The stay was good. The first night the light went out in the bathroom so they moved us to another room. My only complaint is that there is an indoor pool but the water was still cold. They should put a function to make it a heated pool. Regardless if its indoors its right next to the door and windows and the water temperature is going to be chilly. Other than that the stay was good.

They had the pool closed and I did not have enough time to find another hotel. This part of the review should not fall on them but it's Expedia fault. It's not the first time I've ran into issues with not having details like this listed. By the time we find out, it's too late. I plan on going back to my older traveling agent for my next trip. Or maybe call the hotel directly.

We were visiting for a Reds game. This hotel was conveniently located 25 minutes away from the stadium. We enjoyed the heated pool and the breakfast was very good.

We have stayed here for the past 3 or 4 Christmas seasons. It has always been very clean and the check in/check out is very fast and easy. They have a small but cozy gym area and a heated pool. The best part to us is the breakfast which has a cool pancake maker as my husband would say.

Everything was fine except the pool was closed for maintenance. Having a pool is one of our musts and we were very much looking forward to a swim here and disappointed about this situation which was not explained at check-in. No remedies were available, but we'll be checking with management in the morning.

The sleeping area was clean, but the shower looked moldy. After my first night, I showed a photo of it to the front desk. They did come and clean the bathroom, but I’m guessing there is nothing to be done about the mold. Everything else was nice about the facility.

This was the first time I stayed at a tru by Hilton and was severely disappointed! The price for this hotel was 190 dollars which I don’t mind paying. Checking in took 15 minutes because the computer keep freezing up so the lady had to go to her office to get us checked in.The hotel was dirty, there was hair in the shower from previous guest, floor was dirty and had some sticky spots, the air conditioner was making a loud noise all night, you could hear everything due to the thin walls without soundproofing. I wish I would have saved my money and sleep in my car(probably would have sleep better) Pillows and bed not the worst but definitely not good! The next morning we found red spots on the bedding, Please save your money and stay somewhere else or you will be disappointed!!!

We checked in the late evening after a long drive from Alabama. Room was so dirty. Food on walls, doors sticky with food and bathroom was grosss. Hair on walls, floors filthy and counters sticky. I was in shock! I actually washed the floor with a wash cloth from bathroom. This is my go to place and always was top notch. Sad to see my favorite get checked off my list.

My room was clean, as was the lobby and public areas. I love the scent of the lemon sugar soap that is in the bathroom. Breakfast had good options and the attendant was nice. I do feel like the lobby of Tru hotels is fancy, while the rooms are minimalistic, but it all feels clean. I felt like the bed I had had a bit of a bowl in the spot where people lie night after night, but I suppose that can be expected. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will most likely use this hotel again when I'm in the area.

I got bit by bed bugs during my stay and when I reported it to the Hilton 800 number they said the location manager would contact me within 24 hours & it’s been almost a week, I have yet to be contacted

Awful! Dirty shower, Dirty sheets, Dirty towels. No smart TV. Plus you have to pay for wifi. Bathroom light only worked when it wanted. Light switch was make all sorts of noise. Light would go out without anyone touching it as well as coming back on. Not to mention the Veiw of the dumpster we had. I do not recommend... StayBridge is less than a mile down the road, same price, way better hotel

The bathroom door had what looked like coffee splashed on it, hair in the sink and shower. The body wash container was empty. Rust or mold on in the shower. The room and bathroom floor were dirty. By white socks were grey walking around there and there was debris on the floor. Didn't look like it had been mopped or swept. I attempted to talk to the desk clerk before we left but he was on the phone for an extended period of time an there was no one else to help us. However the woman in charge of breakfast was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Comfortable bed, excellent staff, clean...But there was no place to store clothing other than some pegs on the wall and a miniscule space to hang 6 pieces of clothing. Sign on the wall suggested extra storage under the bed! And do not try to work from the hotel without rearranging the furniture - very tiny desk provided - we had to move fridge to add more table space. And no coffee maker or microwave in room. Staff told us, "Well, this isn't an extended stay hotel." :(

They booked someone else into our family's room which resulted on a man walking in on my family member while he was changing clothes.. It was horrifying ! And completely unacceptable and they've done nothing to make it right. Even had the insurance on the room.

Overall good experience, but the check-in was rough. The key machine was not functioning, and a line was forming at the desk as more and more people arrived. This is close to midnight. The associate at the desk said first that he would text his manager and then said that he would call his manager. The delay was lengthy. He had to let each arriving guest into their room manually. We were told a key would be dropped off later, but this did not happen.

huge shoutout to the hotel staff — they were amazing from the moment we arrived. A young lady named Jayden (and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch) were so welcoming and attentive. I even saw them checking in with guests in the lobby to make sure everyone was good! When my daughter dropped her bracelet down the sink, they handled it without any drama — came right up and got it out of the drain. Just an awesome experience — can't say enough good things about them!

The front desk at check in could use some work...very grumpy and unprofessional. Concert Tshirt and torn jeans, not what I would expect for a front desk greeting. Didn't smile, didn't greet us at all. Got irritated when we asked a question.

I was greeted immediately by Jordan who was very pleasant and professional. She quickly had me on my way to my room and I greatly appreciated it. My room was very clean, comfortable, and QUIET. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to travelers.

EVERY staff member was friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention BECCA, whose friendliness was outstanding. Her beautiful & sincere smile made us feel "at home". I spoke to several other guests who complimented Becca. She was "Miss Popularity"! My husband injured his hand while visiting relatives in the area, and I had to bring his breakfast to our room one day. Becca went out of her way to get me a container to accomplish this. She is a wonderful representative for TRU !! It is a very good place to stay, and at a reasonable cost. We will be recommending this location to our friends. It's TRU for us from now on, and we travel from South Carolina to Milford to visit relatives several times a year.

I wish the front signage was more evident! I followed my map software to the cul-de-sac on the directions and was sitting in front of 3 show homes. These blocked my view of the hotel and there was NO obvious marking on the side road to the hotel. One small sign by the access road would greatly help that issue especially at night!

This hotel has become one of our favorite stays in Cincinnati. It's not close to downtown, it doesn't have a five star restaurant, it has a nice pool, it's a 20 minute drive to Kings Island and it has numerous surrounding restaurant or dining options around it.

The attendant serving and maintaining the breakfast area was very attentive and friendly. She was constantly cleaning and refilling the area, while engaging with the customers. She’s a keeper!! Would appreciate thicker pillows.

The overall hotel was clean. The room did not have a coffee maker, you had to go to the lobby to get a cup. Not very convenient when you want a cup when you get up and you are still in your PJs. The room was clean and neat. There was no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap in the dispensers. Thank goodness we brought extra with us. The alarm clock had been left on and went off at 6:00 am and woke us all up. The staff in the morning for checkout were rude. We got to breakfast at 9:05 am and they were already cleaning up, even though it was a Sunday and they told us breakfast was until 10 am. The lady was so rude. She would not even let my daughter have a bagel and she stated in an agitated manner saying :"we shut down at 9:00 am". The lady at the front desk looked as if she did not care that we were even checking out. I would stay again, but be sure to check on the above items when I first got in the room, even thought as a paying guest should not have had to.
