Even though there was construction going on, it didn’t seem to interfere whatsoever with our stay. The room was very clean and very modern. The beds were amazing and what really stood out was the security on the floor and in the parking he took really good care of the property And was very helpful. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Aside from having to pay an extra $15 per night from parking and having two windows in the living room that didn’t lock, we really enjoyed our stay in the 2-bedroom condo. It was an amazing price for LA. After reading other reviews I was a bit nervous about the surrounding area but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. The condo was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel room was great for our stay. We came for daughter 16th birthday and it was nice that we both had our our rooms but where still able to be together. Was a little surprised that there was a parking fee of $15 a day and it was valet parking so you really did not have access to your car whenever you wanted but they would get it for you as needed when coming in and out. This is in Korea town just so you know. Overall stay was very enjoyable…

The hotel was under renovation, but the finished floor we stayed on was beautiful. Our room was very updated, comfy, and had a beautiful bathroom. The beds were very comfy and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the underground parking and the area felt safe. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

This was the biggest bait and switch that I have ever experienced in a hotel. The room that we were given was disgusting. Tables had not even been wiped down. there were spills and dried up crusty spots all over every surface in the room. Holes in the wall. Baseboards chewed up by dogs it looked like. Old, nasty carpet. The towels seemed to be already used and then folded and hung up again. Sheets were like sandpaper even though they advertised "Egyptian cotton". A portable air conditioner on wheels with giant hoses going out the window (did not cool the room down, it was extremely hot) and it was LOUD. There was no restaurant on site (as stated in the description) what may have been a restaurant before was all boarded up. There were prostitutes walking on the street outside. We spent no more than 30 minutes in our room and found what looked like a tiny camera and we decided it was all too much and left to find a different hotel. Spent the rest of the night sitting in a parking lot across the street speaking with Expedia. The hotel eventually sent back my $200 deposit, but still charged me the parking fee. This was a horrifying experience. I am so upset with this place. Go anywhere else...not here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The cleanliness of the rooms and overall hotel was 10/10. Not only does it look clean but you can smell the cleanliness in the rooms, the bed covers even in the lobby bathroom. The rest I got was the best because of the cleanliness. The hotel rooms are very nice themselves, I liked the style/decor of the room. Also the front desk agents are very accommodating and helpful. Very easy check in and check out. I would book with this hotel again and recommend it to anyone else.

The carpet was very sticky somehow, which got a lot of our clothing dirty. There was trash under the beds, there was a $200 deposit that I had to pay besides my already $400 two day stay. And the fact that if somehow there is something the staff deems to be broken during our stay, we don’t know if the $200 deposit would be returned to me or not. There was also a stain on the white bedding, lots of noise outside which isn’t the staff’s fault, but you’d wake up a lot through the night.

There's mandatory valet at the hotel. I don't know if it was stated somewhere but it's there. I'm not even mad at that. It was only $15. The service was great and staff was friendly. Mini fridge was great and i like how the shower looked really nice. The only thing i don't like is how dirty somethings are. Some things like broken or stiched together. But that didn't really bother me. The dirty thing that bothered me dad there was a drop off blood on a sheet. It was small but it made me worried if some other things were not clean. There was also an item left in the fridge. I don't know if this means they don't take time to clean, or don't care, it makes me worried. Everything else was great. I'm just worried about how clean everything else.

Clean, well equipped, spacious room with fridge and coffee machine. Comfortable bed, good friendly service at the desk. Close bus stops within 3 blocks. My only problem was the coffee machine leaked water when not in use, however, I’m sure that was just with my room. Overall, very good, would stay again.

I was in room 515, top floor corner facing front street. Very noisey from traffic, it had an additional portable AC hooked into the front window therefore not sound proof and very noisey. No coffee or tea in room. Had to call to get Iron and board but also had to go down to pick it up and was told by the older male late in the evening, I have to bring it back which I did upon check out but then told by friendly staff I could have left it in the room. The worst part is that I got bit in several places by bed bugs and still dealing with symptoms a week out.

The bed was memory foam and very comfortable. While the room lacked easy access plugs like most modern hotels, it was clean. Easy drive to BMO Stadium and nearby dining options available. I was in a room near the elevators but never heard anything which was impressive. Furniture and styling is a bit dated but appreciate their attention to upkeep.

Hotel is in the middle of being renovated. Our original room looked nothing like the pictures. We had went downstairs to talk to front desk and they told us if we wanted it like the pictures we had to pay additional for a “Deluxe” room. We paid so we didn’t have to sleep in a yellow vintage smoked out room. We went from the 5th floor to the 6th and wow what a difference. The new room was a complete turn around. Hotel itself was nice. It’ll be better once all renovations are done. If we didn’t know about the room differences though we probably would’ve booked somewhere else for the money we paid. Overall a nicer stay in that new room though. Just make sure you book the “Deluxe”. Pretty close to a ton of restaurants.

