room and were met with erroneous reasons as to why this wasn’t possible. After having driven hours WITH KIDS the staff member gave us a one of the options to WALK US TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We only had to stay for one night but each staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast options were simple but great. Definitely a much better experience than other hotels my family and I have stayed in around the same area.

When we arrived, we were told that there were no more rooms available with the double queen beds and pull out bed. We were told multiple times that it wasn't the hotels fault because we booked through a third party. We booked the room a month ago. If the hotel was overbooked, they had plenty of time to reach out to us. Not sure why this wasn't noticed until we arrived?? We were tired from traveling all day and it was late (10 pm). They were going to split us in two rooms. I didn't want my family split in two tooms. So we told them to just give us 1 room with king bed and 1pull out. We had 2 kids sleeping on the floor, two shared the pull out. It was definitely uncomfortable. They were able to put us in a room with 3 beds the next night, but the beds didn't look like queens. They looked more like full sized beds. They did reimburse us the difference between the two rooms for 1 night, but i felt like more should have been done for the inconvience and discomfort of the first night. The staff was nice. Just a suggestion that when there is a mess up, stop saying it isn't your fault. Apologize and assure the customer you will try to accommodate them the best way you can. Makes the customer feel like they are being blammed for a mess up that isn't their fault at all. Also....again....i booked this 30 days ago. That gave the hotel plenty of time to contact us or someome else if the hotel was overbooked. No one ever reached out to us prior to arrival.

Easy off the highway access. Affordable. Fast and friendly check in. Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast.

Great service and overall good experience. Breakfast was nice for something included in the price, with lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. It snowed 4 or so inches and the lot and sidewalks were cleared quickly. My only complaint: convenient location near the highway, but that meant there was a bit of noise in our room which faced the highway. It was not too much for me personally but might be for some people.

Omg,.The hotel's location is too close to the highway, and the windows are not well insulated. There is the sound of cars passing by all night long, and I really can't sleep.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice options at breakfast

Everything was great, except the breakfast options - all of the egg dishes contained cheese, nothing available for a dairy free diet. And all of the other alternatives contained gluten. I was glad that I had a kitchen to prepare my own breakfasts.

Wonderful, clean and new hotel with great amenities! Great location close to sopping and other attractions. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful. The only downside? The free breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, even at much lower cost hotels. They really need to up their breakfast game, profoundly. Seriously, everything was great, but the breakfast was super underwhelming and didn’t even come close to what we’d expect for this location.

The hotel is right off the highway and convenient. The hotel is nice, has a pool and offers free breakfast. The rooms are spacious. The shower is wimpy, but that is OK. The breakfast was not good. The food selection is meh, and they did not have enough staff to keep the place clean and stocked.

The (hot) menu items were inexplicably either room temp or cold and undercooked.
