The walls are way too thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me using the bathroom.

Breakfast was good! Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. The only downside of our stay is whoever was upstairs from us was walking loudly from midnight till 6am. We called the front desk but it didn't help. Had one of the worst night sleep unfortunately.

Rooms were ok. lack of house keeping. had to go to the front desk a bunch for stuff. some staff was good while others were not. Breakfast was lacking have had way better at other holiday inns. Was also difficult to navigate the tv. had a channel guide on the tv but did not line up with the channels. will not stay at the location again

1 reason I chose this resort was for an indoor pool. I checked in amd they daid it was closed. Was not stated on any site I looked at. Breakfast was lousy. Never had just plain bacon. Two times I went down and there was almost no hot food. Id say this was hands down the worst coffee ive had from a resort. The large machine in the lobby was just as bad as the room. Ridiculous prices. No vending machine and they want to charge $4 for a CAN of soda. Appalling! Bad parking set up. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Blonde at desk was unpleasant. Rowdy loud guest in the hallway and across from my room for 2 nights. Doesnt help that the rooms arent very soundproof. Only 2 positive things: decent location and the beds were comfy. I wont be staying again.

The staff is helpful and friendly. I was accommodated with a room change within 15 minutes of checking into my room. My neighbor was singing and the walls were paper thin. I was moved from the third to the first floor. The new room had 12foot ceilings and was neat and clean. Other than the unusually high ceilings, there was nothing special about the room. The breakfast that is included is nothing special. It definitely wouldn’t make me want to come back again; however, due to the cleanliness of the room, I would come back here again and stay. Tip: the first floor is apparently the quietest floor. I would just choose a room furthest from the main lobby if available.