Central air conditioner must be on top of the roof and then that sound was very, very noisy by the way in my room I didn’t have a central air conditioner. They only put portable air conditioner. middle of night, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. I called the service if they have any earplug, they don’t even have earplug, but they are aware about the noise. The machine sound, however he said he cannot help because of no other room was available, even though they knew that room has very noisy sounds they are still selling the rooms that’s not fair and the service was terrible. I couldn’t sleep for whole night. I think they’re not supposed to sell that room and they should refund me.

We had trouble since night one, we stayed 3 nights overall. Online it doesn’t say we’re required to pay valet parking it says parking on site nothing states the only parking is valet that we have to pay an ADDITIONAL $15 per night, when we brought it up to the lady at the front desk she went online to check, paused when she knew we where correct but still charged us. Then when we asked for a copy of the receipt she would not give us a copy so we took a photo which we caught her taking a photo as well. That evening I asked for an extra blanket which we received a very thin itchy one, the following day I asked for another blanket and they denied because they said the housekeeping was closed. Also the pull out couch is extremely small not like the photos, I’m 4’11” and it was even too small for me. And very uncomfortable. We where also woken up each day with banging outside from people working on the railing and things outside. The walls are very thin we could even hear the couple upstairs walking around and being intimate. Overall, this place is awful. The front desk staff was terrible, it was always something. We came from Texas and unfortunately this stay was not great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The cleanliness of the rooms and overall hotel was 10/10. Not only does it look clean but you can smell the cleanliness in the rooms, the bed covers even in the lobby bathroom. The rest I got was the best because of the cleanliness. The hotel rooms are very nice themselves, I liked the style/decor of the room. Also the front desk agents are very accommodating and helpful. Very easy check in and check out. I would book with this hotel again and recommend it to anyone else.

Our stay here was amazing until the very end. We loved the room, our view was great, the it was close to our event. However the staff is not kind. After we left I received a call from the front desk accusing me and my friend of stealing their hairdryer when there wasn’t one in the room in the first place. They ended up charging us a fee!! The guy was incredibly rude and didn’t believe us. If you stay here take video of everything in the room as soon as you get in. Because I wish I did that to prove it wasn’t there. Overall great stay but they will scam you.

The hotel itself and the front desk person at check-in is a 5-Star rating. The onsite overnight security is really what brought the rating down. I understand he needs to be firm. However, he doesn't need to be rude and condescending.

Very confusing upon arrive. There name on the building does not match the name of the booked hotel online. The staff was not rude however very limited on English skill set. It was just hard to communicate. The fees are CRAZY. $200 deposit for each night is CRAZY! the hotel is old, the rooms are newly refurbished. Parking is limited. There is no proper address when you look up the name of the hotel on maps.

We were three timid 22-year-old women traveling together, and we felt completely safe at this hotel. We arrived late at night and the atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the receptionist who resembled Jinu from Kpop Demon Hunters was very welcoming. Our room was both pretty and spotless, and the overall vibe was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the kind and hard-working security guard who kept watch over the underground parking garage—his presence added an extra layer of safety and reassurance. No complaints at all—only compliments!

This was the third time staying in this condo-style hotel. We like this hotel for its location. It's close to freeway & you can walk to near by shopping centers & restaurants. They have parking garage so you feel safe leaving your car. The room we stayed was clean & had everything we needed to spend two nights. We will definately reserve this hotel for next trip to LA.

The outside looks like an office building, the surrounding area is a little sketchy, BUT inside it is very clean, the room we got was basic, but again clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was having to pay for valet to park, but I can see why it’s needed.

Parking was not free. It was $15 a day and valet only. No breakfast served in the morning. Name on hotel did not match name on reservation which made it very confusing. There were no drawers for storage and the furniture was in very poor condition. No one wiped anything down when housekeeping came. Coffee was not replaced once used.

This was a surprisingly pleasant place to stay. We chose this for it’s close proximity to the Crypto.com arena. The only negative thing was that they charge for parking and it was valet so it was inconvenient when we had to get things from our vehicle. There was a mini fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker in the room. However, there was no iron/ironing board and the microwave was located in the lobby. I would stay here again but if you do, add in another $15 per day to park your car in their lot.

I had a great stay at hotel Koxie August of 23. It was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and I felt safe during my stay as there was always staff and security around. It was also very close to public transportation and many great Korean dining options were nearby. I had been deciding between a few different places but glad I chose to go here. I'd definitely return in the future.

The hotel is in one of the safe parts of town which is why we choose to stay here. However, the picture online is false advertisement. The room was not renovated, and the carpet was a bit dirty. Oher than that the Chinese restaurant downstairs a big plus. There is a $15 charge for valet parking, and an additional $200 deposit. The Furniture is not up to date - I would have expected to pay about $50-100 for this room.
