The hotel is beautiful! The pools are awesome and has a great view. The only downfall is there is no Valet parking option nor do they offer bellman service which was really unexpected and inconvenient when traveling with little kids and lots of bags.

The shuttle service to Lego land for this hotel practically did not exist. You have to call to make an appointment. We called them many times, they never answer or called back. So we ended up walk to Legoland. That is a short distance about 10 minutes walk. But when we came back at night. There was a gate in the public area that was closed at night. Then we have to find ways to walk far around to get back to the hotel. But it was dark, so we just walked back to Legoland and left my wife to wait there waiting while I walked around trying to find my way back. That was a very bad experience. Other hotel have constant shuttle service till late! You do not need to make appointment like this hotel’s arrangement. It is a big strike against this hotel if you plan to visit Legoland with their shuttle service!

Property is awesome! Rooms are comfortable and there’s a lap pool/jacuzzi and multiple fire pits to hang by. There’s a path to walk above the flower farm when it is blooming. You can call a driver for tip only to take you into town and pick you up. We’ve stayed twice and enjoyed it. Food is a bit pricy but really good! The only negative is that they kill you on the added BS charges- like resort fees etc.

We stayed here for 5 nights so we could go to Legoland with our toddler. What a lovely place. Front desk staff, bar staff, housekeeping - all lovely. The pool area is relaxing, and spacious. The whole hotel is immaculate and has nice decor throughout. If you have kids, there is a great playground and kids splash park away from the adult pool that will keep them busy. Happy hour starts at 3:30pm so make sure you try one of their awesome margaritas next to the pool. Legoland is about a 10min walk away. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

This property was fine. It was walkable to Legoland and had a family pool. However the cement around the family pool was VERY slippery. I lost track of how many times my child slipped. Sometimes they were being careless, but other times they were just walking. Also, my room was on the ground floor and was infested with tiny ants, we brought popcorn back from Legoland, and had to throw it away because within minutes it was crawling with ants. While it was a serviceable hotel, and close to our activities, it was not really worth the price.

Everything was excellent! It was great be able to walk to Legoland! The heated pool was was awesome! The only two negatives were that the recreation/activity room and Arcade were not funtional for my kids. The pool 🎱 balls were all missing and table not operable and the air hockey puck was missing. My kids were disappointed. Staff tryed their best to find the missing supplies, but no luck.

In order to access my room reservation room at my 4 pm check-in, , I was required to wait 2 1/2 hours. Stated reason was that house cleaning had not been completed yet. Unfortunately, the room smelled of urine and had to keep windows and slider door open to minimize the odor. Communication with Lady at Front Desk was pleasant. Space of the 2 room corner unit 2238 was needed, so an alternate room selection was not available.

There were pills under the guest bed that were not from us.. so I'm concerned how clean the rooms actually are. I also got super itchy from your sheets/towels. Overall though the stay wasn't to bad but I don't feel like you guys take care of the trash enough.

Got in a little early to precheck. The room was not available yet. I was informed that when the room was ready I would receive a phone call which never happened. The staff during the morning was not very knowledgeable. Not once did they mention about the parking fee. Which is excusable because everyplace has a parking fee these days. Nor the deposit hold. By the way there’s and automatic charge for the parking even if you book online. Plus a $25 credit they call it for breakfast which they automatically charge your card and tell you it’s a “credit” The room was spacious nice and clean. The mattress on the other hand definitely you can feel the springs in it. Even the towels there was so hard, stiff and had a rough feeling to them. Loved the fact there was a lot of electric ports and plugs for your electronics. Room got a little stiff even with the AC turned on and all the way down. The pool area was nice and had a nice view but I’m not sure it’s worth the $300 a night.

Our stay here was great. Located right behind the flower fields was convenient as my mom was very tired after our visit to the flower fields. The lobby is shared with another resort so just make sure you are checking to the correct resort located on the left. They have a little shop on the right side of the lobby. The pool was big with a scenic view though we didn’t swam. Hotel is clean and very well kept. Rooms and halls were quiet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms for two queen beds are quite large.

In one phrase: Lipstick on a pig. Rooms are old with newer furnishings, old carpet, thin walls. I could hear next room coughing. I could hear everything in the hallway, outside and walking above. I tried to change rooms but apparently they were totally sold out even though on hotels.com there were still rooms available. Only good thing was the pool was heated. You get what you pay for, I should have kept our previous booking with a more expensive hotel. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Understaffed. Horrible service for breakfast. Please don't buy that option, just go your own way and pick something up elsewhere. We waited two hours, only waiters. Food was ehhh. Just don't do it. Rooms were average. Bed was hard and old. One of the worst beds I've slept in. Too pricey for what it is. Look somewhere else.

We took our daughter for a midweek stay to celebrate her birthday. I mentioned the reason foe the stay and Emily, at the front desk, delivered a little goodie basket and a card for her shortly after to getting to our suite. The room was very spacious with a nice view. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids. The kid pool was heated and the kid jacuzzi was not too hot. The splash pad is not heated, we didn't mind, just noting for other families. We ordered takeout from Karl Strauss which was delivered to our door (plus), but with no cutlery/napkins (minus). Obviously not the hotel's fault. Overnight, the room was really quiet/pleasant. We used our food and beverage credit in the lobby restaurant, food was fine (eggs/bacon). The espresso machine wasn't working so that was a bummer. There was serve yourself coffee available. We'd stay again for sure.

The check in experience was horrible. No greeting upon arrival at all, nobody offered to help us with our bags and we had many due to traveling with a child. The customer service experience throughout our stay lacked as a whole due to nobody greeting or being friendly. When we had questions about our stay they also didn’t know how to respond. The room itself had a weird smell in the bathroom of rust, the toilet was old, the bed was not comfortable to normal standards at all. It just felt cheap for the price of the hotel. Also didn’t like that there was a resort fee charge added each additional day not Included in the original price of the room. Overall I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and we won’t be back ever again.

We had the misfortune of dealing with the same font desk clerk during check-in and check-out. The clerk was unprofessional and apathetic. This idividual should not be placed in a customer facing position, which she is obviously incapable of handling. Aside from the unpleasant experience during the check-in and check-out process. The location is great, as its conveniently located within walking distance to Legoland.

Overall we love it here. It is our second time returning for a yearly weekend trip. Rooms are so comfy and suite was great for the family. The family pool and splash pad is so awesome and our kids were obsessed. We ordered the breakfast food and that was pretty bad and very overpriced. Fruit came and was clearly very old and I was afraid it was rotten. French toast and breakfast burrito were okay but not great. Wouldn’t recommend but drinks at bar are great. Would definitely stay again but avoid food.

I was disappointed to see the entire kids pool and splash pad area under construction and nothing to notify us ahead of time. Also the restaurant and food options and times were very poor. They stopped serving food from 1030-3 and again at 830 at night. No bar or food.

Went here for LegoLand, and it’s literally across the street. Friendly staff, bartenders are awesome, Julian is the man. Good food, waitresses are quick and friendly. Would come again.
